A Montana man who was accused of filling his water cup with soda at a fast food restaurant has been arrested and charged with multiple misdemeanors and a felony.
Missoula Police Public Information Officer Travis Welsh says police were called to the scene on Thursday around 2:30 pm after Daniel Stine started a fight with a restaurant employee. Baltimore, MD — A Baltimore cop has been suspended after he was seen on video savagely beating an unarmed and apparently innocent man until blood poured from his face. From the beginning of the beating until the end, the man never posed a threat to the cop.
The video was so horrific that the Interim Police Commission, Gary Tuggle, released a statement saying he was “deeply disturbed by the video,” and noted that he suspended the officer involved. According to a recent survey, American families are more worried than ever about being able to pay their medical bills. And rightly so. Unfortunately, a bill now working its way through the U.S. House of Representatives would make health care even less affordable and less secure for millions for Americans. Two Los Angeles Sheriff’s Department deputies are hearing — for the fourth time — they’ll be personally responsible for a string of Constitutional violations resulting in them filling two innocent people with bullets. At this point, the officers have lost at the district level, the Appeals Court, got a partial remand (but no grant of immunity) from the Supreme Court, and are back in front of the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals losing again. At first glance it didn’t seem to be any big deal. It’s inelegantly named the “Authorization for Use of Military Force (AUMF) of 2018.” It was introduced on April 16, 2018 by Senators Bob Corker (R-TN), the chairman of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee (SFRC), and Tim Kaine (D-VA).
