Participating in a gun buy back program because you think that criminals have too many guns, is like having yourself castrated because you think your neighbors have too many kids. Continue reading “Never Heard Gun Buy Back Put Better”

A jealous Bronx NYPD detective expects to remain on the job after copping a plea on Friday to shelling out more than $4,000 to hack into department email accounts, so he could check whether one of his fellow officers was sleeping with his baby mama.
Edwin Vargas, 42, told Manhattan federal Judge Kevin Castel that from April 2010 to May 2012 he paid a Los Angeles company specializing in email hacking to supply him with personal log-in credentials – such as passwords and user names — to help spy on his ex-lover. Geneva, Switzerland (CNN) — Three days of intensive talks about Iran’s nuclear program concluded early Sunday without an agreement, though key players insisted they believed the process is moving in the right direction.
“A lot of concrete progress has been achieved, but some differences remain,” European Union foreign policy chief Catherine Ashton told reporters in Geneva, Switzerland. Continue reading “No deal on Iran’s nuclear program, despite ‘concrete progress’”
For many years, the federal government has subsidized studies designed to prove the negative effects of marijuana, while blocking inquiry into its potential benefits. Ironically, the government’s steadfast search for harm has yielded remarkable scientific insights that explain why cannabis is such a versatile remedy and why it is the most sought-after illicit substance on the planet.
Cannabis and the unique chemical compounds produced by the plant, called cannabinoids, have been at the center of one of the most exciting—and underreported—developments in modern science. Research on marijuana’s effects led directly to the discovery of a molecular signaling system in the human brain and body, the endocannabinoid system, which plays a crucial role in regulating a broad range of physiological processes: hunger, sleep, inflammation, stress, blood pressure, body temperature, glucose metabolism, bone density, intestinal fortitude, reproductive fertility, circadian rhythms, mood and much more. This is local to my area.
A little back ground on this one. This girl was kidnapped at a daycare while picking up her child. Someone saved the child in the parking lot, but the girl was still taken. cops could not find her, even with their stupid drones, dogs and search teams, so the family went into action. The family member that found them killed the kidnapper and no charges will be filed. But you can bet that the DA is trying to figure out a way to bring charges. If he does the jury here will not convict, I guarantee it. Continue reading “Deputies: Scott Thomas Likely Died from a Gunshot Wound from Arceneaux’s Relative”

Israel has committed repeated acts of war against countries that opposed its Zionist policies of colonization and annexation of Palestinian territory in East Jerusalem and the West Bank. Israeli leaders have secured arms and diplomatic support for their attacks through their Zionist proxies in the United States Congress and the Executive Branch. In the wee hours of the morning on September 13th, Air Force Sgt. Matt Pinkerton and his wife were entertaining guests at their home when an acquaintance of Mrs. Pinkerton’s came knocking.
It was 2 AM. After being told to leave by Matt Pinkerton, who closed the door, Kendall Green decided that he’d kick it in and force his way into the home. Continue reading “Shoot First or Call 9-1-1: What Would You Do If Someone Kicked In Your Door?”
November is National Alzheimer’s Awareness Month and the serious issues of cognitive health will be in the spotlight in the coming weeks. The medical community agrees that cognitive impairment (CI), ranging from mild to severe, is almost epidemic in the U.S. as the Baby Boomer generation is aging and living longer. Scientists believe one reason is that the human brain begins shrinking after age 25. Structural changes and loss of brain synapses lead to rapid decline in cognitive health. Sweat like a pig? Now you can smell like one too: literally.
A Seattle company has introduced bacon deodorant, Power Bacon, which goes on sale today in a handy deodorant stick. Try not to sweat too much while you’re wearing it though, or you’ll be covered in unappetizing bacon grease.
In a world filled with bacon-flavored beer, bacon-wrapped cars and bacon bandages, it would be an understatement to say we’re obsessed with the cured pork product. One 105-year-old Texan even credited it for her longevity earlier this year, telling a reporter, “I love bacon. I eat it everyday.” Continue reading “How to Stay Single Forever: Wear This New Bacon-Scented Deodorant”
One of the more offensive duties of being an investigative journalist is taking out the trash — exposing liars, fraudsters, con artists and scammers for the people they truly are. Each time we investigate a sociopath, we find that they always have a little cult group following of spellbound worshippers who consider that particular sociopath to be a “guru” or “prophet.”
Sociopaths are masters at influence and deception. Very little of what they say actually checks out in terms of facts or reality, but they’re extremely skillful at making the things they say sound believable, even if they’re just making them up out of thin air. Here, I’m going to present quotes and videos of some legendary sociopaths who convinced everyday people to participate in mass suicides. And then I’m going to demonstrate how and why similar sociopaths are operating right now… today.
