A new survey of North Carolina doctors finds that many are concerned about the increasing number of requests they are receiving to assess their patients’ competency to carry concealed weapons.
In particular, a majority of physicians who responded to the survey said they were worried about the potential ethical consequences in the doctor-patient relationship if they participated in the concealed-weapon permit process. Not surprisingly, some worshipers at Sunday Service will give casino chips rather than cash when the basket is passed.

A man was walking through an apartment complex in Houston, TX when he was approached by a man who demanded he turn over all of his valuables. It’s not currently clear if the suspect was armed or not.

A hog-riding former lawmaker from Wisconsin claims that Harley-Davidson voided his motorcycle’s repair warranty because of the patriotic flags he let fly from the back of his chopper.

The Obama administration has signaled it will publicly reveal a memo explaining its legal justification for using drones to kill American citizens overseas, a U.S. government official confirmed to Fox News Tuesday.

Every year the French have a 4 day celebration in Normandy complete with American uniforms, tanks, jeeps and guns. They still honor the Americans who died there.
June 6, 2013, the 69th anniversary of “D-Day”, the largest invasion ever attempted, where 200,000 Americans stormed the beaches at Normandy to begin the final push to defeat Nazi Germany in WWII. D-Day marked the turning point in WWII in Europe. My mum used to cut chicken, chop eggs and spread butter on bread on the same cutting board with the same knife and no bleach, but we didn’t seem to get food poisoning.
Our school sandwiches were wrapped in wax paper in a brown paper bag, not in ice pack coolers, but I can’t remember getting e.coli.
Almost all of us would have rather have gone swimming ion the lake or at the beach instead of a pristine pool(talk about boring)no beach closures then.

National Park Service and California State Parks Law Enforcement Park Rangers and Investigators working cooperatively have arrested and charged felony Grand Theft, Vandalism, and Receiving Stolen Property against Danny E. Garcia of Orick, California for the poaching of old growth redwood burls from the park. Charges are pending against another individual who is currently serving time for unassociated charges.
