Dylan Ross, of Montrose, Colorado, was in the woods, hunting mule deer on 5 November, 2017. He was sneaking through the woods, a little after daylight, when he heard a noise. He turned to his left, and saw an adult mountain lion up hill from him, and less than 20 feet away. As he shouldered his rifle, the lion hissed and took two steps toward him. He fired, but the lion kept coming, and he shot a second time. That stopped the lion.  There are two videos at Dylan’s facebook page. After reporting the shooting, he went back up the mountain and shot a very nice Mule Deer. From facebook.com/dylan.ross:   Continue reading “CO: Self Defense Against Mountain Lion at 16 feet”

WASHINGTON (INTELLIHUB) — A twelve-page “protocol agreement” between the governments of the United States and Russia concerning the “management and disposition of plutonium” bears former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s signature and dovetails several other agreementsmade in August and September of 2000.

Under Article 7, which can be found on page 5 of the agreement, it is clear that Rosatom (a Canadian proxy) is involved, as I reported in the Jan. 23, 2016, article titled “Clinton Foundation took massive payoffs, promised Hammond Ranch and other publicly owned lands to Russians along with one-fifth of our uranium ore” when I broke all of this wide open.   Continue reading “Government document bearing Hillary Clinton’s signature proves US-Russian Federation uranium deal occurred”

Big Food is at it again, fooling us with false advertisements to make us buy food we don’t want to consume. Most of today’s consumers are increasingly health conscious and want to avoid products that contain health-damaging ingredients. High fructose corn syrup (HFCS) is one of the substances that has made a bad name for itself.

This questionable sweetener – which is much cheaper than regular sugar, and extends the shelf life of processed products – has been linked to many health problems such as heart disease, obesity, dementia, diabetes, cancer and liver failure. For this reason, many consumers have begun to check food labels and steer away from foods containing HFCS.  Continue reading “Food companies hiding harmful high fructose corn syrup under new name”

Crude prices could return to the levels last seen in 2014, according to a prediction by economist Jim O’Neill, former chairman of Goldman Sachs Asset Management.

“While oil prices could be about $60 per barrel in November 2018, my guess is that they will have risen to about $80 per barrel in the meantime,” O’Neill wrote in Barron’s magazine.

The economist admits his prediction in January 2016 that the price slide would not continue failed. Now, he is among the few, who say prices are likely to rise, not stay stagnant around the current $60.   Continue reading “Oil price could jump to $80 per barrel says economist Jim O’Neill”

A former South Carolina police officer who faces sentencing next week for fatally shooting an unarmed black man is citing recent testimony from Attorney General Jeff Sessions as an example of how a person’s apparently evolving memories are attributable to stress, not lies.

Michael Slager pleaded guilty last May to committing federal civil rights violations when he fired eight rounds into the back of 50-year-old Walter Scott as the South Carolina man fled a traffic stop in April 2015. Scott’s death attracted national attention after a bystander’s video of the incident went viral, inflaming the ongoing debate over racial bias and excessive force in policing.   Continue reading “The ex-cop who killed Walter Scott is using his ‘Swiss cheese memory’ as a defense — and citing Jeff Sessions’ own memory lapses as an example”
