In 2017, four states had laws in place that expressly recognize gold and silver coins as legal tender: Colorado, Missouri, Oklahoma, and Utah. Since that time, nine more have joined them.

Arizona, Wyoming, Texas, Kansas, Louisiana, Indiana, Tennessee, West Virginia, and South Carolina all now accept gold and silver as cash, their representatives and residents recognizing that Federal Reserve Notes and other fiat currencies will eventually hyperinflate and collapse. Amazon, one of the largest corporations in the world, supplies state-of-the-art facial recognition software to law enforcement agencies, provides the military with a range of technology services, and is now building out its security operation with over a dozen former FBI agents.

The tech conglomerate, which began as an online bookseller, is rapidly hiring for its global security center in Arizona. As the firm expands and faces new challenges, including increased antitrust scrutiny, counterfeiting issues, and pressure from worker activism, the company is staffing up with former FBI agents, with a focus on security and intelligence-gathering ability. From 2017 to 2020, the $1.6 trillion technology behemoth hired 20 former FBI agents, at least two of whom appear to be responsible for monitoring the labor-organizing activity of its workers to keep unions out. Excerpts:

People with learning disabilities have been given do not resuscitate orders during the second wave of the pandemic, in spite of widespread condemnation of the practice last year and an urgent investigation by the care watchdog.

Mencap said it had received reports in January from people with learning disabilities that they had been told they would not be resuscitated if they were taken ill with Covid-19. Continue reading ““Do Not Resuscitate” Notices Given to Covid Patients with Learning Disabilities in UK”

Our internet has been out since yesterday afternoon. Our Verizon mobile wi-fi, which is our back up, is running as slow as a sloth on Quaaludes.

We were able to get two posts up this morning before the wi-fi slowed down to the point that it would no longer allow us to go forward.

Putting up articles with the mobile wi-fi is impossible, we will be lucky if this notice goes up.

We are supposed to have our internet back at 4:00 this afternoon. If so we will get everything caught up then and tomorrow we will be contacting Verizon to praise their excellent service.

Apologies.

I don’t care who you voted for, or your thoughts on the election. Joe Biden is the President and as much as I try to stay out of politics, his proposed tax plan is now the greatest threat to destroy family owned farms and ranches that America has ever seen. According to Farm Progress Magazine, “Biden has two features in his(estate tax) plan, and one is unfortunate, but the other is disastrous for farmers.”  Continue reading “America’s Family Owned Farms Now Face the Greatest Threat to Their Existence”
