Calling 911 multiple times did nothing and the boy died as police ignored his pleas. Seventh-round NFL draft pick Pat Tillman wasted no time in setting records for tackles on the football field for the Arizona Cardinals. But in the Spring of 2002, after marrying his childhood sweetheart, Tillman walked away from his multi-million-dollar NFL salary and joined the Army with his brother.

Tillman’s departure from the NFL was widely publicized, as was his death on the battlefield of Afghanistan in 2004. The Pentagon, President George W. Bush, and what seemed like all of America, celebrated Tillman’s heroic death. However, Tillman’s death was not heroic by any means. He was shot and killed by his fellow U.S. soldiers. NEWNAN, Ga. — A heavily militarized police force of some 400 officers aggressively patrolled a small neo-Nazi rally in this city 40 miles southwest of Atlanta on Saturday and arrested about 10 counterprotesters, many for the crime of wearing a mask.

Police officers arrived before the rally began and approached a group of about 50 anti-fascist protesters. They demanded the protesters remove their masks or face arrest. On Monday, a Jacksonville, Florida city inspector walked into a Cedar Hills Estate business that had flags flying above the building to honor the different branches of the U.S. military and issued a warning citation to the business, then allegedly told a veteran protesting her action, “You did nothing for this country.”

HOUSTON (Reuters) – An explosion set off a huge fire at Valero Energy Corp’s 225,000 barrel-per-day (bpd) Texas City, Texas, refinery on Thursday afternoon but the fire was quickly contained, according the City of Texas City Emergency Management office.

Over the weekend, the United States led a coordinated attack—along with French and British forces—on the sovereign country of Syria. The attack consisted of hundreds of missiles which were recorded hitting civilian targets and also reportedly struck a cancer research facility. And now, we are learning that all of it was based on an alleged use of sarin gas for which they had no evidence.

On April 19, the Russian Ambassador to the UN Vasily Nebenzya told the Rossiya-1 TV channel that a TV report about a little boy exploited to stage a Douma chemical attack video will be shown ambassadors of the UN Security Council member states.

“At the forthcoming meeting of the UN Security Council we will let everybody see it on the big screen”, Nebenzya stated.
