A 75-year-old woman who needs a cane to get around was jailed in Marietta, Georgia, this week for threatening to report a code enforcement officer to his superiors.

At least that’s what Gloria Walker told WSB-TV’s Matt Johnson. Marietta Police Department Officer Chuck McPhilamy has a different perspective: He claims that Walker was making “terroristic threats.” That’s what she’s been charged with—making terroristic threats.  Continue reading “Georgia Cops Jail an Elderly Woman for Mouthing Off to a Code Enforcement Officer”

Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu during the meeting with his U.S. counterpart Mike Pompeo agreed on Syria’s city of Manbij road map , providing for the withdrawal of the Kurdish militia linked to the Kurdistan Workers’ Party or PKK on June 4. According to the joint plan of Washington and Ankara, these formations will be replaced by the Turkmen and Arab units that will establish control over the city and the surrounding areas.

However, the meeting between the U.S. and Turkish foreign ministers must be viewed in the general context of the current Middle Eastern events.   Continue reading “How U.S. and Turkey Determine the Fate of Kurds”

American celebrity chef Anthony Bourdain, the Emmy-winning host of CNN‘s “Parts Unknown,” has died from suicide, the network said Friday. He was 61. . . .

“We learned this morning about the death by hanging of an American chef at a luxury hotel of Kaysersberg, Le Chambard,” a prosecutor in Kaysersberg-Vignoble told French newspaper Dernière Nouvelle D’alsace. “At this point nothing suggests the intervention of a third party.” . . .  Continue reading “So Was Anthony Bourdain’s Death A Message?”

Many of the politicians, mainstream media pundits, and students who call for stricter gun control laws insist that they are only seeking “common sense” gun legislation. But in reality, the real issues that lead to mass shootings are being ignored and the rhetoric that is being shared in the name of “safety,” is instead chipping away at the Second Amendment, and in some cases, pushing to repeal it altogether.   Continue reading “5 Facts Proving ‘They Are Coming For Your Guns’ Is Not A Conspiracy Theory”

As the death toll near the border in Gaza continues to grow, and Israeli military snipers shoot and kill innocent women and children, journalists, and nurses rendering aid to wounded victims, Americans should consider the influence Israeli forces are having on police in the United States, given the extensive training select law enforcement officials receive during seminars in Israel that have been ongoing for years.

It may sound like a “conspiracy theory,” but the close relationship between the U.S. and Israel—which costs American taxpayers nearly $4 billion a year—has extended to the training of law enforcement, and dozens of American officials are sent to Israel to train with Israeli law enforcement each year.   Continue reading “The Same Military That Guns Down Peaceful Women and Children Is Training Cops In The US”

It just never ends. No matter how much publicity these scams get, no matter how many years old the internet is, people still hand over their money to scammers.

It doesn’t matter how old you are; last year, in fact, more consumers age 20 to 29 reported losing money to fraud than the over-70 crowd did.   Continue reading “9 internet scams we’re still falling for in 2018”

Masontown, PA – When the president of the city council learned about theft committed by the local police and began calling for an audit of the department over “seemingly corrupt and unethical actions,” police responded by raiding his home and stealing from his property.

John Stoffa told The Free Thought Project that he raised his concerns about past theft within the department at a city council meeting in January, and he openly called for an audit. Days after the meeting, in what is now alleged be a clear act of retaliation, Stoffa’s home was raided by police.   Continue reading “Cops Raid City Council President’s Home After He Exposed Their Corruption”

When science is funded by the government, it becomes ideological. That is to say, it goes insane. For example, the National Institutes of Health has so far spent $347,176 of our money on a study that will match lesbians with the most “sexually acceptable” method of birth control, “thereby helping women fully realize the social, economic, and health benefits” of keeping babies away. No really: Continue reading “NIH Studies Birth Control for Lesbians”
