Usually the rational determinations of those who report on these types of things are kept to themselves. We are all aware of the Obama administration’s orchestrated invasion of illegals across our southern border. There is no debate in the matter that it was purposeful. We have also been aware that this lawless administration has paved the way for tens of thousands of Muslims from Syria to receive asylum via New Jersey. Earlier this year, a pilot by the name of Dennis Welky claimed that he was fired because he would not sign a waiver of his constitutional rights.
In January 2014, Welky said that he received an email from the chief pilot of the airline company he worked for, Kalitta. According to the email, there were new requirements that had to be met by all pilots regarding security risk assessments (think TSA). At least 100 police officers have converged on the Englewood neighborhood Tuesday in what appears to be a standoff after a Chicago police captain was shot.
Police have been surrounding a building in the 7200 block of South Lowe Avenue since around 6 p.m.
A source tells NBC 5 that the police captain was shot from above, and suffered injuries to his head, cheek, shoulder and back. His exact condition is unknown, although he was said to be coherent. Continue reading “Police Captain Shot in Englewood: Source”

BROOKLYN — Two NYPD officers are under criminal investigation after punching and bashing a 16-year-old suspect in the face with a gun despite the teen raising his hands to surrender, according to a video obtained by DNAinfo New York.

Police confiscating Americans’ hard earned cash, as well as a wide variety of other valuables, without an arrest or conviction is a disturbing and growing practice throughput these United States. Since cops get to keep the seized funds and use the money on pretty much anything they want, the practice is becoming endemic in certain parts of the nation. The theft is often referred to simply as civil forfeiture, or civil asset forfeiture. A family is suing a police department after a traffic stop ended with officers smashing a car window and using a Taser. The episode was caught on cellphone camera by the driver’s 14-year-old son who was on the back seat. Lawyers for Lisa Mahone and her boyfriend Jamal Jones say excessive force was used during the Sep. 25 incident in Hammond, Indiana, which began when Mahone was stopped and ticketed for not wearing a seat belt.
In the video, officers ask Jones, who was in the passenger seat, to show his ID. However, he did not have his license on him. Officers then appear to draw guns and order him out of the car, prompting Mahone to call 911. The video shows police smashing the passenger window and using a Taser on Jones. Lawyers say two children suffered minor cuts from flying glass. The lawsuit alleges excessive force, false arrest and battery.
