Armed terrorists descended on Ft. Knox earlier this afternoon and got away with the US gold reserves, as Germany and Texas cried foul. Apparently a bunch of that gold in Ft. Knox was theirs.

WACO, Texas (CN) – A Texas sheriff threw two Latino men into jail for 39 days “with no charges, no hearing, and no probable cause” and seized the $14,000 they had saved up to buy a new car, the men claim in Federal Court.
Roberto Moreno-Gutierrez and Jaime Moreno-Gutierrez sued Hill County, the Hill County Sheriff’s Department and the Texas Department of Public Safety, in Federal Court. Hill County, whose seat is Hillsboro, is between Waco and Dallas. Continue reading “Jail for Breathing While Brown in Texas”
DEVELOPING: A shooting at Fort Knox in Kentucky has the entire Army post on lockdown.
The shooting occurred in the vicinity of the Humans Resources Command, which has 3,800 employees.

A survey conducted by Public Policy Polling, labeled by many as a pro-Obama outfit, seems to be aimed at ascribing belief in “crazy conspiracy theories” to Republicans by mixing in real cover-ups and conspiracies with outlandish ideas.

The Environmental Protection Agency yesterday reported finding elevated levels of iodine-131, a product of nuclear fission, in rainwater in Pennsylvania and Massachusetts. The levels exceed the maximum contaminant level (MCL) permitted in drinking water, but EPA continues to assure the public there is no need for alarm:
“It is important to note that the corresponding MCL for iodine-131 was calculated based on long-term chronic exposures over the course of a lifetime – 70 years. The levels seen in rainwater are expected to be relatively short in duration,” the agency states in a FAQ that accompanied yesterday’s brief news release. The U.N. General Assembly has approved a wide-ranging gun control treaty, supported by Barack Obama, that is so radical that even the Democrat controlled Senate voted the treaty down. Some experts fear provisions in the final agreement would lead to unconstitutional national gun registry.
The treaty, the U.N. Arms Trade Treaty (ATT), requires signatory countries to regulate and control the export of weapons and weapons systems such as missiles, helicopters and tanks. KAUFMAN COUNTY (CBSDFW.COM) – During a Wednesday press conference officials with the Kaufman County Sheriff’s Office confirmed that a North Texas man was arrested for making a terroristic threat against a judge in Kaufman County.
