NEWTON, IOWA — Mike Pence sought to dissuade a supporter from advocating a “revolution” if Hillary Clinton wins the election, urging her at a campaign rally Tuesday to drop such talk.

Amid cheers from the crowd, an attendee told Pence she was deeply afraid of voter fraud in the presidential election and suggested extreme measures.   Continue reading “Pence tamps down rally-goer’s talk of anti-Clinton revolution”

Male makeup gurus are having a moment, and James Charles Dickinson is adding another. The 17-year-old YouTube sensation, known simply as James Charles on social media, boasts more than 70,000 subscribers, which comparatively isn’t as much as some other major male beauty YouTubers, like Manny Gutierrez (Manny Mua) and Patrick Starrr (both nearing 2 million each). Still, it’s more than enough for CoverGirl, which announced Charles as its latest ambassador — and the first young man to receive such an honor.   Continue reading “CoverGirl Introduces Its First-Ever Cover Boy”

In Europe, when it gets serious, you have to lie… at least if you are an unelected bureaucrat like Jean-Claude Juncker. In Russia, however, when it gets serious, attention immediately turns to the children.

Which is why we read a report in Russian website Znak published Tuesday, according to which Russian state officials and government workers were told to bring back their children studying abroad immediately, even if means cutting their education short and not waiting until the end of the school year, and re-enroll them in Russian schools, with some concern. The article adds that if the parents of these same officials also live abroad “for some reason”, and have not lost their Russian citizenship, should also be returned to the motherland. Znak cited five administration officials as the source of the report.   Continue reading “Russian Government Officials Told To Immediately Bring Back Children Studying Abroad”

With one fell swoop federal judge Ramona Manglona, chief judge of the U.S. District Court for the Northern Mariana Islands, has struck down the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands’ (CNMI) ban on “assault weapons” and firearm registration requirements while upholding the constitutionality of openly carrying firearms.

The case in which Manglona issued her decision was brought by Paul Murphy, “a veteran who served honorably on active duty in Iraq and Afghanistan as a U.S. Army Ranger, [and who filed suit] to validate his constitutional right to keep and bear arms for self-defense.”   Continue reading “Federal Judge Strikes Down ‘Assault Weapons’ Ban and Firearm Registration, Upholds Open Carry”

EXCERPTS OF HILLARY CLINTON’S previously secret speeches to big banks and trade groups in 2013 and 2014 show her exalting the work of her hosts, hardly a surprise when these groups paid her up to $225,000 an hour to chat them up.

Far from chiding Goldman Sachs for obstructing Democratic proposals for financial reform, Clinton appeared to sympathize with the giant investment bank. At a Goldman Sachs Alternative Investments Symposium in October 2013, Clinton almost apologized for the Dodd-Frank reform bill, explaining that it had to pass “for political reasons,” because “if you were an elected member of Congress and people in your constituency were losing jobs and shutting businesses and everybody in the press is saying it’s all the fault of Wall Street, you can’t sit idly by and do nothing.”   Continue reading “Behind Closed Doors, Hillary Clinton Sympathized With Goldman Sachs Over Financial Reform”

In a televised interview with ABC’s Mike Wallace in 1958, author of the seminal classic Brave New World, Aldous Huxley laid out his rather grim vision for the future of the human race in a prescient and timeless warning for us to wake up. After having lived through the bloodbaths of World War I and II and in the early stages of the nuclear cold war, he discussed the problems of freedom and survival in America, making a number of predictions more relevant today, nearly 60 years later, than ever before.   Continue reading “60 Years Ago Aldous Huxley Predicted How Global Freedom Would Die”

She’s staggering toward her goal, the US Presidency.   Continue reading “The Clintons: how Putin grabbed a fifth of all US uranium”

Birmingham, AL — In May 2015, officer Daniel Aguirre was given a Combat Cross Medal after he said in a police report that he successfully fended off a struggle in which he and his partner were in danger. However, someone on the inside leaked Dashcam footage showing Aquirre shooting a man in the back as he lay prostrate on his hands and knees. Still, Birmingham police charged their victim, Aubrey Williams, with attempted murder.

But, last week, after spending more than a year in jail for a crime he never committed, the Jefferson County District Attorney’s Office finally showed a semblance of logic and dropped the charges against Williams.   Continue reading “Man Cleared of Attempted Murder After Leaked Dashcam Shows Cop Shoot HIM in the Back, TWICE”

Wikileaks has arguably been the most important thing that has happened to elections, if not the veneer of democracy, in quite a long time. We’ve been able to see the true side of politicians and bureaucrats like never before.

In Hillary Clinton, we see a figure beholden to Wall St., working diligently to advance the influence of financial corporations over government policy and taxpayer money. Her mega-donor list is a who’s who of megabanks that also happened to benefit from the TARP government bailout.   Continue reading “In Leaked Speech, Clinton Promises Bankers to Stand Against Pot Legalization ‘In All Senses of the Word’”
