For the first time since the Russian invasion began, the Pentagon on Tuesday issued cryptic confirmation that Ukraine has received fighter planes. In a press briefing spokesman John Kirby was careful to say it wasn’t the Untied States who sent them, however.
He also didn’t specify what types of aircraft were sent, only that Ukrainian forces “right now have available to them more fixed-wing fighter aircraft than they did two weeks ago.” Kirby described, “Without getting into what other nations are providing, they (Ukrainian forces) have received additional platforms and parts to be able to increase their fleet size.” Continue reading “Ukraine Has Received Fighter Jets From Unnamed US Ally: Pentagon”
WASHINGTON – Capitol Hill was evacuated Wednesday evening after a scare was caused by parachutists from the Army Golden Knights jumping into Nationals Park.
The Army parachutists flew into restricted airspace, causing the Capitol Police to issue the initial alert, which cited an “aircraft that poses a probable threat,” at about 6:30 p.m. Continue reading “Army parachute demo at Nats Park causes brief Capitol evacuation”

A statue of Vladimir Lenin again stands in front of the municipal building in the Ukrainian town of Henichesk, in Kherson oblast, right over the border from Crimea. Based on available photos the Russian flag and some kind of Soviet flag were already flying above the municipal building. During the Maidan Revolution in early 2014 that led to the removal of pro-Russian President Viktor Yanukovych, activists pulled down Lenin statues all across Ukraine. The original Lenin statue in Henichesk was not brought down during this time. It was removed by city officials in 2015 after Ukraine passed a decommunization law banning Soviet symbols. Israel has been under threat almost since the state’s inception. So far, despite numerous conflicts, thanks to the support of the United States, they have emerged victorious from oppression. Today the situation is more complex. Western societies no longer look uncritically at Israel. There is growing resentment due to the almost apartheid policy of the Arabs, the destruction of their homes and the taking of land for Jewish settlement. Additionally, radicalism is growing in all Arab states. With almost 9 million people, Israel is surrounded by over 100 million hostile neighbors. Ukraine should be rebuilt as a clean powerhouse that spurs the EU’s Green Deal, according to the head of the Ukrainian parliament’s climate subcommittee.
“We’re essentially going to be starting from scratch with the amount of destroyed industrial sites, energy sites. We can be the breeding ground for new technology for pilot projects, for renewables projects,” Lesia Vasylenko, an opposition MP with the pro-EU Holos party, said during a phone call last week from her home in Kyiv, to which she had recently returned after 45 days hopping from safe house to safe house. Pastor Stovall Weems has resigned from the Jacksonville megachurch he founded nearly 25 years ago, leaving his position of Senior Pastor, CEO, and chair and member of the board of trustees, the result of an ongoing lawsuit with the 12,000-member multisite Celebration church that he’s been Embroiled in and publicly feuding with. The seeker-sensitive church has over 300 employees, locations in multiple states, and is known by discernment ministries on account of Weems being a terrible bible exegete, as documented by Fighting For The Faith. Coming off last week’s approved gargantuan $800 million military package for Ukraine, which the broader public and media seemed to not even bat an eye about (but quite the opposite: positively cheering it), what more is there for Biden to do except sign off on another massive weapons package for Kiev… Continue reading “Biden Prepping Yet Another Huge Ukraine Arms Package As Total Military Aid Nears $3BN”
Arizona Gov. Doug Ducey, Texas Gov. Greg Abbott and 24 of their peers on Tuesday launched the American Governors’ Border Strike Force, aimed at grappling with a deepening illegal migration crisis at the southern border under the Biden administration.

WASHINGTON — In the days before the Jan. 6 attack on the Capitol, some of President Donald Trump’s most extreme allies and members of right-wing militia groups urged him to use his power as commander in chief to unleash the military to help keep him in office.
Now, as the House committee investigating last year’s riot uncovers new evidence about the lengths to which Trump was willing to go to cling to power, some lawmakers on the panel have quietly begun discussions about rewriting the Insurrection Act, the 1807 law that gives presidents wide authority to deploy the military within the United States to respond to a rebellion.
