WEB Notes: Basically turning people into super snoops, as if monitoring your digital data was not enough. Listen to what your president said, “No government is going to have the capacity to read every person’s texts or [posts on] social media.” Obviously they are doing this already or trying to do it. With technology allowing for the easy sorting of files based on metadata that is available to all of us for free including sorting photos by faces automatically. I am more than sure the government is able to sort out our digital data if they so choose.

Syrian President Bashar al-Assad claimed on Wednesday that the viral photo of a 5-year-old Syrian boy in an ambulance after being pulled out of rubble in the war-torn city of Aleppo is fake.

Just hours after Hillary Clinton dodged a question at the final presidential debate about charges of “pay to play” at the Clinton Foundation, a new batch of WikiLeaks emails surfaced with stunning charges that the candidate herself was at the center of negotiating a $12 million commitment from King Mohammed VI of Morocco.
