Time Magazine, one of American’s famous weekly news magazines published in New York City has just published a magazine that supports anti-American and unconstitutional doctrine. LINCOLN, Neb. (CN) — Fees and penalties in Nebraska’s judicial system have created “modern-day debtors’ prisons” so ruthless they have left 10 percent of the state’s children with a parent in jail, the ACLU says in a new report.

The 72-page report, “Unequal Justice: Bail and modern-day debtors’ prisons in Nebraska,” (pdf)  concludes that the state has created a tiered system of justice that discriminates against poor people and racial minorities by requiring bail as a condition of pretrial release even for misdemeanors, and charging fines and fees after criminal conviction.   Continue reading “Nebraska’s Discriminatory Justice System Has Left 10% of State’s Children with a Parent in “Debtors’ Prison””

IT’S NOW TIME for us, as a nation, to come together and congratulate the winner of the 2016 presidential election: Goldman Sachs.

Many Donald Trump voters likely believed his victory would be a loss for Goldman. At the Republican convention, a man who seemed to take Trump’s twitter attacks on Goldman seriously screamed “Goldman Sachs!” at Ted Cruz’s banker wife as she fled the convention floor. Trump’s own final campaign video declared that he would do battle against the “global power structure that is responsible for the economic decisions that have robbed our working class, stripped our country of its wealth and put that money into the pockets of a handful of large corporations” — as personified on screen by Goldman Sachs CEO Lloyd Blankfein.    Continue reading “Trump Makes America Goldman’s Again! #MAGA”

WEB Notes: They cannot “risk” ISIS using Syrian tanks, but they do not mind funding them and providing them with their own military hardware. The point here is more of Syria’s infrastructure and military hardware was just destroyed. This did not hurt ISIS.

American-led airstrikes have destroyed 14 Syrian Army tanks at a military base in central Syria that, just days earlier, had been captured by Islamic State fighters, the United States military said Friday.   Continue reading “U.S. Destroys 14 Tanks At ISIS-Held Base In Syria”

The world is entering a new cyber era — one with no ground rules, and with the potential for traditional espionage to be “turbocharged” by the Internet, President Obama told NPR in an exclusive interview.

“Among the big powers, there has been a traditional understanding of, that everybody is trying to gather intelligence on everybody else,” Obama told Morning Edition‘s Steve Inskeep in a wide-ranging interview on Thursday. “It’s no secret that Russian intelligence officers, or Chinese, or for that matter Israeli or British or other intelligence agencies, their job is to get insight into the workings of other countries that they’re not reading in the newspapers every day.”   Continue reading “Obama: Espionage Is Being ‘Turbocharged’ By The Internet”

“It is easy to conceive that great evils to our country and its institutions might flow from such concentration of power in the hands of a few (bankers) (who are) irresponsible to the people. Controlling our currency, receiving our public money, and holding thousands of our citizens in dependence…would be more formidable and dangerous than a military power of the enemy…”

A CBD ban appears to have been put in place by the DEA (Drug Enforcement Administration), an agency of the US Government. Two days ago on their website, they posted a notice that they had made a “new rule,” effective Dec. 14th 2016, to classify “marihuana extract” (their antiquated spelling, not mine) as a Schedule 1 drug. What this means is that CBD (cannabidiol) extracts which have trace amounts of, or absolutely no THC, and are therefore non-psychoactive, are now reclassified to be on par with psychoactive or THC-containing cannabis, heroin, LSD and peyote.   Continue reading “CBD Ban?
