SEATTLE (AP) — The U.S. Supreme Court’s decision allowing President Donald Trump’s third travel ban to take effect — at least for now — has intensified the attention on a legal showdown Wednesday afternoon before three judges in Seattle who have previously been cool to the administration’s efforts.

Ninth U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals Judges Ronald Gould, Richard Paez and Michael Hawkins are scheduled to hear arguments in Hawaii’s challenge to the ban, which restricts travel to the United States by residents of six mostly Muslim countries and has been reviled by critics as discriminatory.   Continue reading “Temporary OK for travel ban puts focus on Wednesday hearing”

WEB Notes: The article goes on to say a 1995 US law recognized Jerusalem as the capital of Israel and does indicate the US Embassy should move there. Within that law, there is a provision that allows the US to postpone implementing this law and we have seen that done every six months since 1995, until now…

So why do this now, why move the US Embassy to Jerusalem? It is literally a power play by the Trump administration. We know the Trump administration is going to push for peace in the Middle East, something that has been tried over and over again and we know there will be no peace for Israel (1 Thessalonians 5:3Ezekiel 13:16).

In December 2016 the United Nations Security Council passed a resolution reaffirming that Israel’s Jewish settlements in the Occupied Palestinian Territories (OPT) are illegal and calling on Israel to stop settlement activities in the OPT. Resolution 2334 says the settlements have “no legal validity,” calls them “a flagrant violation under international law,” and demands Israel “immediately and completely cease all settlement activities.”

Nine months earlier, the UN Human Rights Council (UNHRC), in Resolution 31/36, had ordered the Office of the High Commissioner of Human Rights to “produce a database of all business enterprises” that “directly and indirectly, enabled, facilitated and profited from the construction and growth of the settlements.”   Continue reading “Israel and US Hide Names of Companies Supporting Israeli Settlements”

Senate judiciary chairman Sen. Chuck Grassley today introduced a far-reaching GOP plan for reforming the nation’s immigration laws — but two of his Senate GOP allies immediately split off to offer Democrats a bigger amnesty and a smaller cutback in chain-migration.

The GOP plan, dubbed the Security, Enforcement, and Compassion United in Reform Efforts, or SECURE Act, would offer three-year work permits to 690,000 DACA illegal-immigrants in exchange for ending chain migration, requiring mandatory screening to exclude illegals from jobs, closing asylum loopholes used by migrants to get into the United States, and penalizing so-called “sanctuary cities” which refuse to cooperate with federal immigration-enforcement agencies.   Continue reading “Senate GOP Unveils Immigration Reform, With 3-Year Work Permits for DACA Illegals”

SAN FRANCISCO (AP) — U.S. authorities on Tuesday charged a Mexican man with new immigration and gun violations less than a week after a San Francisco jury acquitted him of murder for the shooting death of Kate Steinle, a case that helped fuel a fierce national debate on immigration.

A federal grand jury in San Francisco indicted Jose Ines Garcia Zarate Tuesday on one count each of felon in possession of a firearm and of “being an alien illegally and unlawfully in the United States” in possession of a gun and ammunition, according to the indictment.   Continue reading “Mexican acquitted of murder faces gun, immigration charges”

The U.S. Justice Department said Tuesday that it was considering whether to ban certain bump stocks, the attachments that make semiautomatic rifles fire faster and were used in the deadliest mass shooting in modern U.S. history in Las Vegas in October.

The Las Vegas gunman’s use of bump stocks to allow his weapons to fire like fully automatic machine guns, killing 58 people and wounding hundreds, has led to rare bipartisan agreement in Congress on the need to review whether they should be banned.  Continue reading “US Justice Department Weighs ‘Bump Stocks’ Ban”

Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman has been voted the Time magazine readers’ Person of the Year, despite spearheading the continued bombardment of Yemen, leading to the starvation of its citizens.

The Deep State refers to a coordinated effort by career government employees and other individuals to influence state policy without regard for democratically elected leadership.

“Democracy is popular because of the illusion of choice and participation it provides, but when you live in a society in which most people’s knowledge of the world extends as far as sports, sitcoms, reality shows, and celebrity gossip, democracy becomes a very dangerous idea. Until people are properly educated and informed, instead of indoctrinated to be ignorant mindless consumers, democracy is nothing more than a clever tool used by the ruling class to subjugate the rest of of us.”   Continue reading “The Deep State Institutions That Make Up The “Secret Government””

Special Counsel Robert Mueller has subpoenaed Deutsche Bank, demanding that it disclose details of transactions and documents on accounts help by President Trump and members of his family as the “Russian collusion” probe now turns its attention to Trump’s bank accounts. According to Handelsblatt, which first reported the news, the bank received the subpoena several weeks ago. Trump has had a banking relationship with Deutsche Bank dating back nearly two decades and the German lender’s $300 million loan accounts for nearly half of his outstanding debt (based on a July 2016 analysis by Bloomberg). Trump’s debt to Deutsche includes $170m relating to a Washington hotel.   Continue reading “Mueller Goes After Trump’s Bank Accounts, Subpoenas Deutsche Bank”

A set of questions from Senator Ron Wyden — directed at the Office of the Director of National Intelligence — have finally received answers. The answers [PDF] were actually given to the Senate oversight committee in July but have just now been made public.

Zack Whittaker of ZDNet has taken a look at the answers the ODNI provided and found something that indicates the government can not only compel the creation of backdoors, but can do so without explicit approval from the FISA court.   Continue reading “Intelligence Director Says Gov’t Can Demand Encryption Backdoors Without Having To Run It By The FISA Court”

The vaccine industry is under assault from various angles.  It’s only a matter of time before their fraudulent “consensus science” paradigm is exposed and picked apart as false and probably even will be discouraged from being considered as a prophylactic health modality.

One of the indicators of such a developing trajectory is found in the article “Immunity and Impunity: Corruption in the State-Pharma Nexus” published by Paddy Rawlinson, Associate Professor in International Criminology, Human and Development Studies, Western Sydney University, Bankstown Campus, Bankstown NSW, Australia.  Continue reading “Corruption In Big Pharma’s Vaccine Industry”

The squadron of tactical bombers will practice bombing runs under the cover of South Korean warplanes.   Continue reading “US Deploys B1-B Bombers To Korean Peninsula For Drills”

The Organic Prepper

Do you prep every day?

A lot of people have the wrong idea about the preparedness lifestyle. They think it’s all big things, like digging a bunker, buying a year’s worth of food at a time, having an arsenal, or moving to an off-grid retreat in the mountains where you will live in conditions so austere it would seem like you took a vow of poverty.   Continue reading “101 Easy Ways to Prep Every Day”

Every day that goes by we have to read or hear about another idiotic move by our so-called president. This traitorous ignoramus is doing everything in his power to ignite World War III, there is no stopping this moron. If this circus barking con man moves the United States embassy to Jerusalem, he is effectively telling the world, I don’t give a damn what any of you think, Israel is always right, and the rest of you are always wrong. Palestine has had enough cow manure thrown into their faces at this point, now Trump wants to put on his false yamaka, and throw rotten smelling gefilte fish into their faces as well?   Continue reading “Who the hell does Trump think he is? God? – Do not move US Embassy to Jerusalem, you idiot”
