Beijing is reportedly urging Chinese real-estate investors to divest their U.S. commercial real estate holdings, a cunning strategy reflecting China’s efforts to deleverage debt and stabilize the yuan ahead of future market shocks created by President Trump’s trade war.

Taiwan News quoted Liberty Times, a newspaper published in Taiwan, suggested that a significant liquidation of U.S. commercial real estate by Chinese companies could be in the near term, as the catalyst for such an event would be explained by policymakers cracking down on bad debt.   Continue reading “Chinese Firms Are Net Sellers Of U.S. Commercial Real Estate, “First Time Since 2008””

Toronto city council is taking some heavy and decisive steps to address gun violence city-wide in the wake of a mass shooting on the Danforth Sunday night.

One of these steps involves asking the federal government to ban handgun sales in Toronto. Another will see council request Ontario ban the sale of ammunition locally.

Councillors voted 41-4 in favour of these specific measures during a marathon meeting at City Hall on Tuesday evening, but the marquee agenda item they fell under — a set of proposals called “Immediate Steps to Address Gun Violence” — carried unanimously with a vote of 45-0.   Continue reading “Toronto votes to ban handgun and ammunition sales”

There are facts and, then, there are factoids, which are a brief or trivial item of news or information; an assumption or speculation that is reported and repeated so often that it becomes accepted as fact [online Dictionary], which can apply, in my opinion, to the pseudoscience published by the HHS, CDC, FDA and the mainstream, lamestream media regarding vaccines and vaccinations.

In all the years I have been researching vaccine information—since the 1980s when doctors I was working with started seeing Moms come to them and say, “My kid got a vaccine and hasn’t been the same since”—the only conclusion I’ve been able to come to is vested interests use factoids, which are statements repeated so often, they became accepted as facts!   Continue reading “New Jersey’s Eye-Opening Autism Facts Everyone Really Must Know”

What do we face now? If we trigger a world war that may develop into a nuclear war, humanity is finished. Why might such a war take place? It will take place as the curtain goes up on Act 3: Act 1 was World War I, Act 2 was World War II, Act 3 is going to be World War III. The Jews of the world, the Zionists and their co-religionists everywhere, are determined that they are going to again use the United States to help them permanently retain Palestine as their foothold for their world government. That is just as true as I am standing here. Not alone have I read it, but many here have also read it, and it is known all over the world.   Continue reading “The Amazing Warnings Of Benjamin Freedman”

Over four years, more than 15,000 victims in the United States lost “hundreds of millions” of dollars to the sophisticated scam, and more than 50,000 individuals had their personal information misused, the department said Friday. The money was routed through call centers in India back to the ringleaders in eight states.   Continue reading “U.S. Breaks Up Vast I.R.S. Phone Scam”
