DENVER (CN) – A gun control expert and proponent of background checks had a tough time defending his case in Colorado’s gun control trial.

Monday was day six in the federal trial brought by 31 Colorado pro-gun groups and people who claim that three bills regulating gun use in Colorado are unconstitutional.

The defense called Daniel Webster of the John Hopkins Center for Gun Control to the stand Monday. Webster is famous for his study on how the repeal of gun control laws in Missouri in 2007 affected homicides and the crime rate. The study has been cited by media outlets such as PBS and the BBC to show why gun control might work.   Continue reading “Gun Control Expert Challenged in Court”

At every opportunity, UN agencies ... as well as NGO’s, are incessantly scheming, manipulating and deceiving, trying to impose the Illuminati’s heterophobic sexual policies world-wide.

With disasters around the world– wars, earthquakes, epidemics, famines– one would assume that the UN had its hands full. Instead, the UN gives priority to promoting abortion, homosexuality and birth control.   Continue reading “UN Peddles Illuminati’s Heterophobic Plot”

Omega Shock – by John Little

My revelation, yesterday, of China’s plans to exterminate North Americans was probably a shock. It certainly was a shock for me, when I first read about it. In fact, shock doesn’t really begin to describe how I felt.

Unfortunately, there is a terrible logic to these Chinese plans to exterminate the population of North America, and the Chinese have always had a brutally pragmatic way of looking at the world. My own wife – who is Chinese by culture and Taiwanese by birth – was completely unsurprised by Chi Haotian’s article. Chinese history is a tale of massacre, genocide and starvation on a massive scale. General Chi’s words are merely a reflection of that history.   Continue reading “China Plans Extermination of US – The Awful Logic”

On Monday, when Jefferson County Open School in suburban Denver was evacuated and a hazmat team showed up because of a contamination scare, The Daily Caller was worried.

Turns out, “approximately six” habanero peppers caused the entire kerfuffle, reports Denver ABC affiliate KMGH.

The half dozen habanero peppers were scattered in shreds among the wood chips on the preK-12 school’s playground.   Continue reading “‘Approximately six’ habanero peppers cause HAZMAT scare at Denver school”

By the 1960s, tuberculosis (TB) had been almost totally eradicated in the United States. But 50 years later, according to a March 20 Reuters  article, “Half a million people fell sick with dangerous superbug strains of TB in 2012, but fewer than one in four were diagnosed.” The World Health Organization has called drug-resistant tuberculosis (DRTB) a “public health crisis,” predicting that worldwide two million people may be infected by next year. If TB was on the outs, why is it coming back now in more virulent strains?   Continue reading “Tuberculosis Back in the U.S.; Obama, Illegals to Blame”

A trial attorney from the Securities and Exchange Commission said his bosses were too “tentative and fearful” to bring many Wall Street leaders to heel after the 2008 credit crisis, echoing the regulator’s outside critics.

James Kidney, who joined the SEC in 1986 and retired this month, offered the critique in a speech at his goodbye party. His remarks hit home with many in the crowd of SEC lawyers and alumni thanks to a part of his resume not publicly known: He had campaigned internally to bring charges against more executives in the agency’s 2010 case against Goldman Sachs Group Inc. I Will Not ComplyAmmoLand – by AWR Hawkins

Washington DC – -(Ammoland.com)-  With the April 15 2014 deadline for gun registration under the SAFE Act fast approaching, estimates indicate over 90 percent of gun owners have yet to comply.

Making matters worse for elected officials–and Governor Andrew Cuomo (D) in particular–is the fact that many law enforcement officers at various levels have openly stated that they will not enforce SAFE Act requirements.   Continue reading “90 Percent of NY Gun Owners Refusing SAFE Act Registration”

Freedom Outpost – by David Risselada

Change for America has already been written in the history books. The Left set out on a mission to fundamentally transform this nation, and they are succeeding at an alarming rate. We are living in a time where so many are completely clueless as to what the intentions of the founding fathers were for the people of this country; and we are literally witnessing society give up their rights to self-governance for the false promise that somebody can care for them better than they can care for themselves.   Continue reading “The Winds of Change Are Blowing in America”

A two-decades-old battle between a Nevada rancher and the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) has resulted in officials armed with machine guns surrounding the ranch and forcibly removing the owner’s cattle, according to the rancher’s family.

Cliven Bundy, the last rancher in Clark County, Nev., has been fighting a “one-man range war” since 1993, when he decided to take a stand against the agency, refusing to pay fees for the right to graze on a ranch run by his family for centuries.   Continue reading “Last Man Standing”

Shawnee Anderson is inconsolable as government agents steal her infant boy. (Source: Maria Green / CNN)Police State USA

NAPA, CA — A man was placed into handcuffs, a woman sobbed uncontrollably, and their 11-month-old boy was seized by social workers and put into foster care — all because of legally prescribed medical marijuana.  It didn’t matter that no law had been broken; Child Protective Services has the power to split apart families in an instant without a trial, and regularly does across the country.

This heartbreaking situation happened to California couple Shawnee Anderson, 27, and Aaron Hillyer, 34.  After a nosy neighbor called the police because of a loud argument, cops arrived and found doctor-prescribed cannabis — legal for medicinal use in a total of 20 states.   Continue reading “CPS snatched infant because of legal medical marijuana prescription”
