Chicago’s police pension fund won’t have enough money to pay benefits to retirees in 2021, according to a projection by Local Government Information Services (LGIS). At the end of 2020, LGIS estimates that the Policemen’s Annuity and Benefit Fund of Chicago will have less than $150 million in assets to pay $928 million promised to 14,133 retirees the following year.   Continue reading “Chicago Police Pension Goes Bust”

Foster children in Missouri have been dangerously over-medicated with antipsychotic drugs — intended to treat conditions like bipolar disorder and schizophrenia — to manage behavioral disorders like attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, according to a new civil rights lawsuit, which instead effectively puts them in “a chemical straightjacket.”

“The sedative properties of the drugs are employed to sedate and control the difficult behaviors of children,” says attorney Bill Grimm of the National Center for Youth Law, which — together with the Saint Louis University School of Law Legal Clinic and the legal advocacy group Children’s Rights — brought the lawsuit June 12.   Continue reading “Lawsuit Exposes State in Taking Kids from Parents and Heavily Drugging them with Psychotropics”

A high-energy laser mounted on an Apache AH-64 attack helicopter acquired and hit an unmanned target during a recent firing test at the White Sands Missile Range in New Mexico. The test was conducted by Raytheon and the U.S. Army Apache Program Management Office, in collaboration with U.S. Special Operations Command.

For the test, Raytheon coupled a variant of the Multi-Spectral Targeting System, an advanced, electro-optical, infrared sensor, with a laser. The MTS provided targeting information, situational awareness, and beam control.   Continue reading “Apache Helicopter Fires High-Energy Laser Against a Ground Target at White Sands”

WASHINGTON (AP) — The Supreme Court is rejecting yet another call to decide whether Americans have a constitutional right to carry guns with them outside their homes.

The justices on Monday left in place an appeals court ruling that upheld the San Diego sheriff’s strict limits on issuing permits for concealed weapons.

The high court decided in 2008 that the Constitution guarantees the right to a gun, at least for self-defense at home.   Continue reading “Supreme Court rejects gun rights appeal”

Late last week, Qatar received a list of 13 demands from Saudi Arabia and the other Arab nations involved in blockading them, and has been warned by the Saudi kingdom that they have just 10 days to unconditionally accept all of them, or face unspecified further action. Qatar’s Foreign Ministry has issued a statement today insisting the list of demands is unreasonable.   Continue reading “Saudis Give Qatar 10 Days To Accept All Demands… Or Else”

The Daily Sheeple – by Dawn Luger

Geroge Orwell’s legendary book, “1984“, was not in any way meant to be a prediction of our future, yet that’s exactly what appears to have happened. And now that there’s a Broadway play which follows the events in the book closely, many are finding it difficult to stomach.

Since it’s become clear to most of us that we live in a society dominated by government interference in every aspect of our lives, the book is regaining popularity. Set in a dystopian future (kind of like now; the book was written in 1949) it is meant to warn and educate the reader on the dangers of government. Orwell creates a technologically advanced world in which fear is used as a tool for manipulating, controlling, and brainwashing individuals who do not conform to the prevailing political orthodoxy, and the Broadway play is no different.   Continue reading “Broadway Play “1984” Is Causing Audiences To Vomit And Faint”

Fish are a nearly perfect source of nutrition and in a long-term (or even a short-term) survival situation, they are not that difficult to obtain. First of all, dispel all notions that this article might have some cuddly or eco-conscious feel to it. While I can respect, and will normally do my best, to adhere to ecological best practices and animal preservation techniques, this is a SURVIVAL article, highlighting techniques that can net (no pun intended) you a healthy supply of fish to save your life. Some of these techniques are a bit rougher than normal techniques, so please bear this in mind.  The act of survival should trump the local game laws anytime, whether you are trying to get back to civilization after being lost, or bugging out because of the breakdown in civilization.   Continue reading “Best Fishing Techniques That Can Provide You With Long-term Survival”

Bibi’s Clowns is a parody video sung by the Cheverly brothers. Humor works. I was sent a link to it by DC Dave a few days ago. More people need to see this. We need to encourage the Cheverly Brothers to make more parodies. And we need to make everyone aware that we are not responsible for the actions of our government. We have a Banker Occupied government that stole $50 trillion from us according to Catherine Austin Fitts. They did 911 and they killed both President Kennedy and Martin Luther King Jr. They are behind both ISIS and the mass immigration of the Mideast criminal class to Europe and America. Ask any Arizonan whether their summers are more tolerable because “it’s a dry heat” and you’re likely to be asked to turn your oven to 150 degrees, stick your head inside for 20 minutes and report back as to whether or not the humidity within the oven ever crossed you mind.  Probably not.

And while Arizonans have learned to cope with the “dry heat,” this summer has been particularly brutal for people living in the Southwest as temperatures have already soared to over 120 degrees in certain areas.  What’s worse, it’s only June.   Continue reading “Pictures From Arizona’s Heatwave: “Everything Is Literally Melting””

Have you ever asked yourself what would happen if the Earth stopped spinning right now? For you it would be like being in a car at 1000 miles per hour and stopping dead in your tracks—you would die instantly. But, believe it or not, it gets even worse after that, as this video explains.   Continue reading “This is what would happen if Earth stopped spinning right now”

Thought Crime comes to America.

There are two bi-partisan resolutions in Congress, House Resolution 257 and Senate Resolution 118, which mean to trigger a law enforcement “investigation” if you are deemed to “hate” Muslims or Jews or blacks.

HR 257 is called “Condemning hate crime and any other form of racism, religious or ethnic bias, discrimination, incitement to violence, or animus targeting a minority in the United States”.   Continue reading “Congressional Resolutions (HR 257, SR 118) will sic law enforcement on you for ‘hating’ Muslims, Jews, or blacks”
