An employee of a leading Washington DC think tank has reportedly taken credit for the resent purge of alternative media by Facebook and Twitter, claiming it to be necessary to fight against ‘fake news’ from Russia and China.
In the latest act of apparent censorship of political speech online, US-based tech giants this month shut down hundreds of user accounts. Some belonged to well-established alternative media outlets with hundreds of thousands of followers, like The Free Thought Project or The Anti Media. A senior fellow at the German Marshall Fund, a leading think tank advocating US global supremacy, seems to have at least partially taken credit for this. HARTFORD — – Internet blogger Harold “Hal” Turner’s attorney said today that Turner’s background as an FBI informant will be a key part of his defense to charges that he incited violence against two state legislators and a state ethics official.
Superior Court Judge David P. Gold on Tuesday authorized Michael A. Orozco, a New Jersey attorney, to represent Turner. Turner did not appear again in court Tuesday because he remains in federal custody without bail in Chicago, where he is accused of threatening three federal judges. How in the world did a caravan of migrants that began with 200-or-so individuals grow to over 7,000 individuals in such a short amount of time? If you thought there were other forces at work organizing the caravan, you might not be as crazy as you’d think. Fox News’ Sara Carter has been following the caravan, and it’s not just Hondurans and other Latin American citizens making the march towards America. “Guatemalan intelligence discovered people from India, Bangladesh, Africa had also joined in with the caravan -I bumped into a number of young MS 13 gang members,” Carter wrote. Florida Republican Representative Matt Gaetz shared video on Wednesday allegedly showing cash being handed out to members of the 4000-strong migrant caravan making its way to the US that’s getting bigger by the day.

Israel is left with no choice but to unleash a military action against Hamas militants, Defense Minister Avigdor Lieberman has threatened. The bellicose tirade comes amid reports the IDF are amassing tanks along the Gaza border.
“Wars are only conducted when there is no choice, and now there is no choice,” Lieberman told the parliament. With midterm elections just two weeks away, it is the massive caravan of migrants currently headed toward the U.S. border that is garnering most of the top headlines, with their arrival on the US border seemingly well-timed to coincide with Americans going to the polls.
President Trump had been hoping that this caravan would be stopped at Mexico’s southern border, but that did not happen, and now it appears that we could be looking at a major international incident along the U.S. border with Mexico not many days from now. As you will see below, it is being reported that the population of “the caravan” has grown to 14,000 people, and many of them are extremely angry with Donald Trump. For those of you that claim we don’t live in a police state, I give you this recent Michigan Appeals Court ruling.
In 2015, Deputy James Dawson went to Joshua Brennan’s home and knocked on his door trying to obtain a breath sample. When Brennan did not answer, Dawson spent an hour and a half knocking at his doors and windows.

TOKYO (AP) — A top U.S. energy official said Monday that Asia is the center of growth in energy demand and offers a great opportunity to expand American liquefied natural gas exports.
U.S. Deputy Secretary of Energy Dan Brouillette told reporters in Tokyo that the U.S. is working with Japan and others to build facilities for U.S. LNG exports and improve their energy security. On Monday police officers shot and killed the teenager suspected in Saturday’s fatal shooting of a Gwinnett County, Georgia, officer.
Breitbart News reported that Officer Antwan Toney was shot and killed while investigating a suspicious vehicle Saturday afternoon. The fatal shot came from inside the vehicle and the gunman had the element of surprise, allowing him to shoot and hit Toney before he or his partner could even draw their guns. President Donald Trump on Monday evening proudly asserted that he is a “nationalist” — a designation some of his fiercest critics have previously wielded against him as an attack on what they deem nativist policy pursuits by his administration.

Authorities on Monday said a second South Carolina police officer died from her injuries suffered in an ambush attack at the hands of an ex-Army sharpshooter earlier this month.
