PHOENIX (AP) — Weeks after a judge ordered an overhaul of his office, an Arizona sheriff with a reputation for retaliation received a fax that critics say proves he was secretly investigating a judge who ruled against him in a racial profiling case.

The 2013 fax from an informant was written as a timeline of key developments in the profiling case: It cited the judge’s assignment to the case, claimed federal authorities were wiretapping the phone of one of Sheriff Joe Arpaio’s aides, and suggested both happened shortly after the U.S. Justice Department allegedly called the judge.   Continue reading “Arizona sheriff confronted with recurring retaliation claims”

BEIJING (AP) — A U.S. Navy warship sailed past one of China’s artificial islands in the South China Sea on Tuesday, in a challenge to Chinese sovereignty claims that drew an angry protest from Beijing, which said the move damaged U.S.-China relations and regional peace.

China’s Foreign Ministry said authorities monitored and warned the USS Lassen as it entered what China claims as a 12-mile (21-kilometer) territorial limit around Subi Reef in the Spratly Islands archipelago, a group of reefs, islets, and atolls where the Philippines has competing claims.   Continue reading “China warns US Navy after ship sails by Chinese-built island”

FBI director James Comey said his conversations with police officers often come back to cellphones. He claims they’re worried that young people are recording EVERY police encounter with their cellphone cameras.

Comey said he has been told about higher-ranking police telling officers “to remember that their political leadership has no tolerance for a viral video.”

Try not to laugh but Director Comey claims the “era of viral videos” has led officers to feel they’re“under siege“and unwilling to get out of their cars…   Continue reading “FBI Director claims police don’t like being recorded, calls it a “chill wind blowing through American law enforcement””

“Law and order” conservatives: When they are right, they are so right; but when they are wrong, they are so wrong.

They are right when they decry the militarization of local police. They are right to point out that the DOD 1033 program has transferred over $5 billion worth of military equipment from the Defense Department to local police forces. They are right to oppose more federal laws and mandates relating to local police. They are right to oppose a federal police “czar” like the Congressional Black Caucus has called for. Earlier this school year, a sixth-grader in the gifted-and-talented program at Bedford Middle School in Bedford, Virginia was suspended for one year after an assistant principal found something that looked like a marijuana leaf in his backpack.

The student, the 11-year-old son of two school teachers, had to enroll in the district’s alternative education program and be homeschooled. He was evaluated by a psychiatrist for substance abuse problems, and charged with marijuana possession in juvenile court. In the months since September, he’s become withdrawn, depressed, and he suffers from panic attacks. He is worried his life is over, according to his mother, and that he will never get into college.   Continue reading “Virginia school suspends an 11-year-old for one year over a leaf that wasn’t marijuana”

Expensive.

The US and EU have spent many billions on installing and propping up their puppet proxy government in Kiev.   And after the purchase, “Cry ‘Havoc!’, and let slip the dogs of war”.  These traitors, psychopaths and genuine terrorists have committed countless war crimes in the East, and run the society and economy into the ground in the West of Ukraine. The billions sent by the West to Ukraine do not go to foster “freedom and democracy”, they go to line the pockets of the criminals and traitors in power, to the detriment of the Ukrainian People, both East and West. So, as the US and EU continue to fund their Dogs of War in Kiev, one must ask, “How much is that War Doggie in the window?” And what do you get for your money?   Continue reading “Texac Chronicle No. 4 : How much is that War Doggie in the window?”

If you are under 21, do not read this. If you are over 21, you have a moral obligation to read this, and view the photos, to to look into the depths of human depravity, into the face of pure evil, to ponder it, to understand it, because if you do not understand it, you cannot fight it, and if you do not fight it, you cannot defeat it. And if we do not defeat it, it will defeat us…

When I was on my way to Donetsk, I stopped in Rostov for a few days. I became friends with Mikael, the owner of the hostel I stayed at. He was a big, tough guy, a real Russian badass, tall, bald and muscular. He was also a veteran of the Russian Army, and a combat veteran of both Chechen wars. When I told him I was going to Donbass to fight fascists, he said ” War is bad”, and he meant it.  I replied “Fascism is worse than war”. The story I am writing today explains what I meant by that… Continue reading “Odessa: A Fate Worse Than Death”

In the Land of the Fee and Home of the Slave should we not honor, respect and bow down to all the petty Tyrants, Mass Murders and Feudal Lords of history; or as they arise?

Would NOT some scream Romans, 13 if you do not???

After all, to be Politically Correct and Obedient now days we MUST be ‘inclusive and tolerant’ of them when we are being Disposed Of as ‘their’ mere Human Resource simply because they claim to be a Government, and Governments are ‘Ordained by God’ so they and their Pastors, Holy Men, Blacked Robed Bandits and Agents would tell us as they HARVEST all our wealth, useful organs and then put that 40 Cal up to the base of our skull and then we can believe that this is THE WILL OF GOD for us … BECAUSE THEY SAID SO!!!   Continue reading “Karl Marx fans livid over cemetery’s $6 fee”

An increased presence of Russian submarines near American territorial waters appears to correspond to the location of undersea Internet cables used for commercial and military communications, according to officials. Citing “more than half a dozen” American and European officials, including naval commanders and intelligence professionals, The New York Times said on Sunday that the United States Department of Defense was paying close attention to what it described as “significantly increased Russian activity” along known routes of the cables. The paper was referring to Russian underwater vessels, which Washington believes are equipped with technology designed to tap into the cables, or even to sabotage them, by severing them.   Continue reading “Russian subs looking for undersea Internet cables, say US officials”

The World Health Organization (WHO) recommends that all African children should be vaccinated with the single measles vaccination at the age of nine months. This is due to the rising number of measles cases that are being reported and the recommendations set by the Global Advisory Group of the Expanded Program of Immunization in 1980. (SeeThe optimal age of measles immunization in low-income countries: a secondary analysis of the assumptions underlying the current policy.)

However, should children this young be vaccinated for measles, when elsewhere in the world the measles vaccine is not offered to children under the age of one year?   Continue reading “2 Infants Die & 28 Injured After Measles Vaccines in Kenya”

A video is rapidly going viral of a school resource officer in South Carolina choking and slamming a high school student who was sitting at her desk.

The incident took place on Monday at Spring Valley High School in Columbia, and was captured on camera by two different students from different angles.

“The student was told she was under arrest for disturbing school and given instructions which she again refused,” Sheriff Leon Lott told WIS-TV. “The video then shows the student resisting and being arrested by the SRO.” Continue reading “School Officer Chokes and Slams Female Student Sitting at Her Desk”

The Landry family was fast asleep on Sunday morning, when Nancy and her husband were woken up to flashing blue lights and noise outside their bedroom window.

Curious as to what was happening, her husband decided to look out the front door.
