Here is Carla Fiorina at the debate describing the way she will lead us to Armageddon. She won’t talk to Putin, but she will send him “the message” via military threats:

Carly Fiorina, whose birth name is Cara Carleton Sneed, claims that she started as a secretary and heroically rose to become a CEO of Hewlett Packard. Republican candidates seeking to dupe their gullible supporters and mask their dubious personal backgrounds often tout this typical Horatio Alger rags-to-riches story. Carly Fiorina is no exception to this pattern however her personality is saturated with this lie and many others as well as exhibiting signs of insanity that only comes from being attached at the hip to the intelligence establishment.

LOS ANGELES (AP) — The music publishing company that has been collecting royalties on the song “Happy Birthday To You” for years does not hold a valid copyright on the lyrics to the tune that is one of the mostly widely sung in the world, a federal judge ruled Tuesday.
U.S. District Judge George H. King determined the song’s original copyright, obtained by the Clayton F. Summy Co. from the song’s writers, only covered specific piano arrangements of the song and not its lyrics. The basic tune of the song, derived from another popular children’s song, “Good Morning to All,” has long been in the public domain. The pharmaceutical company boss under fire from Hillary Clinton and many others for jacking up the price of the drug Daraprim 5,000 percent overnight said Tuesday he will lower the cost of the life-saving drug.
Martin Shkreli did not say what the new price would be but expected a determination to be made over the next few weeks.
He told NBC News that the decision to lower the price was a reaction to outrage over the increase in the price of the drug from $13.50 to $750 per pill.

Yogi Berra, a Hall of Fame catcher for the New York Yankees whose mangled syntax made him one of the sports world’s most beloved and frequently quoted figures, died on Tuesday at the age of 90, Major League Baseball said.
“We mourn the passing of Yankees icon and Hall of Famer Yogi Berra,” the MLB said in a tweet.

Norway has welcomed the roll-out of the first two of 22 Lockheed Martin’s F-35 fighter jets purchased by the Scandinavian state. They are seen as a counter measure to what Norway considers Russia’s boosting military capabilities in the region.

A veteran Florida sheriff’s deputy and a suspect have died after a shooting and subsequent standoff at a motel after a procedural step in a domestic violence investigation went awry, police said.
Deputy Bill Myers went to meet 33-year-old suspect Joel Dixon Smith around 8:20 p.m. near the Cotton & Gates law firm in the panhandle town, Okaloosa County Sheriff Larry Ashley said at an afternoon news conference. The suspect was meant to turn over his guns as part of a domestic violence injunction, but instead Smith opened fire on the 64-year-old lawman, authorities said. An 18-year-old Palestinian girl was shot by Israeli troops at a Hebron checkpoint for allegedly refusing to show her purse or face and “trying to attack” a soldier. She died of multiple wounds in a hospital after bleeding in the street for 30 minutes.

Deputies shot and killed an armed carjacking suspect after an intense chase and shootout early Tuesday in San Leandro, officials said.
The suspect, who was wanted in connection with a drive-by shooting Monday night in Oakland, was shot multiple times after exchanging gunfire with deputies in an alleyway near Interstate 238, said Sgt. The Republican governor has given Air Force Brig. Gen. Michael Cunniff 90 days to slim down and meet his obligations.

Meanwhile, on the other side of the pond, a revolution was about to start against George III, King of Great Britain. It’s obvious that the American colonies had legitimate reasons to demand independence, but what’s odd about this uprising, is the fact that a large number of those promoting the revolt were actually members of secret societies (mainly Freemasonry). For example: from the 56 signers of the Declaration of Independence at least 9 (16%) were freemasons; from the 39 signers of the US Constitution at least 12 (33%) were freemasons; and from the 74 generals in the Continental Army at least 34 (46%) were freemasons. [1] It’s also odd that every major building in Washington DC had a cornerstone laid down under a Masonic ritual (i.e. Capitol building -laid by George Washington-, the Washington Monument, the Smithsonian, the White House, the Independence Hall in Philadelphia -laid by Benjamin Franklin-, and many others).
