By now you have heard that the P5 + 1 and Iranian agreement includes a path for easing out economic sanctions. Before the political pundits inject their commentary and biases for the overall tradeoff of varied interests, it would be good to assess the economic costs computed by imposing sanction on Iran as a political stick to isolate and punish the defiant regime. As the American Empire cracks under the pressure of maintaining total conflict in the Middle East, the realities that the overall world community wants a shift in policy is certainly evident in this controversial arrangement of agreement. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, reacting to congressional fears of a new crime wave from illegal immigrants, has revealed that some 1,800 released by “sanctuary cities” last year were charged with 7,500 new crimes, including rape and child sex abuse.

The fleur de lis, a French symbol used by royal families dating back to the 13th century, and emblazoned on the New Orleans Saints helmet, is now being called a symbol of slavery, drawing comparisons to the recent uproar against the Confederate battle flag.

A woman from Kingsport, Tennessee told police that she was counterfeiting currency because she had read online that President Barack Obama had created a new law making it legal for her to print her own money, according to a report.
Police arrived at a local grocery store Sunday night in response to a complaint about a customer paying with counterfeit money. A clerk told the reporting officer that a white female had handed him a bill that he suspected to be a counterfeit just before the cop had arrived, the Kingsport Times News reported. The 499 criminal charges the Pennsylvania Attorney General’s Office lodged Tuesday morning against former Harrisburg Mayor Stephen R. Reed are a varied lot.
Essentially, they accuse Reed of running a criminal enterprise for roughly two decades. A conviction on nearly any combination of the accusations could send the ailing ex-mayor to prison for the rest of his life. There are some things Marines with combat experience know to be “ must-haves” when serving in a combat zone. Here is a list of the top 20 items combat-experienced Marines of 3rd Platoon, C Company, 1st Battalion, 3rd Marine Regiment feel are the most important that a Marine should carry in combat, besides the standard issue of equipment and weapons. Stone Mountain, GA – The Atlanta chapter of the NAACP officially called for the elimination of all symbols of the Confederacy from Stone Mountain.
This comes on the heels of the removal of the Confederate battle flag from the South Carolina State House.

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu says Israel is not bound by the nuclear deal between Iran and world powers, adding that it will always defend itself against Tehran, which “continues to seek its destruction.”

SAN FRANCISCO (AP) — A disbarred Harvard-educated lawyer was charged with kidnapping a California woman who said attackers broke into her home, took her and held her for ransom, a twist that came months after police called the abduction a hoax.
Federal prosecutors charged Matthew Muller of Orangevale, California, with kidnapping last month after he was arrested in a separate home-invasion robbery in the San Francisco Bay Area that had similarities to the abduction, the FBI said in an affidavit unsealed Monday. WASHINGTON (AP) — President Barack Obama heralded a historic nuclear agreement with Iran Tuesday as an opportunity for the longtime foes to move in a “new direction,” while sharply warning Congress that it would be irresponsible to block the accord.
“No deal means a greater chance of more war in the Middle East,” Obama said in early morning remarks from the White House. Obama, accompanied by Vice President Joe Biden, spoke shortly after negotiators in Vienna announced the landmark deal aimed at curbing Iran’s nuclear program for more than a decade in exchange for billions of dollars in international sanctions relief. The president said the agreement, hammered out through nearly two years of negotiations, would cut off all of Iran’s pathways to a bomb and give the international community unprecedented access to the country’s nuclear facilities.
