In 2002 the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit said that the lawful use of deadly force by the police may be ruled unlawful if the police themselves “created the need to use force” by acting in an illegal manner. “Where an officer intentionally or recklessly provokes a violent confrontation, if the provocation is an independent Fourth Amendment violation,” the 9th Circuit held in Billington v. Smith, the officer “may be held liable for his otherwise defensive use of deadly force.” Otherwise known as the “provocation doctrine,” this legal standard has served as an important check on overreaching law enforcement tactics. Today, by a vote of 8-0, the U.S. Supreme Court rejected the 9th Circuit’s reasoning and wiped the provocation doctrine off the books. The American Heart Association (AHA) has been around since 1924. They claim they have done research that has saved millions of lives. This is a questionable claim however as they are now promoting ideas that are sacrificing millions of lives. They promote the myth that high cholesterol is the cause of cardiovascular disease and dangerous statin drugs need to be ingested to control it. See: How statin drugs really lower cholesterol and kill you one cell at a time by Hannah Yoseph, MD. This falsehood has even been incorporated into most cardiac rehabilitation programs across the country. Continue reading “If it doesn’t work, stop doing it!”

Rescue beacons huh, how about guarding the “areas used by illegal border-crossers” instead of running illegal check points 100 miles north?

WEB Notes: This really does not mean a whole lot in my opinion and I will explain why in a moment. Trump already said they will consider “renegotiation“ of the pact in order to re-enter it. Trump made the announcement in Pittsburg and their mayor was not so happy stating,
“Fact: Hillary Clinton received 80% of the vote in Pittsburgh. Pittsburgh stands with the world & will follow Paris Agreement.” – The Hill

WEB Notes: How many times has this now been echoed? The big boys on the block continually repeat this line over and over again. Just who is going to pay for it? The billionaires? Right. You and I will. However, if you understand the globalists plan they want to rid the world of its entire population except for 500 million people. In case you need a reminder, there are 7 billion souls on earth at this time.
What would America look like if 47% of working age Americans no longer were employed? And how would a country deal with a 47% job loss? It’s a prediction one study suggested in 2013 and one billionaire thinks he has an answer. Continue reading “Elon Musk: Prepare For ‘Universal Basic Income’”
WEB Notes: You never heard or read of policy saying anything different, so why would we assume anything has changed? Of course it has continued. Trump has flaked on all of his promises. He does not serve you or your interests. If he did the children of Satan would not have allowed him to be in the race or hang around for very long. Just ask Kennedy.
