Universities across America are unveiling new rules aimed at banning anti-Israel protests on campus and classifying criticism of “Zionists” as “hate speech.” 


Telegram founder Pavel Durov on Wednesday was charged with a “wide range of crimes” in France for which he faces up to 10 years in prison and has been barred from leaving the country ahead of what’s expected to be a lengthy trial. 
The US will spend a record $454 million this year to secure religious organizations, with the majority of the funds going to Jewish institutions and a minority being given to other religious groups, the Times of Israel reports.
