Accidental shootings at gun shows in North Carolina, Indiana and Ohio left five people injured Saturday, the same day that thousands of gun advocates gathered peacefully at state capitals around the U.S. to rally against stricter firearm limits.

At the Dixie Gun and Knife Show in Raleigh, a 12-gauge shotgun discharged as its owner unzipped its case for a law enforcement officer to check at a security entrance, injuring three people, state Agriculture Department spokesman Brian Long said.

Two issues which have occupied the political spotlight almost constantly during the Obama presidency have been gun rights and illegal immigration.  While our right to own firearms is supposed to be guaranteed by the Second Amendment, dating back to the founding of our nation, we also have laws barring illegal entry by foreign entities into our nation, which is something we share with virtually every other country in existence.  Ironically, the focus of liberals and the current administration is to illegally strip us of our constitutional right to bear arms, while simultaneously refusing to arrest and deport illegal aliens.

Executive Orders have been issued by Presidents since 1789, so they are not something new, however the use of them has changed over time.

Until 1907 they were not announced to the general public and were undocumented.  The power of “Executive Orders” are not specifically given to the President and the Executive Branch, but have been  ‘derived’ from two sections of the Constitution.

Article 2, Section 1, Clause 1.

“The executive Power shall be vested in a President of the United States of America”

AUSTIN, Texas (AP) — Thousands of gun advocates gathered peacefully Saturday at state capitals around the U.S. to rally against stricter limits on firearms, with demonstrators carrying rifles and pistols in some places while those elsewhere settled for waving hand-scrawled signs or screaming themselves hoarse.

BAMAKO, Mali — Without warning other governments, Algeria mounted an assault on Thursday on the heavily armed fighters holding American and other hostages at a remote Sahara gas field facility, freeing captives and killing kidnappers but leaving some hostages dead and foreign leaders scrambling to find out the fates of their citizens.

Hours after the raid, there was no official word on the number of hostages who had been freed, killed or still held captive. Estimates of the foreign casualties ranged from 4 to 35, though one Algerian official said the high figure was “exaggerated.”

Don’t bite the hand that feeds you.- unknown

This simple phrase contains a profound nugget of wisdom, but that many are unaware of. Whoever you are dependent on has power over you and can control you. If you understand this concept, it is not hard to understand the dangers of collectivism. Collectivism pools the resources of many to be distributed by a few. It can wield great power and heavy responsibility. Because of this, most positions of authority attract many seeking personal gain and it scares away the majority of the average people.

Collectivism, within a government, is not unlike a Ponzi Scheme except many are forced by mandate to give instead of being conned into it.  Collectivism takes choice, freedom and individualism out of the picture and it takes away your right to decide for yourself.

Supporting gun control laws means giving government more credit than it deserves. Government is an institution run and staffed by people with their own interests and personalities. Are they really any smarter, more competent, or less likely to escalate violence than the average person?

If anything, institutional interests and incentives combine with the difficulty of holding government actors accountable to make them more dangerous. The laws they enforce make them an even bigger threat to public safety. Government workers with assault weapons break into people’s homes if they are suspected of having unapproved medicine, haven’t paid off the banker, or happen to live at the wrong address. If those government workers feel threatened during their adrenaline rush they are liable to shoot the terrified residents and their pets — and get away with it. I wouldn’t feel any safer knowing that these were the only people who could legally buy 30-round magazines.

7:46am Morning sun crossed with massive chemtrail plumes with solar halo and sun dog.

Wednesday January 9, 2013 San Diego, CA – All night aerosol spraying was obvious at sunrise with chemtrails crisscrossing the entire sky. The morning sun had a solar halo ring around it and a sun dog “rainbow”. The chemtrails continued all day. Jet planes left short trails, curved line segments, and massive horizon to horizon plumes. Some chemtrails fanned out to blanket large areas of the sky. These formations had the classic HAARP wave signature and other “clouds” lined up in perfect rows.

Late last night, New York Assemblyman Steve McLaughlin, one of the few Republicans with a strong enough spine to stand up to the new gun legislation, released the following statement on his Facebook page.

Here it is. This is the video where I was asked to keep the Democrat proposals for the NY SAFE Act away from the public. This list was given to me by a colleague and it is not confidential.
