WESTBURY (WABC) — Two Nassau County police officers are under investigation after video surfaced that showed them violently striking a driver during a traffic stop.

Now, Kyle Howell, a 20-year-old drug suspect facing multiple charges, is filing a lawsuit against the officers.

Former NYPD cop, Michael Setiawan went on a hate filled rampage Saturday night in a Jewish neighborhood.

Anti-Semitic graffiti was spray-painted in red on a school building and on 20 private residences and cars. A surveillance camera at the school showed Setiawan spray-painting on the school’s door; hate graffiti was found there.

NEAR RICHLAND, WA – Hanford union workers tell NBC Right Now there was an explosion at the plutonium finishing plant cleanup site weeks ago, but the event wasn’t shared with the public.

The Hanford union representative says it happened when workers were cutting some pipe as part of the demolition of the Plutonium Finishing Plant.

The union representative wants to remain anonymous and says workers are concerned management isn’t putting worker safety first.
