We’ve previously discussed some of those tactics so crazy and unconventional that they had to work. Now, let’s train the limelight on some of the most daring deceptions that succeeded in the battlefield, and (of course) marvel at the people with the sheer audacity and ingenuity to pull them off. The mainstream media is making it sound like some sort of deal was struck. In reality the militiamen, protesters and supporters of the Bundy family forced the Bureau of Land Management to release the cows they stole by confronting them. Even threats of violence from armed government goons failed to stop Bundy’s supporters from eventually taking back the cattle. This situation is far from over though. It is pretty much guaranteed that the federal government will return when there are fewer people and the story is no longer featured in the news cycle. SANTIAGO, Chile (AP) — A large forest fire raging in the Chilean port city of Valparaiso has killed at least four people and destroyed 500 homes, officials said Sunday. Thousands of people have been evacuated, including more than 200 female inmates at a prison.
Firefighters were having difficulty combating the blaze because of the topography of the city, which is surrounded by dozens of steep hills where most people live. “This is the worst disaster I have seen,” regional governor Ricardo Bravo said. “Now we fear that the fire will spread to the center of the city, which would increase the severity of the emergency.” Continue reading “4 dead in Chile forest fire; 500 homes destroyed”
SLOVYANSK, Ukraine (AP) — Ukrainian special forces exchanged gunfire with a pro-Russia militia in an eastern city Sunday, according to the interior minister, who said one Ukrainian security officer was killed and five others wounded. It was the first reported gunbattle in east Ukraine, where armed pro-Russia men have seized a number of law enforcement buildings in recent days.
Arsen Avakov said in a Facebook post that a Security Service officer was killed in Slovyansk, where the police station and local Security Service office were seized a day earlier by camouflaged armed men. He also reported an unclear number of casualties among the militia. Continue reading “Ukraine officer killed in gunbattle in east”
Dear Trenchers,
I have a friend who has been diagnosed with cancer. He has gone through one surgery, and now has it in other areas. Please pray for this kindhearted man. I have informed him of known cures. However from what I can discern, he is going with allopathic medicine.

At 1750 hours ET, I was contacted by my source within the Department of Homeland Security regarding the current situation at the Bundy Ranch. To put it bluntly, the people are being hoodwinked into believing that the situation is being resolved. It is not. It is a strategic de-escalation to fool the public. This source stated that the retreat of the BLM agents and the release of the cattle was actually crafted as a potential plan yesterday (Friday, 11 April 2014) based on the following: Continue reading “To put it bluntly, the people are being hoodwinked into believing that the situation is being resolved. The Boston Police Department announced yesterday that an on-duty Police Officer named Dennis O. Simmonds, died after, “suffering a medical emergency” at the Boston Police Academy on Thursday. Officer Simmonds was recently honored at the Boston Police Relief Association Awards Ceremony for “his bravery during the initial Watertown shoot-out following the 2013 Boston Marathon bombings.”
In a Boston Globe article, a law enforcement official who knew Simmonds, said he was a health nut and loved to do CrossFit, run road races, and play basketball, and that he was, “the picture of health.” Continue reading “Boston Cop Involved In Watertown Shootout Dies at 28”
If you thought coed naked yoga was a little out there, consider equine yoga, in which humans and horses practice the ancient tradition simultaneously (although it’s not apparent how much the animal benefits from the exercise).
The Doma India School, a 50-year-old school of horsemanship in Argentina, uses yoga to heal abused or otherwise nervous equines. The school, established by father and son Oscar and Cristobal Scarpati Schmid, explains its holistic approach on its website: “The method is to tame the horse according to its nature, avoiding cause [sic] fear and pain, and by earning their trust and loyalty.” Continue reading “This Horse Does Yoga”
So I went out to the Bundy ranch, or I say I tried to. After 2 hours of crawling I bailed on the whole ordeal and went home. 2 hours to get 25 miles out of Vegas and 20 minutes to get back, what the hell is going on? Well I found out the “supporters” had blocked off the interstate and backed up traffic for 50 miles. So why call people out then make it so they can’t get there?
Now I went out because Bundy had made a statement for everyone to come out for a public meeting Saturday at 9am . This was a set up for PR, Bundy knew Friday it was all over, and yet, told no one. HE even said he didn’t know they were doing this. This is bull, I know it and have no doubt it will come out .
Why did Sheriff Gillespie seemed to wait for this to boil over before coming out to shake hands publicly with Bundy and make it all better? Now of course you have to keep one thing in mind …..its county election time. How convenient.

Former Florida Governor Jeb Bush insisted that many of the instances of illegal immigrants coming into the U.S. were “acts of love.” Though many of the human beings who enter the U.S. illegally or overstay their legally permitted time in the U.S. are doing so to earn more resources and provide for families, many of the illegal immigrants who come into the U.S. are doing so for highly criminal reasons–a fact often left out of the discussion or otherwise barely mentioned. As we have said from the beginning of the gather to remove illegal cattle from federal land consistent with court orders, a safe and peaceful operation is our number one priority. After one week, we have made progress in enforcing two recent court orders to remove the trespass cattle from public lands that belong to all Americans.
Based on information about conditions on the ground, and in consultation with law enforcement, we have made a decision to conclude the cattle gather because of our serious concern about the safety of employees and members of the public. Tokyo (AFP) – A cosmic mystery is uniting monks and scientists in Japan after a cherry tree grown from a seed that orbited the Earth for eight months bloomed years earlier than expected — and with very surprising flowers.
The four-year-old sapling — grown from a cherry stone that spent time aboard the International Space Station (ISS) — burst into blossom on April 1, possibly a full six years ahead of Mother Nature’s normal schedule. Continue reading “‘Cherry tree from space’ mystery baffles Japan”

Every parent asks themselves this question. If you’re lucky enough to be brought up with firearms around, this probably isn’t a big deal for you. However, within the last five years, more Americans are first-time gun owners with little to no experience. This can be a challenging issue for a parent, trying to find that balance between safety, having firearms in your home and on your person.
I am a former marine and carry every day. So naturally my five-year-old daughter has always been around guns. She started to ask questions about them around age three. Being curious about seeing dad cleaning them and one always on my side, she wanted to know what they were. Continue reading “KIDS AND GUNS – HOW YOUNG IS TOO YOUNG?”
