Councils and public health officials have the power to demolish buildings and even homes infected with coronavirus, it has emerged.

As a last resort for preventing the spread of the disease, powers granted to local authorities – with the permission of a magistrate – could see anything from a car to a train destroyed.  Continue reading “Councils can BULLDOZE contaminated homes and crush cars as a last resort under new laws to stop second wave of coronavirus”

(JTA) — Larry Johnson, a former running back who played seven seasons for the Kansas City Chiefs, tweeted multiple times to his more than 147,000 followers over the weekend that a Jewish “cabal” is involved in “Human Trafficking, Sex Trafficking, Pedophilia, Ritualistic Child Torture, Perversion, Human Sacrifice/Murder.” And on Monday, he showed no signs of apologizing.

Johnson framed one of those tweets as a response to Max Kellerman, the Jewish co-host of ESPN’s “First Take” show, who said on the air recently that “Jews do not have a plan for world domination.” Kellerman was responding to social media posts by another NFL star, DeSean Jackson, who last month posted a quote he attributed to Adolf Hitler accusing Jews of having a “plan for world domination.” Jackson subsequently removed the post and apologized. Buckling up is second nature for most Americans. It took us over 60 years to get to that point, though.

The US doesn’t have 60-plus years to get Americans on board with the latest novel safety feature — masks. Continue reading “The debate over masks today is a lot like the decades-long fight to mandate seat belts”

It is called the Bill of Rights not of privileges. We now have restrictions on breathing. If we subtract out New York and New Jersey covid deaths, we have a low rate of death. Most are dying from other diseases and are dying with the disease and not from the disease.

The global pandemic lockdowns and social distancing regulations have produced many new controversial firsts, leading to both disputes between citizens and law enforcement, and among people often wrangling with each other over things like mask wearing or proximity, or even the ability to have gatherings at a park.

Though we thought we’d seen everything, here’s yet another true first: municipal governments in France have begun mandating the wearing of masks outdoors. Continue reading “Parts Of France Impose Outdoor Mask Mandate In Controversial First”

As TFTP previously reported, horrifying surveillance footage was released showing multiple police officers aggressively assaulting and torturing a disabled man in his front yard after they dragged him from his home during a welfare check. That footage led to the arrest of three police officers, one of whom was arrested again for beating a teenager as well.

Last year, officers Brad McLeod, John Patrick Edney, and Florian Hilgar were charged for unlawful assault and assault with a weapon for beating the disabled man. Continue reading “NO JAIL for Cops Found Guilty of Torturing Innocent Disabled Man in His Own Front Yard”

BEIRUT (AP) — A massive explosion rocked Beirut on Tuesday, flattening much of the city’s port, damaging buildings across the capital and sending a giant mushroom cloud into the sky. More than 70 people were killed and 3,000 injured, with bodies buried in the rubble, officials said.

It was not clear what caused the blast, which struck with the force of a 3.5 magnitude earthquake, according to Germany’s geosciences center GFZ, and was heard and felt as far away as Cyprus more than 200 kilometers (180 miles) across the Mediterranean. Lebanon’s interior minister said it appeared that a large cache of ammonium nitrate in the port had detonated.  Continue reading “Massive Beirut blast kills more than 70, injures thousands”

In my last few articles, I found myself writing on the theme of the emerging new system and the battle between two paradigms (multipolar vs unipolar).

Within that theme, the important issue of psy ops, false solutions and epistemological warfare which are a part of everyone’s’ daily life (whether they know it or not) arose as well. Recent events and announcements have caused me to tackle another aspect of psychological warfare in the modern age. Allowing students to safely return to classrooms must be a “top priority” as countries get local transmission under control, Guterres said in a video message released early Tuesday morning.
