NEW YORK (AP) — A fully unleashed Rudolph Giuliani, free of electoral concerns and financial worries, has relentlessly criticized President Barack Obama in recent weeks, questioning the commander in chief’s love of country while placing the blame for much of society’s ills at the front door of the White House.

But those same inflammatory views that have been eaten up by some conservatives are significantly out of step with the prevailing political views of liberal New York City. And experts suggest they could further muddle Giuliani’s complicated legacy in the city he led for eight years, including in its darkest hours.   Continue reading “Giuliani’s fiery rhetoric clouds legacy of ‘America’s Mayor’”

Shoot, Move & Communicate.

1.            All Rangers are to be subject to the rules and articles of war; to appear at roll-call every evening, on their own parade, equipped, each with a Firelock, sixty rounds of powder and ball, and a hatchet, at which time an officer from each company is to inspect the same, to see they are in order, so as to be ready on any emergency to march at a minute’s warning; and before they are dismissed, the necessary guards are to be draughted, and scouts for the next day appointed.   Continue reading “Shoot, Move & Communicate.”

Oh happy day—freshman Texas Senator Ted Cruz is set to announce that he’s running for president. And he’s not going to announce at the Alamo or any other defiant Texas-type monument. He’s making a pilgrimage straight to the birthplace of the Moral Majority, the Jerry Falwell-founded Liberty University. The setting makes sense for a man who believes that God has called him to politics. After all, the only way to top shutting down the government is to try to run the government into the ground himself.   Continue reading “The Truth Behind Ted Cruz’s Lies”

Quite a Bit, Actually

U.S. Attorney Loretta Lynch, President Obama’s nominee for U.S. Attorney General, does not respect this country’s laws. For instance, Lynch believes that the President Obama’s executive dictates, including his recent amnesty order for illegal aliens, are entirely legitimate and non-controversial.

In another example, Lynch was involved in the 2012 settlement that absolved HSBC (a British banking company) for money laundering performed on behalf of terrorists, drug dealers, the Mexican cartels and Iran. Many have called this a slap on the wrist, particularly because Lynch didn’t fully investigate the crimes involved.   Continue reading “What’s wrong with Loretta Lynch?”

ATLANTA (CN) – A man who was shot in the genitals during a traffic stop can pursue claims that his medical care was delayed deliberately, the 11th Circuit ruled.

Roberto Valderrama’s lawsuit in Florida stems from a January 2006 traffic stop of a car in which Valderrama was a passenger.

Detective Carl Rousseau, of the Miami-Dade County Police Department, was patrolling the Overtown neighborhood when he claimed to have seen a pedestrian hand what looked like a gun to Valderrama.   Continue reading “Genital-Shooting Claims Against Cops Advance”

Is the hiring of armed, work-permitted foreign nationals to deploy on U.S. soil what the Founders had in mind for "the security of a free State"?Examiner

Police departments hiring immigrants as officers,” USA Today reported Sunday. “[S]ome [departments] are allowing immigrants who are legally in the country to wear the badge. From Hawaii to Vermont, agencies are allowing green-card holders and legal immigrants with work permits to join their ranks.”

To paraphrase Bill Clinton, that depends on what the meaning of the term “legal” is.

“Some, like the Chicago and Hawaii police departments, allow any immigrant with a work authorization from U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services to become an officer,” the story explains. “That means people in the country on temporary visas or are applying for green cards can join.”   Continue reading “Cities using work permit aliens to enforce gun edicts and laws against citizens”

Have you ever undertaken some task you felt less than qualified for, but knew that someone needed to do? Consider this piece my version of that, and let me put what I do understand about it in a nutshell: based on developments in our post-9/11 world, we could be watching the birth of a new American political system and way of governing for which, as yet, we have no name.

And here’s what I find strange: the evidence of this, however inchoate, is all around us and yet it’s as if we can’t bear to take it in or make sense of it or even say that it might be so.   Continue reading “Is A New Political System Emerging In This Country?”

Journalof911StudiesWashington’s Blog – by Kevin Ryan

This summer will mark the ninth anniversary of the Journal of 9/11 Studies. In that time, my co-editors and I have published over 150 peer-reviewed articles and letters addressing various aspects of the 9/11 crimes. Although it can be hard, thankless work, the job of co-editor has also been rewarding and I’ve learned a great deal.

Through publishing articles in mainstream journals, I’ve learned that our peer-review process is at least as rigorous as that of others. At our Journal, submissions often fail to pass the editor’s initial assessment and are never reviewed. Of the remainder, dozens have failed to make it through the peer-review process to become published. It’s a disappointment when that happens but it’s important that whatever we publish lives up to certain standards. The end result is a treasure trove of reliable research, freely available on the web.   Continue reading “Eight Great Reads at the Journal of 9/11 Studies”

The corporate media won’t report such cases because their bottom line is more important than being honest with their readers, but vaccine damages do occur, even if the big newspapers don’t want to risk their pharmaceutical industry ad purchases to tell you about them.

But not all media is corrupted in that manner, so our hats go off to the small-time Charlotte Observer, of Charlotte, North Carolina, which had the courage to tell the story of a local resident whose child has no future, thanks to vaccines.   Continue reading “Small local newspaper dares to report truth about vaccine-damaged children receiving financial compensation from the federal vaccine court”

The Hill – by Mike Lillis

House Democrats fighting for leverage in the GOP Congress are hoping they can empower an unlikely ally: Speaker John Boehner (R-Ohio).

Democrats are outnumbered by more than 50 members – and have almost no power to bring bills to the floor.

But they see Boehner as a willing compromiser on must-pass legislation like funding the government and raising the debt ceiling – once the Speaker can convince his troops that the partisan route endorsed by his conservative wing has been denied.   Continue reading “Dems want to empower Boehner”

Rampant Disinformation

NATO has announced that it is launching an “information war” against Russia.

The UK publicly announced a battalion of keyboard warriors to spread disinformation.

It’s well-documented that the West has long used false propaganda to sway public opinion.

Western military and intelligence services manipulate social media to counter criticism of Western policies.   Continue reading “That Moron Who Spews Garbage and Doesn’t Listen to Reason May Be a Bot”
