OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) — A man armed with a pistol walked into an Oklahoma City restaurant at the dinner hour and opened fire, wounding two customers, before being shot dead by a handgun-carrying civilian in the parking lot, police said.

Piers Corbyn says we are entering a Grand Solar Minimum in 2019 and this means we will have more earthquakes and volcanoes due to decreased solar activity allowing more cosmic radiation (i.e. nuclear particles) to bombard the earth.
Arizona has been making plans for receiving 400,000 Californians after an earthquake. Dream on. There are 18.8 million people in the Los Angeles area and 8.8 million in the San Francisco Bay Area. The FBI tweeted out a link to its files on Jeffrey Epstein on Thursday.
Twitter sleuth @Techno_Fog mined an interesting gem from the files, showing that Epstein likely served as an informant to the FBI. Robert Mueller’s FBI in 2008.
I’d like to share that I just watched a quality series on YouTube for free. You might have seen it already but I just found it. “Cobra Kai.” It’s The Karate Kid story continued after 30 years. I was excited, just for nostalgia reason since that film affected me a lot in many positive ways. Anyhow, long story short, I believe there are 10 episodes, each under half an hour. There will be a season two, but not ’till 2019.
I will say I was pleasantly surprised. Yes, it starts out with a little bad acting, but it improves as it progresses. And yes, it’s a bit sophomoric at first and not without a a few liberal tinges, but over all, and predominately, it is about teaching kids to fight, to stand up for themselves and not back down. I’m surprised they got away with some of the things they did. In snowflake reality these aggressions would land one in jail.

Most people didn’t know what a “bump stock” was before the massacre in Las Vegas last year, where a gunman opened fire on a crowd of concertgoers at the Route 91 Harvest music festival.
It was revealed that the shooter had used bump stocks to make his semi-automatic weapons fire at a rate more resembling automatic fire. For the first time, the Portland Police Department will consider new officer recruits who are non-citizens and recent marijuana users – people who had been automatically disqualified in the past.
Non-citizen officer candidates can qualify as long as they have been granted a permanent right to work in the United States. Applicants who have recently used marijuana will be considered on a case-by-case basis, the department said in a release. More than a dozen barges broke loose Thursday afternoon and floated down the Monongahela River, authorities said.

For the past month, residents in Bucks County, Pennsylvania, have been reporting mysterious booms overnight. However, nobody — not even local authorities — can explain.
Now, the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) has arrived in Upper Bucks and Lehigh Counties to investigate the nighttime explosions. Springfield Township police say that multiple earth-shaking booms occurred as recent as 4 a.m. on Tuesday, according to KYW-TV. It was supposed to be a joyous occasion, marking the commencement of a new and better phase in the life of nearly 1000 graduates. Instead, Defense Secretary Jim Mattis told the 984 new lieutenants who are graduating from the U.S. Air Force Academy to prepare for the worst: war.
On Wednesday night, Mattis spoke at the graduation ceremony on the campus outside Colorado Springs and told the 2018 graduates they must be ready to fight and win. The Pentagon chief also told the 60th class to graduate from the academy that they must maintain U.S. military superiority in the air, and urged them to make the Air Force better. With the sentencing of Bruce Doucette, one of the most prominent “sovereign citizens” in the country, Colorado prosecutors say they are sending a message nationally that threatening local government officials will not be tolerated.
The state attorney general’s office is in the midst of taking to court nine people, including Doucette, who papered the offices of state judges, district attorneys, sheriffs and even Gov. John Hickenlooper with false legal documents. They’re charged with racketeering, conspiracy and other felony counts.
