President Lincoln, who is considered by most historians (or at least the politically correct ones) to be the best and certainly the most important U.S. President, wielded power in a fashion never seen before nor since. The fact that he died as a martyr is why history has viewed him in such a kind albeit sanitized light.

During the Civil War, Lincoln continuously circumvented the law and in many cases suspended the Constitution altogether. In doing so, Lincoln denied the rights of citizens he was sworn to protect. He suspended the writ of Habeas Corpus, closed courts by force, and arrested citizens and elected officials without cause. Lincoln also raised troops without the consent of Congress, closed-down newspapers whose writers displayed any dissent to U.S. policy.   Continue reading “Lincoln was a War Criminal”

Sunday marked the 65th anniversary that the west carried out a coup in Iran that destabilized the county by overthrowing the country’s democratically elected leader, Mohammad Mossadegh, and installed a CIA groomed dictator.

What was once considered a conspiracy theory is now a fact as the government has since admitted to carrying out Operation Ajax that was planned by the CIA in conjunction with MI6 in the UK to exploit the Iranian people and steal their oil on behalf of the  Anglo-Iranian Oil Company (AIOC) – the British state-owned oil company established in 1908 with this objective in mind and the forerunner of today’s global oil conglomerate BP.   Continue reading “65 Years Ago, the CIA Conspired with the UK to Overthrow Iran on Behalf of Big Oil”

China has threatened a boycott of a popular Taiwanese bakery after Taiwan’s president visited a store in California last Sunday during a short stopover trip in the United States.

The chain of bakeries, known as 85C, hosted Taiwanese President Tsai Ing-wen at one of its stores in Los Angeles, where she was photographed buying a drink, signing a toy loaf of bread, and receiving a gift bag from the staff. The visit was part of her stopover trip in the U.S. before departing on diplomatic trips to Paraguay and Belize.   Continue reading “China Threatens to Boycott Taiwanese Bakery After Visit from President Tsai”

Both Matt Drudge and Alex Jones are responsible for motivating the disenfranchised to vote for Donald Trump. Now that Trump’s the imperial president—a narcissistic version of George W. Bush—it’s up to MAGA media to support the agenda, even if that agenda is markedly different than what he told us while on the campaign trail.

For instance, this morning Drudge posted an article from April warning that Iranian sleeper cells are “operating across the United States mostly unfettered, raising concerns in Congress and among regional experts that these ‘sleeper cell’ agents are poised to launch a large-scale attack on the American homeland, according to testimony before lawmakers,” writes Adam Kredo for The Washington Free Beacon.    Continue reading “Matt Drudge Prepares MAGA Crew for War”

W. Joseph Astarita is a treasonous FBI agent working for the Federal Bureau of Investigation. He was indicted on five felony charges after the inspector general of the U.S. Justice Department last year began investigating possible FBI criminal misconduct and whether there was a cover-up.

Astarita said nothing during a brief court hearing and was released on his own recognizance, declining to comment as he left.   Continue reading “W. Joseph Astarita is a traitor”

The protection of Palestinian civilians could be improved by the deployment of UN-mandated armed forces or unarmed observers, a beefed-up UN civilian presence or expanded UN assistance, Secretary-General Antonio Guterres wrote in a report on Friday.

The United Nations General Assembly requested the report in a resolution adopted in June that condemned Israel for excessive force against Palestinian civilians and denounced the firing of rockets from Gaza into Israeli civilian areas.   Continue reading “UN Chief Suggests Deploying UN-Mandated Armed Forces to Protect Palestinians”

Marine Gunnery Sgt. (ret.) Jessie Jane Duff mocked the “dainty” way Congressional primary candidate Maura Sullivan (D-NH-1) held an AR-15 while calling for a ban on the weapon and other restrictions on the Second Amendment as well.

Sullivan’s push for new restrictions on the Second Amendment won her a “distinction award” from Michael Bloomberg-funded Moms Demand Action.   Continue reading “Marine Gunnery Sgt. Mocks Gun Control Candidate’s ‘Dainty’ Handling of AR-15”

The American Civil War ended on a random battlefield in Central Virginia in April 1865.  The conflict which raged for half-a-decade had cost both sides far more than either could have imagined in the days leading up to the war and left deep and bitter wounds which are still visible today.

Interestingly, many of the young men who had fault alongside Generals Lee, Grant and Stonewall Jackson during this horrific conflict were only in their 50s when the first Model T Fords began driving off the assembly line.   Continue reading “US Route 11: The Road That Healed the Nation, America’s Main Street”

A Thurston County Superior Court judge sided with the NRA and Second Amendment Foundation against a gun-control ballot initiative in the state of Washington.

On July 3, Breitbart News reported that the initiative, I-1639, was being presented as a simple attempt to raise the legal age for long gun purchases from 18 to 21. Although an attempt to disqualify 18- to 20-year-olds from exercising their Second Amendments is troubling enough, the reality of the matter is that I-1639 would have put in place a new system of background checks and myriad other guns controls as well.   Continue reading “Judge Sides with NRA, 2nd Amendment Foundation, Disqualifies Washington Gun Control Initiative”
