A series of earthquakes was reported early Wednesday morning near the Nevada-California state line, according to the U.S. Geological Survey.

WASHINGTON (Reuters) – In a new legal development on the controversy over former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s emails, an appeals court on Tuesday reversed a lower court ruling and said two U.S. government agencies should have done more to recover the emails.

GLENDALE, ARIZONA — Two victims of an armed attack reportedly had interactions with the perpetrator prior to him following them inside a Walmart. He opened fire on both of them, wounding them. Thankfully, one of the victims was armed and able to return fire. This forced 21-year-old Almalik Ward to flee.

According to ABC 15 Arizona, the suspect in the attack was positively identified and is currently a top priority for law enforcement operating in the area. Dov Katz, the head of computer vision at Oculus VR, was arrested near Seattle on December 21 for allegedly soliciting sex from an underage girl. According to charging records, Katz allegedly attempted to pay $350 to have unprotected sex with someone he thought was a 15-year-old girl.

Katz, 38, has been charged with attempted commercial sexual abuse of a minor. According to the charging documents, Katz wasn’t actually texting a 15-year-old girl, but an undercover agent from the Tukwila Police Department.
