(Reuters) – A gunman killed a woman and seriously wounded three others in Austin early on Sunday when he shot into a crowd as people streamed out of nightclubs in the Texas capital’s downtown area, police said.

A man who was going into diabetic shock was physically assaulted by Nevada police officers who mistook him for a drunk driver.

The dash-cam from the Highway Patrol trooper shows they began a chase against a suspected drunk driver.  Once he was able to pull the car over, police officers open his door and begin to kick him, shouting “stop resisting motherf****r, stop resisting!” as he lay on the ground.   Continue reading “Nevada Police Beat Man Going Into Diabetic Shock”

NEWTOWN, Conn. (AP) — The new Sandy Hook Elementary School, built to replace the one demolished after a massacre that took the lives of 20 children and six educators, features three courtyards, study spaces designed to look like treehouses and a moat-like raingarden.

Still, many would give anything to have the old building back.

On Friday, July 22, just as members of his party were gathering in Philadelphia to coronate Hillary Clinton as their presidential nominee, the Obama Administration once again released a sweeping gun control measure by executive fiat. This time the bad news came via the U.S. State Department’s Directorate of Defense Trade Controls (DDTC), which is primarily responsible for administering the Arms Export Control Act (AECA) and its implementing rules, the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). The upshot is that DDTC is labeling commercial gunsmiths as “manufacturers” for performing relatively simple work such as threading a barrel or fabricating a small custom part for an older firearm. Under the AECA, “manufacturers” are required to register with DDTC at significant expense or risk onerous criminal penalties.    Continue reading “Just in Time for His Party’s Convention, Obama Administration Releases Latest Executive Gun Control”

The Idaho Attorney General announced today that no charges will be filed against the two deputies who killed 62-year-old rancher Jack Yantis last November 1st.

Adams County Sheriff Ryan Zollman, dressed like a teenie-bopper in a baseball cap, shades propped against his forehead and a t-shirt, announced that he was disappointed in the decision- not because of the decision itself, but rather because it was released during a rodeo. Zollman called the decision an “unnecessary distraction.”   Continue reading “Adams County Sheriff Ryan Zollman: We Have A Rodeo Going On, The Yantis Decision “Is An Unnecessary Distraction””

Very sad and disappointing news today out of Idaho- the Attorney General has announced that no charges will be filed against deputies Brian Wood and Cody Roland, who slaughtered 62-year-old rancher Jack Yantis outside of his ranch on November 1, 2015. The Adams County Sheriff’s department had called Jack at home and requested that he put down one of his bulls, which had been hit by a car. The deputies then pumped twelve bullets into Jack’s chest, stomach and heart in front of his nephew and wife, who immediately had a heart attack.   Continue reading “Idaho Attorney General: No Charges against Deputies Who Killed Jack Yantis”

In an attempt to curb the ongoing surge of Central American illegal aliens crossing over our southern border, the Obama DHS yesterday announced the dramatic expansion of a 2014 program that puts so-called “refugees” from high-crime regions onto commercial airliners and brings them here directly to live and work. The initial surge, first reported on over the summer of 2014 and involving mostly unaccompanied alien minors (UAM) from Honduras, Guatemala and El Salvador, caused outrage among the American public after apprehended minors began telling border patrol agents they were lured into making the dangerous journey by Obama’s apparent promise of amnesty—Indeed, statistics show the surge starting directly after his 2012 DACA decree which granted self-described “dreamers” deportation deferrals and work permits.   Continue reading “Just before election, Obama doubles down on illegal immigrant fly-in program”

In April, Wells Fargo & Co admitted to defrauding the United States government for nearly an entire decade, which subsequently led to the housing market collapse — and the United States punished no one.

Bank of America Corp (BAC.N), Citigroup Inc (C.N), Deutsche Bank AG (DBKGn.DE) and JPMorgan Chase & Co (JPM.N), have all previously made the same admission and settled similar federal lawsuits — again, with no one being held criminally responsible.   Continue reading “FINALLY!
