While many, including ANP, have noted that President Trump is having to purge the “enemies” within his administration and agencies that fall under it’s authority, there is another disturbing trend being noted where agent provocateurs are infiltrating patriot groups, forums, comment sections of conservative sites, and other groups, declaring that to clean up America “Martial Law is the only way.”   Continue reading “HEADS UP: Agent Provocateurs Infiltrate Patriot Movement Declaring ‘Martial Law Is The Only Way’”

Four years ago, this dingbat woman who Obama appointed to head the FMCSA (Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration) was pressured during Congressional hearings and persuaded to actually ride in a big rig with a professional driver for a few days to see what the actual business of interstate commerce is like.

To her credit, Anne S. Ferro actually did it, and afterwards described it as “A SMACK IN THE FACE, very enlightening” and said it had given her “a much different and a much clearer view” of what trucking was really like.   Continue reading “A Challenge To Elaine Chao, Mitch McConnell’s Wife, New Head of DOT, To Ride In An Actual Big Rig For 2 Days Like Obama’s Dingbat DOT Chief Did”

A federal jury in Nevada is about to be picked to decide whether a tense standoff pitting armed ranchers and rangers against federal agents over a herd of cattle in a dry river bed amounted to a peaceful expression of free speech and weapon rights, or an insurrection against the U.S. government.

Trial begins Monday in Las Vegas for six men — the first of a trio of proceedings for 17 defendants that will later include Nevada cattleman Cliven Bundy, four of his adult sons and seven other men. Each is facing the equivalent of the rest of his life in prison for the confrontation nearly three years ago.   Continue reading “6 Bundy Ranch ‘Gunmen And Followers’ To Begin Trial”

As President Trump weathered his first two weeks in office, a surprising number of roadblocks to his agenda cropped up from another Washington, more than 2,500 miles away.

Acting swiftly and with a united front, leaders from the Evergreen State have marshaled a powerful resistance to Trump’s administration — the combination of a left-leaning populace, outspoken Democratic lawmakers, legal efforts spearheaded by a resolute attorney general and support from several Seattle-area tech companies wary of Trump’s policies.   Continue reading “How Washington state became the epicenter of resistance to Trump’s agenda”

Los Angeles, CA — Taxpayers of Los Angeles will have to pay for their police department’s misconduct yet again, as a woman who fell out of a squad car in 2013 has been granted a $3.5 million settlement.

On any given day, most inmates in California jails have not yet been convicted of a crime.

About 63 percent are being held awaiting trial, according to data collected by the Board of State and Community Corrections, an average of nearly 47,000 people. Federal statistics on the largest urban counties show that from 2000 to 2009, California kept unsentenced felony defendants in jail at nearly twice the rate of the rest of the country.

For state Sen. Bob Hertzberg, the problem is clear: Bail is “just too expensive.” The median amount in the state is $50,000, according to the Public Policy Institute of California, five times higher than the national average.   Continue reading “California considers an end to bail: ‘We’re punishing people simply for being poor’”

I’m talking about The Big One. The one for which we are long overdue.   Continue reading “How to Survive an Earthquake”
