Our country was founded on the concept of the 360 acre self sufficient farm.  The idea was that if you were a self sufficient citizen you could not become dependent on any government which might want to use that dependency to infringe upon your freedoms and liberties.

Question: if all you have access to comes from a 360 acre farm, what about the things you want that cannot be produced on a farm?  Answer: our forefathers provided us with a free enterprise system.  This is how it works.  Let’s say I’m not a good farmer or I don’t like farming; so as my property is located on a river, I decide to build a mill for the grinding of wheat into flour.  The farmer growing the grain pays me a portion of the flour milled for my services.  The flour I earn from local farms I trade to other farmers and entrepreneurs working under the same principal for my basic necessities and those little extras I might want if I can afford them.  If the farms have a good yield everyone prospers and as new generations are born a rich and powerful nation emerges.

So what went wrong?  This nation was unnecessarily spurred on to grow faster than it needed to.  This growth was financed and perpetuated by greedy foreign groups (the international corporate mafia), intent upon capturing our wealth.  By pushing the growth faster than it would have occurred naturally, local economies became regional economies, which became a national economy, putting the flour mill on one side of the country while the farm was on the other, thus creating the middle man. (I do not mean local merchants which would have emerged by necessity via entrepreneurship.)

Now the middle man began buying the grain, shipping it clear across the country to be milled and for this service charged a portion of the flour which would have under normal circumstances been retained by the farmer (the producer) and the miller (the manufacturer).  In order for the middle man to operate as he owned neither the farm nor the mill, capitol became necessary which necessitated credit.

Say hello to the banks.  Now we have added middle men and banks to the equation.  Now the farmer who produced the grain and the mill owner who manufactured the grain are receiving much less of the flour.   The farmer and the mill owner are now reduced to borrowing money from the bank to produce.

That is when the self sufficiency ended and the dependency began. The bank had established the power to make or break the farmer and mill owner by controlling interest rates.  We had a government in place that was instituted for the sole purpose of protecting the freedoms and liberties of the farmer and the miller.  The bankers having established their power base through the lending of the capitol. Then began what we now know as lobbying (buying our so called representatives).

Our legal system in this country was, in the beginning, English Common Law, which in essence is public law for private purposes.   The manipulation of our so called representatives by the bankers has allowed our English Common Law to be replaced by Roman Civil Law which is private policy being enforced as public law.  The effect has been to strip us of our freedoms and liberties and reduce us to corporate property, slaves.

So how are we going to fix this mess?  First we have to eliminate the international corporate mafia, their banks, and monopoly money from the equation by ending the Federal Reserve and re-establishing American owned local banks using American money backed by American resources.

Next, in our distribution system, we must return ownership of every train, plane, boat, barge, and semi-tractor and trailer to individual Americans, like the person who owns the farm and the person who owns the mill.

We must institute tariffs on all foreign goods in order to bring our business base back within our borders.  Simultaneously we would have to institute a 98% tax on any and all moneys taken out of our country.  This may seem a little excessive but it would insure that when the international corporate mafia was driven out it would only be allowed to keep 2% of the wealth it has stolen.  Personally I think 2% is a little generous but if it would allow us to get rid of them without a war, I would approve.  The middle man will disappear as a natural consequence.

Now, as a self sufficient country and with our freedoms and liberties in place, we would become a great nation again.  Then and only then should we consider engaging in international trade and only if some other country can create something we feel we need that cannot be created in our own country. (I can’t think of a thing..…well maybe coffee)

It has already been stated in modern terms how this can be accomplished.  Take the $28 trillion stolen by the international corporate mafia back and boot their sorry arses out. Destroy NAFTA, CAFTA, GATT, and all other treaties sending our work out of this country.  Then put high tariffs on all foreign imports, a 98% tax on all wealth leaving the United States, drive out every foreign national here illegally, and seal our borders.  Then reinstitute our common law courts, allowing us to enforce our constitutionally guaranteed rights which will destroy the Roman civil law.  And after that, bliss.

I personally walked two miles through the small town I live in stopping to talk to people I know and have gotten eleven other people to come on board in the “Change Political Affiliation to Independent” campaign.  If everyone else out there is doing the same, we are going to knock their socks off this week.  All of you 99ers at this point have probably realized that doing things that you are not accustomed to can make you feel a little awkward. Shake it off.  Go forth and do and we will prevail.

I apologize for my tactics but I had to know whether you were an internet agent or not.  Obviously you are not, so my brother or sister, whichever the case may be, onward and upward, let’s take another step.

“Lexington and Concord.  On April 18, 1775, Lt. Gen. Thomas Gage ordered his redcoats to destroy the patriots’ main supply depot at Concord, Mass.  The move was to be secret.  But Joseph Warren, a doctor, saw the British troops leave Boston.  He quickly sent Paul Revere and William Dawes to ride the 16 miles to Lexington on the road to Concord and arouse the patriots.  “The regulars are out!” Revere warned John Hancock and Samuel Adams.  The two colonial leaders, who had been hiding from the British, fled.

“The redcoats arrived at Lexington in the early dawn of April 19, 1775. Capt. John Parker and his band of minutemen faced them on the village green.  “Don’t fire unless fired on,” Parker commanded, “but if they mean to have war, let it begin here.”  No one knows who fired the first shot.  But 8 colonists were killed and 10 wounded.  One Britisher was wounded.

“The British then marched on and destroyed the military supplies stored at Concord.  Minutemen opposed their advance, and a skirmish followed.  But the shots already fired at Lexington had brought out many of the colonists.  Farmers, businessmen, mechanics, merchants, and planters streamed forward to join the cause of the liberty, forcing the British to withdraw to Boston.”

It would be more than a year before the Declaration of Independence would be adopted, declaring America and all Americans to be free, sovereign, and apart from the crown.  The point is the American patriots had been fighting and dying for more than a year before any declaration had been made by an official government.

On this coming Monday, September 20^th, we the 99ers and every other citizen, rich and poor, who supports our cause, must declare our independence.  How are we going to do it?  The same way the Tea Party did.  Only it’s not going to take us years, only days.

I have said from the beginning that we must take measures that achieve the maximum effect requiring the least resources, as we are depleted of resources.  This will cost some of us nothing and most of us only a little time and pride.  Starting Monday every one of us not already registered as an Independent must do so.  For those who are not going to want to do this, I ask you, what’s more important, whether there is a D or an R on that little card in your wallet or purse, or your future and the future of your children and grandchildren.  I am not, nor will I ever attempt to tell anyone how to vote.

So what is the method to this madness?  The Republicrats and Demopublicans, via the information compiled from their think tanks, have decided their strategy in reference to the upcoming elections.  They have calculated this using numbers in reference to their political base.  If enough of us change our political affiliation, we can cause such an effect as none of us has ever dreamed possible.  If we do not, I can promise you that the 99ers and the poor will not be represented in our next congress.

Step by step our actions to date have caused our numbers to increase and our foes have shown that they realize we are out here.  Now, not only will we throw a monkey wrench into their election machine that they have spent $2.3 billion constructing, but we will leave them pondering as to what we might do next.  Again, we must act as one.  We must spread the word to every venue.   If we do, there will be no denying the unity in our cause.

So starting Monday every one of you must participate.  Whether you are already registered Independent or not we all must go and seek out other 99ers and those who would support us, rich and poor, to join in this action.  We must also realize that there is going to be honest dissention on this one.  Every person who logs on to the comment section in opposition of this idea cannot automatically be considered an agent or troll.  We have already discussed how to tag an agent or troll so anyone who logs on who is in opposition but is willing to debate the issue must be debated and convinced as to the logic in reference to the impact and opportunities that will be realized if our objective is achieved.

That being said I will take on the first argument myself.  That is, “If I do this I will not be able to vote in the primaries”.  Many states do allow Independents to vote in the primaries.  And let’s be realistic, as they have not addressed our issues, they do not, nor do they intend to represent us.  The fact is the only people who care about the 99ers and the poor are the 99ers, the poor, and our fellow citizens who have stepped up in support.  If we want to change this we must let them know that they can no longer dismiss us while counting on our vote.

For this to work every one of us must act in unison.  So decide what’s more important to you, your political party or your people and remember that in the end, if you feel you must, you can ignore the individual candidates and the individual positions and vote that straight Democratic or Republican ticket.

The procedure for changing party affiliation is fairly simple, though it varies from state to state.  To change your affiliation online type into the search engine, “change party affiliation in (your state)”.  From there you will find your state’s website and the procedure to follow.  Or go to your local post office, ask for the appropriate form, fill it out, and put it in the mail.

Do this and get as many others as you can to join.  You may be wondering what my party affiliation is.  I have been since I was 18, registered as a non-partisan.  I believe this is the equivalent of Independent, however by the time Monday afternoon rolls around I will be registered as an Independent.   If we pull this one off in sufficient numbers we will become the mouse that roared.  So everybody as one, CHARGE!!! Declare your independence.  Remember; wait until Monday so they will know it is us.

So what was in the news today?  Well it’s kind of hard to decide where to start.  In the first two hours of observation I must have heard the words, jobs, employment, and poverty, twenty times and on every mainstream-propaganda broadcast.

Bloomberg reported new jobless benefits claims are down to a measly 450,000 for the previous week.  All right!!!  14.3% of Americans live in poverty equating to 43.6 million Americans which is the largest number of Americans in poverty in 51 years.  Oh yeah, we’re getting somewhere now.

New York Times/CBS poll shows voters distrust both parties, 81% say economy is in bad shape.   Chuck Todd, co-host of “The Daily Rundown” stated in part:

“If a new congress doesn’t solve anything with this anger and the unemployment rate doesn’t go down 2012 could be open season on the third party front.”

I wonder how this little tidbit could be exploited to the advantage of the 99ers by someone who knew what they were doing.

Fox News reported weekly unemployment down, but the 4 week average highest since November, 2009.  Stuart Varney, Anchor of Varney and Company, during an interview on Fox News Live stated in part:

“By recovery I mean the economy was indeed expanding, 5% growth at the end of last year, the beginning of this year 3%, the last couple of months just 2%, tomorrow we get confirmation down to 1%.  That is not a recovery, that is a spiraling down of the economy, hence the use of the word recession in the future by many economists.

Does anybody have any tea leaves I can borrow?

Steve Moore from the Wall Street Journal stated in part:

“I will say this Neil, I think that this is just the beginning of a tsunami, I think that tsunami is now headed right smack in the center of the Democratic Party and I think you are going to see major losses.”

Hmm, I wonder what all this could mean?

The Small Business Jobs and Credit Act passed the Senate this morning and would seem to be on a fast track to be signed into law.  Kind of seems like a lot of compromises are being made with no concessions from the 99ers.

Wow, I wonder what’s caused all of this.

Remember that the majority of the 99ers out there want what I want: the return of the $28 trillion stolen by the international corporate mafia, the repeal of NAFTA, CAFTA, GATT, and every other piece of legislation taking our jobs out of this country, tariffs on foreign imports, the rebuilding of our industrial base, and a living wage job for every American who wants to work.  You may be willing to settle for the Americans Want to Work Act (a single scrap from Obama’s table), but the majority of us want it all back.  Well, I gave you the floor, so what now Batman?  Lead, follow, or get the hell out of the way.

Keep calling and emailing everybody.  The tide is turning.

When you decide to build a house there is a procedure to be followed.  Number one, you plot the site.  Number two, you design and draw a site plan.  Number three, you submit the plans to the planning department and apply for a conditional use permit.  If you receive the permit you may begin construction.  Question:  is the permit really necessary for the construction of the house?  I would agree with those who say no, but I am also a realist.  Thus I realize in this screwed up country of ours the building permit, right or wrong, is a necessary step in the procedure.  If you do not think so, try building a house without one and see what happens.

Did I believe the Step Two I put forth in my last article would accomplish anything?  Yes.  Did I believe that Harry Reid would introduce the legislation and Nancy Pelosi would support it?  No.  Did I have a reason for Step Two?  I never do anything without having a reason.

This is already a lame duck congress and to petition any of them for anything and expect a result is ludicrous. This is evidenced by Senator Harry Reid’s refusal to introduce the Tier 5 legislation and by his coming onto the house floor yesterday and introducing legislation to end “Don’t ask, don’t tell” and grant amnesty to millions of illegal immigrants who have entered our country and received a free education at the expense of the American taxpayer.   It’s the “I have a Dream Act”.  In the future these illegal immigrants will be taking the jobs of your children and grandchildren.

So why is Harry Reid courting the votes of gays and Hispanics?  I’ll tell you why, because they know how to unite and come together as a single force in pursuit of a single goal and although they do not immediately achieve that goal, they do score victories along the way up to and until the goal realized.  These small victories are achieved through compromises made by their foe.  In short, they just keep pushing until they get what they want.  These people do not ask for the compromises and they sure as hell do not beg for them.

In reading the comments section in reference to yesterday’s article entitled, “99ers Seeking Tier 5 Unemployment Extension Step Two”, I see that there are others who have a better plan.  Now I will step aside and let you show me how it’s done.  I will not be another cowpuncher pushing the herd.  Because when you have too many cowpunchers pushing the herd from different angles the herd scatters and you go nowhere.  Now all of you get to copying your bills and if it is possible try and capture some of your tears in a bottle and get them sent to your so called representatives.  This will create at least one job for the garbage service that will truck your letters over to the local recycling center.  As for your tears, I guess they can always water their plants with them.

As for the Americans Want to Work Act, I tell all of you out there who were on the verge of coming together as a united force, the legislation is and always has been a foregone conclusion.  It will be passed, and when you are getting up at daybreak in order to report to the local facility for day laborers where you will stand all day with the illegals waiting to see if some business wants to employ your labor for the day at minimum wage (of which they will only be paying half), or sitting in front of a computer at the minimum wage work bank, filling out the same applications you have been filling out for the past two years in the same way with the exception of having some Fabian socialist dictating to you as to what you must change about yourself to become employed in the new Socialist Society of Amerika  maybe you’ll think back and realize what might have been.

I will continue to write articles depicting the plight of 99ers, the unemployed, and the poor, but will offer no further suggestions.

May your chains sit lightly upon you and may you receive enough nourishment to survive and exist via the scraps from Obama’s table.

That was a great debate on the comments section yesterday.  Now that’s the way it’s done.  In reading the comments I saw many ideas and solutions being put forth by many intelligent individuals.  The cream is beginning to rise.

Yesterday on MSNBC Live, host, Tamron Hall conducted an interview with Judy Levin-Epstein from the Center of Law and Social Policy.  The piece was entitled “Poverty in America”.  The following are excerpts from that interview.

Tamron:  “Are we seeing one group or region hit more than others or is this across the board, and is it black, white?  What are you seeing in the numbers?”

Judy:  “First off, as you mentioned the official numbers are not yet out.  What we have are projections based on the 2009 unemployment rate, which have been quite high due the great recession. In fact they averaged over 2009 9.3% which is up from 5.8% in 2008.  Based on those high levels of unemployment experts are predicting the 14.7 or 15% rate of poverty you’ve just mentioned.  We will see that those who were vulnerable once before continue to be vulnerable and that means often that it is our youngest children who are the poorest category.  We also see some regional variations with the hardest hit communities from the recession where joblessness was higher.  We also see individuals of color struggling against communities that have been distressed and schools that are dysfunctional.  So we will see all of those numbers on Thursday and in a couple of weeks we will also have from census state level data that will help people understand what is happening at the state level as well.”

Tamron:  “Judy, the federal government defines the rate of poverty $22,000 for a family of four.  Obviously if you’re living in a city like New York that makes it even more difficult, but $22,000 for a family of four.  We’re in a debate right now about the budget, the deficit, what needs to be cut.  Do we have a war against poverty in your estimation is enough being done?  When you look at one in seven now if those numbers are accurate…”

Judy:  “Yes, one in seven of us are poor.  Even before the great recession.  So we had some structural issues we need to deal with, the fact that our jobs simply do not pay enough.  Right now we’re in a scenario where we do not have enough jobs, but we need jobs to be created not only so the 15 million people who were looking for work last month can get a job, but so that they have wages that will be livable.  As you said, its $22,000 roughly for a family of four to survive under poverty each year, that’s about less than $5000 per person per year.  We need for a congress to work together to create and sustain jobs.  In congress there is a bill pending to provide and continue for a TANIF emergency fund that has created nearly a quarter of a million jobs.  Unless congress acts by the end of this month those jobs are going to go away.  It just means we need to come together and do what’s right and create and sustain those jobs.  They are subsidized jobs there are employers who want those jobs and there are communities that need those jobs.”

Well it would seem as if we exist again.  People, programs like TANIF are not the answer and I do have a problem with the Americans Want to Work Act and it is this.  Back in the early 1980s as many of you know, we were in a deep recession (depression).  The same sorts of subsidies for businesses that are being proposed today were enacted back then.  I was out of work and desperate.  The subsidies that came to the area in which I live came in the form of the CETA Jobs Program.  What this program did was allow businesses to write off their taxes half of the wages paid to employees hired through the CETA Program, for one year.  It was supposed to provide the unemployed an opportunity for a new career.

I participated in the CETA Program.  I went to an office that they had set up and underwent a series of dexterity tests.  Low and behold at the very same time a group of businesses specializing in the manufacturing of circuit boards came to town.  The minimum wage at that time was $3.65 per hour. I went through the CETA scam under the delusion that I would at least be making double the minimum wage.

Upon reporting to the company to begin training and work there was a meeting.  The company spokesman said that we who were participating would be working for one year at minimum wage, which is to say the company only had to pay us half of minimum wage, as the other half would be returned to them through subsidies.  He further stated that should we work that year and become proficient at our jobs, we would then be promoted and have a wage increase to $6.00 per hour.  He said that those that stayed on would be training the next wave of workers coming into the company via the CETA program.

My trip to work and back was 60 miles.  I was a half hour early every day, worked every over time hour offered, never missed one single day, and learned every job in the shop proficiently.  At the end of the year, when the time came to be promoted, another meeting was held.  The spokesman explained that the company wasn’t doing as well as expected and though they could not afford the raises they had promised, we could continue to work at minimum wage if we chose.

I am a very observant person.  I had observed over the year that those who had come with the company from California had, gone from driving almost new vehicles to driving brand new vehicles.  Also, as I made it my goal to learn every job, I noticed the massive increase in production which had occurred during that year.  Many of us got in our old cars and drove away.

Note:  those in the Silicon Valley doing the very same jobs that we were doing were making between $12 and $18 per hour.  When we left the company they weren’t really all that sad to see us go, as they simply had another batch of suckers sent by CETA to fill our jobs, again getting the labor at 50% of minimum wage and having the other 50% subsidized via tax write offs.

By this time there were three of these companies operating in our area and none paid more than minimum wage.  I worked at the other two for two more years at minimum wage and finally found a job running a service station for $1.35 an hour more, so much for my new career.

The present calls for tax incentives if enacted will be nothing more than a repeat of the fraud perpetrated via the CETA Program, a government jobs program that didn’t work.  The CETA Program finally faded away from our area after I wrote of series of letters to the editor in our local newspaper exposing it for what it was:  a subsidized minimum wage work bank set up for three good-ole-boy circuit board sweat shops operating in our area.

Okay people, TANIF is not the answer but in considering the aforementioned report from MSNBC I see the door is opened.  It’s just a crack, but maybe enough to kick a foot into, and if we all push as one I believe we can open that door and force our so called representatives to up the ante to Tier 5.

On the comments page one gentleman asserted that we were not offering any answers in reference to affirmative action.  I have to assume that he had not read the articles pertaining to “Pass the damned Tier 5 now!” and had not sent over 300 emails as my wife, my son, and I had.  However I am convinced that enough of us did send the emails and made the calls as the story on MSNBC was the first real mention in reference to the jobless and the poor that I have seen in months.

Now to Step Two:  If enough emails and calls went through, our so called representatives had to have taken notice.   I believe they did.  We have shown them that although we are in a thousand different places we are establishing a united force.  Now let’s show them what that united force is capable of accomplishing against one or two of them.  Let’s show them that our united force might just be turned into a voting bloc if necessary.

This is the next affirmative action we need to take.  All of you start calling and emailing Speaker of the House, Nancy Pelosi and Senate Majority Leader, Harry Reid.   We have to inundate them, shut down their switchboards, and make them hire additional staff to handle all the emails.

This is what you tell them, “I am a 99er and if the Tier 5 unemployment extension is not passed before you adjourn in October, I will make every effort via the internet and every other tactic I can think of to lobby voters in your state to make certain that you are not re-elected.  However if it is passed I will lobby my fellow 99ers in your state to vote for you.  If you get the legislation on the docket, I assure you the 99ers as one united force, will attack any and all who oppose it in reference to their re-election bids.”

99ers we must redouble our effort.  Contact every site pertaining to 99ers in any way and spread the word.  If you have to, go out in the streets and post flyers on telephone poles and under windshield wipers in the parking lots telling everyone to get on board.  Do it. Do it now. Time grows short.  If we fail it will not be a very merry Christmas, so we cannot fail.

Yesterday after spending many hours along with my wife and son sending over 300 emails to our so called representatives, I finally got a chance to look at the comments section for the article entitled, “99ers and Those Who Support Tier 5 Unemployment Extension Fan the Flames”.

I was very pleased to see that those who had logged on were carrying on a conversation that displayed the highest level of intellect.  Then the pretended detractors logged on.  Many of you dealt with them intelligently.  However, some were goaded into veering from the conversation, falling into their trap and entering into a urinating contest with them.  Most of you have shown a high level of intelligence by asking them, “Why are you here?”  You also have noted that though they say that we need to get off our butts and pound the pavement indicating that they are employed, any time you go onto the comment section, night or day, there they are.  So when do they work?  Well the answer is, they are working.

I know this because I have played this game before as I have been a part of many campaigns for many causes.  These people work for our enemies, are paid quite well, and enjoy their jobs.  Remember when I told you that all we really needed was solidarity and communication?  Well, one of the most effective tactics used in warfare is disruption of enemy communications.  The tactics are simple and easy to spot.  When they first confront you they do it subtly while interjecting an insult.  When you try to respond to them using logic and common sense, their next message will be an insult that they know you will feel you have to refute.  If you answer that insult they have you hooked and have achieved the desired effect, which is to disrupt debate and the exchange of ideas and information.

These agents have used, and will continue to use these same tactics to attempt to disrupt every online movement which is not a part of the status quo.   But dealing with them is simple.  I freely admit that I do not consider myself to be always right, so I would expect honest dissent and am happy to meet it with honest debate.

In keeping with that attitude, this is how you defeat them.  When confronted with their subtle intros answer them using logic and common sense.  If in their next statement they put forth an insult which is clearly designed to antagonize, simply ignore them and remove them from the debate.  Do not bother to read any further comments they post.  They will continually change their names and sometimes will pretend to be two people agreeing with one another.  If nothing else, look at it like this, they have nothing to do with your concerns, so let them talk to each other, or in this case, to themselves.

Now one person, who came on, kept asserting over and over again that Tier 5 was dead because Senator Harry Reid had said he would not introduce it, as Tier 5 could not be passed.  She kept suggesting that we give up on Tier 5 and concentrate our every effort on the Americans Want to Work Act which is essentially the Tier 5 legislation with subsidies for big business.   I tell you “Give Me My Damned Tier 5 Now!” is not dead and this is evidenced by the existence of the Americans Want to Work Act, Senate Bill 3706.

Our enemies did not get as far as they have because they are stupid.  They have realized from the onset that the 99ers, as they consist of many intelligent Americans, might very well come together and form an unstoppable movement.   The Americans Want to Work Act is the compromise.  When we have turned the heat up to a sufficient level the Americans Want to Work Act will be brought forth and passed.

I know you are asking why.  The answer is simple, as I mentioned earlier it contains subsidies for big business.  Once it is passed the demopublicans and republicrats can continue to point their fingers at one another.  The demopublicans will say, “Look they passed unfunded entitlements for those lazy 99ers”.  The republicrats will respond with, “They passed unfunded subsidies for big business”.  The false left-right paradigm will continue, and the American people will continue down the road to their destruction.  At the end of the day, when all is said and done, the demopublicans and republicrats will retire to one of their private clubs, and enjoy a good laugh at our expense over martinis.

We know what is wrong with our country and what has to be undone if we are ever to live in freedom and prosperity again.  We must break away from the false left-right paradigm and realize that those posing as our representatives can only be identified as a single party:  the corpora-demo-publicans, of the international corporate mafia, by the international corporate mafia, and for the international corporate mafia.

The only way that we are going to see the living wage jobs returned to this country is through the destruction of the laws that reward the sending of our jobs overseas, the instituting of large tariffs on all foreign goods and huge taxes on all moneys taken out of the United States being invested in foreign countries, and laws forbidding our natural resources from leaving our country except in the form of manufactured goods, and I don’t mean a board, I mean a table.  This will cause our industry to rise from the ashes reestablishing our industrial base.  Our country will be rebuilt and again be a land of plenty.

The only way we are going to achieve the aforementioned is to make the prospect of continuing down the road we are on unfeasible.   Like I’ve said before, I do not believe this can be accomplished peacefully, however we must try.  We must be forceful in our attempt in order to keep from having to become lethal by necessity.

That being said now we must soldier on.  I will be watching the news today and if there is no mention of Tier 5 we will take the next step.  Oh yes, there is a next step, and a step after that.  In fact there are steps that lead clear to the final solution if necessary.  However I believe that a few steps before we reach the final solution we will have the hairs standing up on the back of their collective neck and we will get the Tier 5 unemployment extension in one form or another.

Yesterday’s news was pretty much dominated by the debate over whether tax cuts should remain in place only for the middle class or remain across the board.  I watched a few senators speak, one of which stated that he was concerned about the plight of the middle class and that if the cuts were not across the board, it might bring about a class war.  Wait now, I think he missed somebody.  That’s right, the 99ers/the poor were not mentioned and he says he’s concerned about a class war.  I believe he’s trying to start one.

The poverty level for a family of four stands at $22,050 per year.  That means every family of four making less than this is considered impoverished and does not have enough money to meet their basic needs.  Tell me, what were you making when you had a job?  How much did you lose while living the life of luxury on unemployment?  And how long can you continue with no income?

Our numbers are legion and growing every day.  We cannot cease in our effort and for those who say Tier 5 is dead I say, we have brought it back from the dead.   If we continue to work towards solidarity in our cause and deal with those trying to break our communication we can and will win this fight.

One gentleman, after making a very intelligent comment added, “HENRY SHIVLEY IS THE MAN!”  When we win this battle it will not be because Henry Shivley is the man it will be because YOU ARE THE MAN and YOU ARE THE WOMAN that stood up and became as one with your brothers and sisters and showed the international corporate mafia that you are 110% Americans who will not be treaded upon.  God Bless the Republic.

I will continue to identify those in the upper echelon of the international corporate mafia who are hell bent on destroying our country in future articles, however as this article is posted on the  “Pass the Damned Tier 5 Now!” day, it is my intent to fan the flames.

When I was first offered the opportunity to write articles for World News Heard Now the offer came via an email from the editor.  She had read a comment that I had written in response to an article pertaining to 99ers, which was posted on this site.  When I first started logging on to the 99er/Tier 5 sites and blogs I have to tell you I was enraged by the apathy that was being displayed by most of the unemployed in their comments.  So I attacked the apathy as apathy is something we cannot afford at this point in the ball game.

What I have seen in the comments since my articles, “I’m a 99er, Give Me My Damned Tier 5 Now!”  and “No Mention of 99ers or Tier 5 Unemployment Extension” has rekindled my faith in my people.  I see 99ers and even those who are not 99ers not only standing up to but viciously attacking those who think they have an exclusive on the right to work for a living wage and who have tried to belittle and discourage us.

People, you have lit a fire, now fan the flames.  We are not helpless in determining our future.  One person standing alone can easily be ignored.  However when people ban together and become a large consolidated group they cannot.

I do not care for socialism or any other ism, as I am proud to live in a country that was and will again be a free republic.  However I do admire people like Lech Walesa, Martin Luther King, Jr., Susan B. Anthony, Russell Means (activist for the Native Americans), and Mark Koernke (militia activist).  They have all proved that one person can light a fire that unites millions in a common cause and have succeeded in doing what in the beginning seemed impossible.  One of the aforementioned lost his life and another spent six years as a political prisoner in doing so, but in the end their causes did succeed.

There have been a lot of comments in reference to my recent articles telling me to get off my butt and go to work.  The fact is I am being paid for writing these articles.  It’s not very much but enough to ensure that if the Tier 5 passes I will receive little or no unemployment benefits.

Will I quit writing articles if Tier 5 passes?  Not a chance, I will never cease until the $28 trillion stolen by the international corporate mafia is recovered; the banksters are removed, never to return to our shores; NAFTA, CAFTA, GATT, and every other piece of legislation sending our jobs out of this country no longer exist; our industrial base is restored and every American wanting to work has a job paying a living wage; or until I am dead.

I know that my country is on the verge of a French style revolution and millions of lives hang in the balance.  I do not think anything is going to stop the international corporate mafia short of a shooting war.  But if the guns are to be fired, for God’s sake let us aim at them instead of one another.  I believe violence should always be a last resort.  I don’t know if we can get out of this mess peacefully, but to not try cannot be considered as an option.  We must maintain the moral high ground.

So all of you 99ers and all others who are awake enough to realize that if this issue does not affect you now it will be affecting you in the worst way imaginable, in the near future, as this is not just about  Tier 5. Get on your computers and telephones if you still have them and do not just contact your so called representative from your home state but from every state and demand in no uncertain terms “Pass the damned Tier 5 now!”  Let the fire you have lit become a fire storm.

When our so called representatives want us to accept something that we judge to be completely unreasonable they often turn to one of their favorite catch phrases, “Do it for the children”.  I tell you now, do this for your children and your grandchildren.  This is not a catch phrase.  If we fail I promise you, our children and grandchildren will face unspeakable deprivation and even death.  So it’s time to get mad dog mean and attack as if your life and the lives of the ones you love depended on it, because they do.  CHARGE!!!

99ers today I will introduce you to the family/dynasty Rothschild from its inception and take you through the corridors of intrigue which leads to the present international banking oligarchy possessing wealth and welding power such as the average person cannot conceive.  They are ruthless and arrogant to the point that they believe that this planet literally belongs to them and their fellow members of the international corporate mafia and that we the people of the United States of America equate to nothing more than useless eaters they no longer need.

Their use of us to conquer this part of the North American Continent and secure its resources for them is at an end.  In their minds they have allowed us the illusion of freedom in order to spur us into the wilderness in this endeavor.  However, that task being complete, we are now considered to be in their way and using up their resources.  It is their position that the time has come to cull the herd, leaving only a handful of docile obedient servants catering to their every whim.

There is only one problem, and that is that the freedom we had has evolved us into intelligent free thinking individuals.  That and the fact that we are an armed population have brought them to the point where they have no choice but to go forward.  They know that if we come together as one people; all colors and creeds, rich and poor, undivided as Americans in our determination to stop them they may very well lose everything they have schemed and murdered to achieve for literally hundreds of years.

“The Jewish Encyclopedia says Edom is in modern Jewry.  This is a very important admission, because the word “Edom” means red.  History reveals that a Jewish goldsmith, Amschel Moses Bauer, tired of his wandering in Eastern Europe and decided in 1750 to settle down in Frankfort-on-the-Main in Germany.  He opened a shop, or Counting House in the Judenstrasse district.  Over the door of his shop he placed as his sign of business a red shield.  It is of the greatest importance to remember that the Jews in Eastern Europe, who belonged to the revolutionary movement based on terrorism, had also adopted the red flag as the emblem because it represented blood.

Amschel Moses Bauer had a son born in 1743 and he named him Amschel Mayer Bauer.  The father died in 1754 when his son was only eleven years of age.  The boy had shown great ability and extraordinary intelligence, and his father had taught him everything possible about the rudimentary principles of the money-lending business.

A few years after his father’s death, Amschel Mayer Bauer was employed by the Oppenheimer Bank as a clerk.  He soon proved his natural ability for the banking business and was rewarded with a junior partnership.  Later he returned to Frankfort where he secured control and ownership of the business which had been established by his father in 1750. The red shield was still proudly displayed over the door.  Knowing the secret significance of the red shield Amschel Mayer Bauer decided to adopt it as the new family name.  Red shield in German is Roth Schild and thus the house of Rothschild came into being.

Amschel Mayer Bauer lived until 1812.  He had five sons.  All of them were specially-trained to become Captains of High Finance.  Nathan, one of the sons, showed exceptional ability and at the age of twenty-one went to England with the definite purpose of securing control of the Bank of England.  The purpose was to use this control to work in conjunction with his father and other brothers to set up, and consolidate, an International Banking Monopoly in Europe.  The combined wealth of the International Banking Pool could then be used to further the secret ambitions his father had made known to all his sons.  To prove his ability, Nathan Rothschild turned 20,000 pounds, with which he had been entrusted, into 60,000 pounds in three years.

In 1773, when Mayer Rothschild was only thirty years of age, he invited twelve other wealthy and influential men to meet him in Frankfort.  His purpose was to convince them that if they agreed to pool their resources they could then finance the world revolutionary movement and use it as their Manual of Action to win ultimate control of the wealth, natural resources, and man-power of the entire world.

The following are excerpts from the meeting of the twelve who were in fact planning the French Revolution:

Order out of chaos, have we not readily surrendered our freedom in order to procure safety from the anarchy that has been created by the agents of the international corporate mafia?

“Pawns in the Game” was written in 1958 and is labeled a conspiracy theory, in spite of the fact that the French Revolution did occur and the events leading up to it is a part of documented history.  Despotism followed by famine, calls for freedom, anarchy, and finally the guillotines.  The point is the international corporate mafia is notorious for applying the same methods over and over again to create internal upheaval and overthrow the governments of sovereign countries.

How will they proceed?  Let’s take a look at one possible future for our country. Unemployment will continue to increase.  The wealth of our country will continue to be funneled to the banksters through bailouts under the guise of stimulus.  Our economy will collapse.  Famine will follow as a result of half of our population being dependent on the food stamp program which will cease to exist overnight.  We will then be divided into two camps: the haves and the have-nots.

If we allow this scenario to play out the international corporate mafia will have accomplished their goal: millions of Americans killing one another to the point that we will gladly accept the authority of a one world government just to have peace and something to eat.  We will of course by that time be reduced to the equivalent of slaves under a Chinese style military dictatorship.  Then, as we will be disarmed and defenseless against them, they will kick their eugenics programs into high gear and finish the culling to their satisfaction.

Looking at the comments in reference to my previous article, I am disturbed.  I see people who are at present holding only menial jobs dissing on the 99ers who are only seeking to survive which leads me to ponder the question what are those on up the food chain thinking?  Are they falling for the propaganda that is telling them that they are somehow better than their brothers and sisters who have become unemployed through no fault of their own?   Are they are falling into the trap and becoming the other fifty percent in the other camp? We cannot allow this to happen.  One gentleman did comment that though he was still making a living he would be contacting his representatives on Monday and demanding “Pass the damned Tier 5 now!”  All of you out there, rich and poor, who read this article, had better realize that when the time comes they will not differentiate between us.  They intend to kill you, your children, and your grandchildren and they will do so with smiles on their faces.

That being said and for all of you out there preparing to jump on the comments section and declare this article to be a conspiracy theory relayed to me by Bigfoot, let’s see what Wikipedia has to say:

Before we get in to the issue of today’s topic, I feel I am bound by my conscience to address the actions of the psychotic, Florida preacher, that we in the know label a distraction.  This story has been up front and prominent in the main stream media all this week.  The fact is it shouldn’t have made it passed the local newspaper.   Thankfully our first amendment right to freedom of speech remains somewhat intact.  However there are exceptions.  .  Although it is a euphemism, I’m sure most or all of you have heard the saying, “You can’t shout fire in a crowded theater”.  The essence of the meaning of this phrase is absolute law as it is described in the Supreme Court decision in reference to Schenck v. United States.  Justice Holmes’ ruling, while writing for a unanimous majority, in this case is described in part as follows:

“Holmes wrote of falsely shouting fire, because, of course, if there were a fire in a crowded theater, one may rightly indeed shout “Fire!”; one may, depending on the law in operation, even be obliged to. Falsely shouting “Fire!” in a crowded theater, i.e. shouting “Fire!” when one believes there to be no fire in order to cause panic, was interpreted not to be protected by the First Amendment.

The First Amendment holding in Schenck was later overturned by Brandenburg v. Ohio, which limited the scope of banned speech to that which would be directed to and likely to incite imminent lawless action (e.g. a riot). The test in Brandenburg is the current High Court jurisprudence on the ability of government to proscribe speech after that fact. Despite Schenck being limited, the phrase “shouting fire in a crowded theater” has since come to be known as synonymous with an action that the speaker believes goes beyond the rights guaranteed by free speech, reckless or malicious speech, or an action whose outcomes are blatantly obvious.”

As I said this has been blown way out of proportion.  The following is what should have occurred:  the county sheriff upon learning of the psycho’s publically announced intensions should have driven over to the church, arrested him for attempting to incite violence, cuffed and stuffed him, and took him to jail.  After the court would have convicted him, as I can see no defense for his actions (I am not an attorney but this seems blatantly obvious), the judge should have then sentenced him to as many days in jail as it took for the fascist nut to write the statement, “We do not burn books in America,” 10,000 times.

Okay, got that off my chest.  Now the issue at hand:  President Obama held a press conference today covering a variety of issues, one of which was the keeping of tax cuts for the middle class, those families making under $250,000 a year. That I support.

Now let’s take some other facts into consideration.  All small businesses making between $250,000 and $100 million per year will see a 10% tax increase.  This coupled with numerous new state taxes which have been imposed on them over the last year, on top of the enormous cost they are going to incur in paying for Obama care, will bankrupt their businesses and as a consequence millions of American workers will join the ranks of the unemployed.

Those businesses making $100 million to $100 billion per year will likely suffer no effect as the moneys they are taxed are promptly funneled back to them via the grant system, as they are the private interests which run our public institutions.  Now for those making $100 billion to infinity, well those people own foundations and pay no taxes.

Just as the bursting of the housing bubble and the bail outs have been used to hack a huge chunk out of the lower tiers of the middle class (that’s us 99ers) this legislative policy will hack a large chunk out of the lower tiers of our small business industry.

This is a continuance of the deliberate destruction of our country, which was started by George W. Bush, and has been continued by Barack Obama without losing step.

President Obama also addressed that which as I explained in my opening statement should have been a non issue, the burning of the Koran.  Frankly I do not care if President Obama is a Muslim, Christian, Buddhist, or Scientologist.  What I do care about is his furtherance of the international corporate mafia’s agenda and the fact that he doesn’t seem to possess the ability to speak without lying.

Now to what President Obama was not questioned about and did not address:  The 99ers and the Tier 5 unemployment extension legislation.  People, we have to face the cold hard facts.  They are as follows.  One day you are working and making a good living.  The next day you are unemployed.   The day after that you file for unemployment.  Two week later you receive your first check.  Ninety-eight weeks later you become a 99er and find out that you have been thrust into the ranks of the poor who are dispossessed, disenfranchised, and civilly dead.  In short, you cease to exist.

This situation can not be allowed to continue.  Understand, they think that poor equates to ignorant, but nothing could be farther from the truth, which is a lesson they are getting ready to learn the hard way.  All we need is communication and solidarity in our cause.  This we can accomplish and when we do they will be forced to recognize us and reinstate our rights as we will have become an army that can or cannot as the circumstances dictate, become an armed army.

Let’s just do it, enough is enough, and don’t forget about Monday.  Call or email your so called representatives and demand in no uncertain terms, “Pass the damned Tier 5 and do it now!”

Those of you who have been following my articles have read the term, “international corporate mafia” many times.  In my next few articles I intend to introduce you to some of the more prominent members of their organization so that you may come to hate and despise them as I do.  Stay tuned.

Congress will be reconvening this coming Monday, and all 99ers need to be contacting those who are being paid to represent us.  I was born in this country and can trace my lineage on both my mother’s and father’s side back to the colonies.  This country belongs to me and I will be damned if I will be made a beggar at my own table.  We have tried reasoning with the power structure, many have even tried pleading.  No more!

Human beings are by nature carnivorous predators.  We, who are here today, need to realize that our genes were not passed down through the millennia because our ancestors were weak.  In fact our line survives to this day because when the situation dictated our ancestors bared their teeth and became as vicious as they had to in order to survive and to assure the survival of their progeny to perpetuate their line and thus a part of them into the future.

On Monday everyone who intends to contact their assumed representatives by phone needs to look into the eyes of their children and or grandchildren beforehand.  When you get on that phone let go of the apathy and self pity and think about your progeny and their future.  Think about how it will be when December rolls around if Tier 5 is not passed.  Then make sure that you are enraged to the point of barely being able to control your anger.  Make sure they hear that anger in your voice.  Do not try to reason with them and whatever you do, do not plead.  With all the sternness that you would assert toward a foe standing at your doorstep intent on harming you and your family state, “Pass the damned Tier 5 and do it now!”, not a word more, just hang up the phone.  If you do not have a phone and intend to send an email instead, let it contain only those words with three exclamation points.  Do it!  Show them in no uncertain terms that we are angry and united.

In order for this blast of righteous indignation to succeed it is absolutely essential that it comes from as many individuals as is possible.  This means make every effort to go to every web site pertaining to 99ers and the Tier 5 extension and tell our brothers and sisters that they must either unite in this common cause or prepare for a long cold winter.  If we do not unite and let them know that we have had all that we’re going to take; we, our children, and our grandchildren are doomed.  Will who we were, who we are, and who we might have become be consumed in the eternal fires of despotism?  If so, we will have betrayed every sacrifice our ancestors made to bring us and them into the present.

I do not implore you; I tell you.  Make the calls and send the emails.  It will produce a result.

On Tuesday if everyone has done as I have said when I watch the morning mainstream news I will either hear talk of passing the Tier 5 legislation indicating that the power structure does not want to find out how we intend to address them if the demand is not met or I will hear a continuance of the debate over the extension of tax cuts for the rich indicating that it is not only their intent to never pass Tier 5 but also to allow Tier 4 to expire as they want to see riots and anarchy in our streets on Christmas day this year.

If they want riots and anarchy, then we do not, as we do not want to cut off our noses to spite our faces.  I would much rather take action that will allow us to cause them such grief as they  could never  have imagined possible.  We must continue to hold the moral high ground.  Do this or your grandchildren will urinate on your graves condemning your lack of courage and initiative speaking in Mandarin Chinese.

As things stand today those posing as our representatives in government will admit that 13 million of our American jobs so desperately needed by we 99ers are being worked for substandard wages by illegals and another 3 million are being worked at substandard wages by foreigners who have come to our country on work visas.

As for the workers here on foreign visas if you do not see a problem maybe you better look again.  On June 23, 2008 before he left CNN, Lou Dobbs reported that Nielson TV Rating Company is bringing in foreign workers from India on work visas to replace the Americans working for their company.  He further reported that the American employees were told that they would have to train their replacements and that if they refused they would lose their severance package.  I would have liked to quote the article directly however upon doing a search on CNN no transcripts could be found.

Now to the invaders breaching our Southern border:  The international corporate mafia via their mainstream media propaganda blitz which has been going on for the past month and a half would have you believe that President Obama has sent troops and drones to New Mexico, Arizona, Texas, and California and that they have successfully sealed the border and that the flow of illegals entering our country has been slowed to a trickle.  In fact, they have gone as far as to assert that many illegals are returning to Mexico and others are not bothering to come at all because of the bad state of our economy.

Well, my fellow 99ers I hate to be the one to tell you but nothing could be further from the truth.  Here’s what’s really going on.   An article by Dr. Paul Williams titled “U. S. Marines Protect Afghan’s Poppy Fields”, July 8, 2009 states in part:

“The Marines of Bravo’s Company 1st Platoon sleep beside groves of poppies Troops of the 2nd Platoon walk through the fields on strict orders not to swat the heavy opium bulbs. The Afghan farmers and laborers, who are engaged in scraping the resin from the bulbs, smile and wave at the passing soldiers,.

Destroying the fields could very well put an end to terrorist activities in Afghanistan and Pakistan.

But the Obama Administration remains intent upon protecting the poppies so that the Afghan farmers and local drug lords can reap the benefits of what purports to be a bumper crop.”

But wait, it gets better.  After the opium is harvested it is then transported via cargo plane to Central America by defense contractors who work for our bought off government and are being paid billions in taxpayer dollars.   This is the same government that claims we do not have the monies to pay for a Tier 5 unemployment extension.

Okay, now from there the opium, which is now tar heroin, heads north from Guatemala, up through Mexico, and when it reaches our border it is smuggled under armed guard through the drug corridors which run directly through our national parks, as evidenced in a CNSN News article by Terence P. Jeffrey titled, “EXCLUSIVE Arizona Sheriff Border Patrol has Retreated from Parts of Border because it’s too Dangerous”, dated April 16, 2010:

“Sherriff Larry Dever, a native of Cochise County, has been in local law enforcement in the county for three decades.  He was elected the county sheriff in 1996.

Dever stressed that the Border Patrolmen are ready and willing to perform their mission of securing the border, but that Border Patrol managers had determined that in “some places” the danger was too great and they wanted to avoid the risk of an international incident such as a cross-border firefight.

Dever said there were places where the Border Patrol had pulled back from the border in his county and in neighboring areas both in Arizona and New Mexico.

He pointed out that in Pinal County, 70 miles north of the border, the Bureau of Land Management has put up a sign along a drug smuggling corridor to warn American citizens away from the region because it is too dangerous.”

I bet you’re asking, “Isn’t somebody going to do something about this?” well here’s a little tidbit that the mainstream media is not going to convey to you.  Since June of this year militia units from all over the country consisting of ex-military and average patriotic citizens of every race, creed, and color have been converging on Arizona.  They have built listening and observation posts, hospital posts, repair shops, and air strips, and are being supplied by patriots from every corner of our country.  They have been training all summer and will be launching an assault on the drug cartels this fall.

In telling you this I am divulging no secrets as those actors pretending to be your representatives are very aware of the situation. Although they have not informed you, they have informed the Mexican government which like our own government is bought and paid for by the international corporate mafia.

The Mexican government in turn is allowing the Los Zetas drug cartel to pass through their northern border with loads of munitions which are being smuggled up through the drug corridors to be cached in preparation for the coming fight.  The U.S. Border Fire Report describes the situation in an article by Michael Webster titled, “Los Zetas a Mexican Drug Cartel”, dated August 15, 2010.  This article states in part:

“Mexican military and U.S. law enforcement are finding large quantities of military weapons stashed all along the U.S. Mexican border. A Mexican high ranking army officer has told the U.S. Border Fire Report that weapons and forward type military positions are being discovered on both sides of the border. “Our Intel indicates that Los Zetas paramilitary units and many of their weapons have moved into positions on both side of the international border with the U.S. My troops along with U.S. personal just in the last few days have found weapons and ammo hidden near the Mexican border with Arizona”.

The Zetas are preparing to advance north with well trained and well armed Los Zetas paramilitary soldiers this fall according to sources. They will be transporting drugs and illegal’s along the drug corridors that lead into the USA and go as far north as Phoenix Ariz. These Zetas have said in the past they will be protecting their loads against all comers. One Zetas commander said he has ordered his men to fire on anyone they see who is armed. There now seems to be no question that they have the weapons and man power to carry out their threats.”

Now let’s tie it all together.  The international corporate mafia through its international drug trade is making billions of dollars trafficking illegals into our country along with their heroin and marijuana shipments.  The illegals they bring in take our jobs and have put such a strain on our economy that many state governments are on the verge of collapse.  The heroin alone which finds its way here from Afghanistan takes $65 billion a year out of our economy and sends it south back through the drug corridors into Mexico where it is divided up by the members of the international corporate mafia, their only overhead being the payoffs to their minions (the actors posing as the Mexican and American governments supposedly fighting the war on drugs.)

99ers take note: the monies we spend fighting this fraudulent war on drugs would finance a Tier 10 Unemployment Extension.  Now you know why you are treated so insignificantly as to not even be considered a nagging thought in the back of their minds.

You have to be asking why there is not even the smallest mention of the impending conflict in the mainstream media.  Well, I’ll tell you.  No militia commander with any sense will speak one word to them.  The militia has learned over the years that when they sit down to try to tell a simple truth to any mainstream reporter that reporter’s job is to conduct a one hour interview that will allow him or her to take a long string of small sound bites and put them together in such a way as to cover up the truth and perpetuate a lie.

These militia gathered on the border are your brethren and there are 99ers among them who are asking nothing more than to be outfitted, armed and fed.  They will be going into battle for you, for your jobs, for your constitution, and for the maintenance of the sovereignty of your country.  Every unemployed and or poor citizen should be backing them 100%.  I believe the militia will route the cartels and drive them back across the border, however I fear that will not be the end of it.

On September 24, 2009 President Obama who asserted his study and knowledge of our constitution during his presidential bid became the first sitting president in the history of the United States to chair the U. N. Security Council in blatant violation of Article 1, section  9 of the United States Constitution which states:  “No title of nobility shall be granted by the United States: and no person holding any office of profit or trust under them, shall, without the consent of the congress, accept of any present, emolument, office, or title, of any kind whatever, from any king, prince, or foreign state.”

Last month President Obama filed a report accusing the state of Arizona of human rights violations in his first ever report on U. S. human rights to the UN Human Rights Council.  As Arizona is a member state of our union his indictment was in truth an indictment against the United States, et.al.  Considering these actions I fear that when our militia defeats the drug cartel and stops the flow of drugs and illegals into our country, and the flow of cash out, President Obama will claim human rights violations in particular ethnic cleansing and sanction UN troops to be used against them.  If this happens I assure you the world as we know it will end on that day as a revolution will erupt on 10,000 fronts across our nation.  I pray I am wrong.

At last report from the Arizona Citizens Militia via The Intelligence Report on Liberty Tree Radio the Zetas are recruiting troops by offering $500 for enlistment and $1000 for every American killed.  I’ll close this article with the last written report from Arizona Citizens Militia Command:

In observing the international corporate mafia’s propaganda machine (mainstream media) over this past weekend leading up to Labor Day I noticed a push coming out of right field wherein I heard some propagandists suggesting that America should put an end to labor unions.  I decided yesterday on Labor Day to address the issue of Labor Unions in my next article.  Today is September 7^th, the day after Labor Day and sure enough on Varney and Company, Fox Business News Network whose slogan is fair and balanced (yeah right), a story aired headlined “Are Unions Necessary?”  The common assertion that seems to be emerging is that as we have instituted so many labor laws to protect workers, unions have not only become obsolete but a detriment to our ability to compete in the world market.  I tried to look at the question objectively from all angles.

My grandfather on my mother’s side went to work in 1927 in the coal mines of West Virginia at the age of twelve, six years prior to the enactment in 1933 of the National Industrial Recovery Act which protected the rights of the unions and allowed for the rapid organization of the southern coal fields.  In forcing the government to enact the Industrial Recovery Act many coal miners sacrificed their lives in what would become known as “The Mine Wars”.

“The United Mine Workers of America formed in Columbus, Ohio in 1890.  In its first ten years the UMWA successfully organized miners in Pennsylvania, Ohio, Indiana, and Illinois.
Attempts to organize West Virginia failed in 1892, 1894, and 1897.

“In 1902 the UMWA finally achieved some recognition in the Kanawha – New River coal field, its first success in West Virginia.  Following the union successes coal operators had formed the Kanawha County Coal Operators Association, the first such organization in the state.  It hired private detectives from the Baldwin-FELTS Detective Agency in Bluefield as mine guards to harass union organizers.  Due to these threats the UMWA discouraged organizers from working in southern West Virginia.”

It would seem that Baldwin-FELTS Detective Agency would have to be considered the Blackwater of its day.  Many bloody conflicts would ensue and many a man would lose his life in the struggle which would continue for the next thirty-one years.

What were the miners fighting for?  The right to organize, recognition of their constitutional rights to free speech and assembly, an end to blacklisting union organizers, alternatives to company stores (the miners were paid in company script which could only be spent in company stores, so if they were able to force an increase in wages, the company stores simply raised their prices), an end to the practice of using mine guards, a prohibition of cribbing (Miners were paid based on tons of coal mined.  Each car brought from the mine held a specific amount of coal.  However cars were altered to hold more coal.), installation of scales at all mines for accurately weighing coal (obviously to counter the practice of cribbing), and that unions be allowed to hire their  own check weight men to make sure the companies check weight men were not cheating the miners.  How unreasonable can you get?

My grandfather worked 65 years in the coal mines before retiring.  At the end of his work tenure he owned a nice house on the banks of the Kanawha River and his retirement was enough for him to live comfortably on for the rest of his days.  He was also awarded $10,000 for the black lung which was inevitable for every miner who worked during those times, $10,000 back when my grandfather retired being equivalent to approximately $100,000 in today’s currency.  My grandfather was a card carrying United Mine Workers of America member and I have no doubt in that he would have died a pauper in a company house had he not been so.

On the other hand, the Teamsters, Dock Workers, United Autoworkers, and many other big unions have over the years to my distaste become cliquish to the point that they’re members are either grandfathered in from father to son or brought in through marriage.  The corrupt practices and connection to organized crime by many union leaders like Jimmy Hoffa cannot be denied.  By the way if anyone’s still looking for him my wife is convinced that he along with Amelia Earhart and everything we have lost in our house that cannot be found is somewhere in our couch.

After looking at the situation from both of these angles my opinion was still in limbo.  Shortly thereafter the phone rang.  It was my son, Chris, on the line.  He does computer drafting and fabricating at a non-union shop.  I explained to him what I was pondering and his response gave me the answer.  He said, “Though I am not a member of any union I am glad they exist.”  He further stated, “The reason I am being paid $25 per hour at my current job and being treated well by my employer is because the person doing my job at the union shop makes $50 per hour.  If my employer was not treating me decently and paying a living wage he knows that the union shop is just around the corner.”

Everything became perfectly clear to me at that moment.  I realized that I was not looking at the big picture.  I know it is the intent of the international corporate mafia to break our country and put us in such dire straits that we are forced to become the slave laborers they desire us to be.  We will then willingly extract and manufacture the last of our resources for them with our only compensation being wages equating to slave labor, thus saving them the expense of sending the raw materials to China to be manufactured.   Destroying our labor unions would be a logical step towards that goal.

Admittedly there is a degree of rot associated with the big labor unions but considering our present economic situation it would be suicide to even think of getting rid of them.

My son’s phone call was a godsend at just the right time.  Ironically the shop he works for had given him Labor Day off with pay.  Towards the end of our conversation, he inquired, “What is Labor Day?” to which I had to admit I didn’t know.  It has always been a practice in our home that if anyone brought up a question that none could answer; it’s straight to the encyclopedia and later the internet to investigate.  Wikipedia explains Labor Day in part as follows:

“The first Labor Day in the United States was observed on September 5, 1882 in New York City, by the Central Labor Union of New York, the nation’s first integrated major trade union. It became a federal holiday in 1894, when, following the deaths of a number of workers at the hands of the U.S. military and U.S. Marshals during the Pullman Strike, President Grover Cleveland put reconciliation with the labor movement as a top political priority. Fearing further conflict, legislation making Labor Day a national holiday was rushed through Congress unanimously and signed into law a mere six days after the end of the strike.”

Now who would be so sadistic as to launch a campaign over the Labor Day weekend to end labor unions?  That’s right; you guessed it, the international corporate mafia banksters.

On the Sunday edition of the CNN program Your Money, the host Ali Velshi, opened the program with the following statement,

“This past week we got the job numbers for August. There is no green in August numbers. In fact the jobs are down; we lost 54,000 jobs in August. But the private sector, private businesses, companies actually added 67,000 jobs that is the Holy Grail. We want companies growing. We don’t need government growing. Companies growing mean that the emphasis on economic growth has fallen where it is supposed to.”

Now did he say that only 54,000 jobs were lost in August or did he say that we gained 13,000 jobs, and if so why did the unemployment percentage gain one tenth of one percent?  He goes on to say,

Stephen Moore is an editorial writer with the “Wall Street Journal, he is a respected sparring partner and a good friend of this show. Last time you and I talked about jobs Stephen, I described it as a glass one quarter full. I stick with that assessment given today’s news. You?

Ali was then joined by Stephen Moore, Editorial Writer for the Wall Street Journal, the conversation continued as follows,

” Yes, Ali, I generally agree with what you just said. The really good news in this report s we got some private sector job growth which you are right that is the mother’s milk of the economy. And so I was encouraged by that and by the way this report was a lot better than a lot of economists were forecasting. Most of the job losses as you said were the layoff of census workers. Those were part-time workers, but you know the thing we have to focus on Ali, we need to generate about 125,000 jobs a month just to keep the unemployment rate where it is because we have natural growth in the labor force. So we have got to do a lot better.”

I guess that old saying; “If you can’t dazzle them with brilliance, baffle them with bullpoo” applies more today and to this issue than it ever has.  According to the Department of Labor’s press release dated September 2, 2010, the week ending August 28, 2010’s advance figure for seasonally adjusted initial unemployment claims was 472,000, however the jobless rate only rose one tenth of a percentile.  Now is that because there are that many new jobs or because that many more workers have become 99er?   The fact is as I see it; the actual numbers cannot be discerned from the gobbely gook we are being fed by the mainstream media.  Why can’t they for once just tell us the truth, it’s just three little words, “You are screwed.”

Are you confused yet?  If you are it’s because you are supposed to be, as the so-called “expert economists” are throwing out truths, half truths, and out in out lies, so that when you finally turn your television off because nothing they are saying to you makes sense, you are left thinking, “well it’s just too complicated for anyone but an expert to understand”, and all you know is that you only feel more helpless than ever.

We are not helpless. We the 99ers have at our disposal an awesome weapon that we have yet to turn on our enemies.  It is the grey matter located between our ears.  Would you like to strike back at the one world corporate mafia scumbags?  Well let me show you how simple that can be.  When I became a 99er back in May of this year, I did not cease filing my weekly claim to the unemployment office and have not to date.  After about a month of getting a letter every week telling me my claim had expired, I finally got a letter telling me not to report any more.  I continued to report.  Then one week I discovered I had been blocked from reporting online, so I reported by phone.  Last month I received a call from the unemployment department.  The gentleman on the other end of the line stated that I no longer need to report as my benefits had expired.  I told him that I was still unemployed, still actively seeking work, and that as the reporting of said by the unemployed is how the unemployment percentage figure is arrived at.  I will continue to report as I have a right to be counted.  I’m still reporting every week and will continue to do so.

Now I wonder what would happen if every 99er keeps reporting.  What if every 99er whose claim was closed and cannot report starts calling the unemployment office and states that they are still unemployed, actively seeking employment, and demands to be counted in the unemployment figures. If the unemployment office refuses, start an online petition drive directed at the Department of Labor and force them to capitulate.  Let’s go a step further and use that grey matter a little more, what if every 99er reading this article takes an hour or two a day and goes to as many 99er sites and blogs as they can find and refer their fellow 99ers to this website and article so that they might join in.

Whoa, with the most menial of effort, expense, and determination a movement can be established.  Then how cool will it be to see the liars posing as our government have to admit and report that the true number of unemployed workers still desperately seeking work to be between 20 and 30%?  How long do you think it would take them to get up off their lying arses and pass a Tier 5 extension?   Or even better, to be a fly on the wall when the undeniable statistic is handed to President Obama sending him mumbling down the hall, “The elections are coming up, the elections are coming up.”  Do you think he would pause in signing the bill into law?

I hear all too frequently, somebody needs to do something.  Well, you are somebody, we all are somebody.  So let’s do something.  Let the apathy cease and let your grey matter go to work.

President Andrew Jackson was the first president of these United States to challenge the power structure of the international corporate mafia (international bankers) and did put an end to their control over our currency by ending the reign of the Second Bank of United States in 1833.  After which he survived an assassination attempt on January 30, 1835.  He died in 1845 and it is said that among his final words were, “I got the bankers.”

In 1865, President Abraham Lincoln enacted his monetary policy in an attempt to break the stranglehold that the international corporate mafia had regained over our monetary system since the death of President Jackson.  Shortly thereafter he was murdered via a bullet through his head.

On January 20, 1961 at his inaugural speech, President John Fitzgerald Kennedy put forth the assertion, “Ask not what your country can do for you but what you can do for your country”.   I would be born approximately 5 months later.  President Kennedy was in my opinion the last true president who was of and for his people and his country.  He told us we had a great nation but asserted that we could do better and be even greater.  The American people rolled up their sleeves and went to work.   On June 4, 1963, President Kennedy stripped the Federal Reserve Bank of its power to loan money to the government at interest via Executive Order 11110.  Once again the U.S. Treasury was issuing U.S. money via its constitutional authority to do so.  Nearly $4.3 billion was issued.  Five months later, on November 22, 1963, President Kennedy was murdered, shot through the head.   Though Executive Order 11110 was never rescinded and indeed stands in affect to this day the international corporate mafia, the Federal Reserve banksters went right back to business as usual after his death.  President Kennedy enacted the executive order to see to it that the people that he had called on to go above and beyond would enjoy the fruits of their labor rather than have them stolen by what he knew to be international criminals.

When I was twelve years old, I asked my mother for a motorcycle.  She told me that if I wanted a motorcycle I would have to get a job and earn the money to buy it.  I reminded her of all the work I did in helping take care of our property and helping my dad work on his many projects.  She replied, “Your dad supports you that is why you are bound to your chores.  Now if you want a motorcycle, you will get a job and earn the money to buy it.”  She further stated, “You had better realize the world does not owe you a living.”  I found a job and it was hard work, helping on old man who had moved into the area build a pump house and put in an orchard.  I earned the money, bought the motorcycle, and words cannot describe the pride I felt in doing so.

I find myself now an unemployed member of a group known as the 99ers and when I hear any person in any venue trying to assert that the 99ers just want more benefits so they can kick back and enjoy life like they were on vacation I am enraged to my soul.  I mean it’s not like we just decided to quit working one day.  I doubt there is one 99er who did not work every hour that he or she could up until they were pushed out the door.  It is unbelievably arrogant and stupid for any person to contend that any worker who was making a living wage would willingly be thrust into a situation where the unemployment benefits they receive won’t even cover their bills and basic necessities.  The fact is we are desperate to work in order to allow us to keep some of what we have not lost already and maybe gain a little back.

However this is being made impossible by the very same international corporate mafia banksters who spent billions of dollars to create NAFTA, CAFTA, and GATT, ship our jobs overseas, and destroy our industrial base while they were purposefully creating a financial disaster through their derivative Ponzi schemes.  They created a crisis, blamed it on the American people, and then ordered the politicians they own to borrow $28 trillion from them to give to them. Now we the people have to pay those moneys back to them with interest, and as for the people seeking the Tier 5 unemployment extension, let them eat dirt.

People be advised, the creature that President Jackson, President Lincoln, and President Kennedy sought to destroy is become a diabolical monster of unimaginable proportions and we are left to deal with it.  We will, because we have to, we have no choice.  Do not fear them.  Whether you know it or not, they are the ones who are scared.  They have overextended themselves in their actions and the American people are not responding as they had expected.  We have not rioted in the cities and given them an excuse to institute martial law, activate NORCOM, and attempt to confiscate our weapons.  In fact instead of losing our cool they see in us a quiet calm, hate in our eyes, and determination on our faces.  They know we outnumber them a thousand to one.  There are 300 million of us and enough guns and ammunitions to arm every man, woman, and child.  We, the American people, are the largest army to ever exist on this planet.   All the other armies in all the other countries of the world pale in comparison and when the fight comes, our army and our law enforcement will stand with us.  We are as an unbelievably huge herd of cattle at the edge of town, in an eerie state of calm, wherein the smallest incident, like the snap of a twig, is going to cause a stampede like nothing this world has ever seen.   They know this.  They know they are going to be utterly destroyed.  That is why the propaganda you see in the mainstream media is changing so radically from day to day.  They are desperate to stop what they have put into motion, but their cause is hopeless.  So prepare yourselves and don’t dread it because once it is done we will rebuild our country in that image President Kennedy dreamed of and the international corporate mafia banksters will learn once and for all that the words my mother spoke those many years ago also apply to them.  The world does not owe you a living.
