A university free speech society has been told its inaugural speaker must submit his speech for vetting – or cancel the event.
The Liberate the Debate society at the University of Sussex invited Ukip MEP Bill Etheridge to give a talk this term but their plans were disrupted by student union officials.

This has gotten a lot of interest. There is very little info about what model of car it was, but one reference said it was a 2010 Mercedes, which would confirm remote control, and an incredibly high speed possible (All U.S. released Mercedes sedans will hit 135 mph with some limited at 155 mph) which would explain how the daughter heard the crash from inside the house at 10:40 PM when the crash happened a half mile away. the car had to have been going absolute max, which for a Mercedes can be quite high. There is no way any driver would go that fast so close to home when it would take longer than a half mile to slow down from such speeds. Russian actors organized both anti-Islam and pro-Islam protests in the same location at the same time on May 21, 2016, using separate Facebook pages operated from a so-called troll farm in St. Petersburg, the Senate Intelligence Committee disclosed on Wednesday.
A Facebook page named Heart of Texas, whose link to Russia was first reported by Business Insider, organized a rally at noon on May 21 at the Islamic Da’wah Center in Houston to “Stop Islamization of Texas.” The account paid to promote the event, which was viewed by about 12,000 people, said the committee’s chairman, Sen. Federal agents said they’ve located a man who associated with the Manhattan man who sped a truck down a New York City bike path, killing eight people and injuring nearly a dozen others.

The White House labeled New York terrorist suspect Sayfullo Saipov as an enemy combatant Wednesday, with an angry President Trump saying he would consider sending the alleged Islamist who killed eight pedestrians with a truck to the notorious military prison at Guantanamo Bay.
White House press secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders said the administration considers the 29-year-old Mr. Saipov, who emigrated to the U.S. from Uzbekistan, a fitting candidate for the military justice system in the war on terror. Sydney (CNN) — The long, contentious debate over the future of Australia’s sacred Uluru is over.
Climbing the famed Northern Territory site will be banned from October 2019 following a unanimous decision by the Uluru-Kata Tjuta National Park Board on November 1.

It greatly frustrates me that we have given the Republicans control of the White House, the Senate and the House of Representatives and Obamacare still has not been repealed. Handling of the Las Vegas mass shooting was so badly botched that the Crime Syndicate is resorting to a series of gaslighting news articles to try to put the genie back in the bottle. Gaslighting essentially means calling someone crazy for being a “conspiracy theorist” (CT). This method is fairly effective when used against folks who are newly or partially awake and who aren’t as strong with their personal interpretative frameworks.

EPA head Scott Pruitt cited the bible when announcing a raft of changes which will affect who can advise the agency on its science advisory boards. Critics have seen the move as an attack on independent science.
The new policy prevents hundreds of scientists working in universities from serving on the agency’s advisory boards, while simultaneously increasing the representation of private companies and industry groups. Most Americans no longer feel at ease talking about their political beliefs, a new survey by the Cato Institute found. Over two-thirds wished they were allowed to express unpopular opinions in public.
According to the survey, 71 percent of Americans “believe that political correctness has silenced important discussions our society needs to have.” At least 58 percent of Americans believe the “political climate prevents them from sharing their political beliefs.” Democrats appear to be more relaxed with sharing their political views than Republicans, according to the survey.
