A Munich-based group has launched a program offering “to rent a Jew” for socializing and “breaking down any prejudices.” The group said that few Germans know Jews personally and the program aims “to engage young people on the grassroots level.”

The Syriza government is backing down after the realization that Brussels will declare economic war on Greece by deliberately trying to plunge the country into total ruin, far worse than the sanctions imposed on Russia. This is a sad day for the entire world. It is a terrible example that the Troika is the new equivalent of a Roman Triumvirate – the death of democracy. A church devoted to the legalization of marijuana held its first service in Indianapolis on Wednesday.
The First Church of Cannabis, founded in March of this year with members who identify as Cannaterians, is seeking to legalize marijuana in Indiana as a religious liberty. The church is citing the state’s controversial Religious Freedom and Restoration Act, which went into effect on Wednesday. The law, which permits companies and individuals to defend themselves in legal proceedings by citing religious beliefs, has been attacked by opponents who argue that it could be used by those who want to discriminate against LGBT people. FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. — A 25-year-old Army sergeant who was planning to take photos in military gear was arrested at Fayetteville’s Cross Creek Mall Thursday evening after dozens of panicked 911 calls from shoppers.
Bryan Scott Wolfinger is charged with going armed to the terror of the public. Police said Wolfinger was carrying an AR-15 assault rifle, military ballistic panel carrier and multiple high-capacity rifle magazine when he was taken into custody. Using the same tactics used by “gay” rights activists, pedophiles have begun to seek similar status arguing their desire for children is a sexual orientation no different than heterosexual or homosexuals.
Critics of the homosexual lifestyle have long claimed that once it became acceptable to identify homosexuality as simply an “alternative lifestyle” or sexual orientation, logically nothing would be off limits. “Gay” advocates have taken offense at such a position insisting this would never happen. A record 93,626,000 people were not participating in the workforce in June, according to new figures released Thursday by the Bureau of Labor Statistics.

China has almost finished building a 3,000-meter-long (10,000-foot) airstrip on one of its artificial islands in the disputed Spratly archipelago of the South China Sea, new satellite photographs of the area show.

California Governor Jerry Brown on Thursday signed a bill striking the word “lynching” from a 1933 law that used the term to describe the crime of trying to take someone from police custody.
The bill, which passed unanimously in the state legislature last week, followed outrage over the arrest of African-American activist Maile Hampton on a charge of felony lynching during a “Black Lives Matter” demonstration in Sacramento in January. Citing the historic Supreme Court ruling recently legalizing same-sex marriage, a Montana man has applied for a second marriage license that, if granted, would sanction the relationship he has with two wives.
Polygamist Nathan Collier, 46, officially applied for a marriage license for his second wife, Christine, on Tuesday at the Yellowstone County Courthouse in Billings, the Associated Press reported.
