Democrats are renewing their calls for gun reform after reports of a mass shooting at a church in Sutherland Springs, Texas, on Sunday.

Multiple people are dead after gunfire erupted at the church, which is not far outside San Antonio, according to reports.

For anyone monitoring America’s far-right, it was only a matter of time before Devin Patrick Kelley, the man identified as the Sutherland Springs, Texas, shooter, became “antifa.”

Antifa, a leftist protest movement with no organizational hierarchy whatsoever, wasblamed for the mass shooting in Las Vegas by Alex Jones’ conspiracy website Info Wars. They were responsible for allegedly plotting a civil war involving supersoldiers Saturday—one that utterly failed to manifest. SUTHERLAND SPRINGS, Texas — The gunman in Sunday’s church mass shooting had in-laws who attended the church — but those in-laws were not present at the time of the massacre, according to Wilson County Sheriff Joe Tackitt.

A Baltimore woman says she’s “lucky to be alive” after being beaten with wooden boards and sticks by a pack of teens on Halloween night.

More store closings have been announced in 2017 than any other year on record.

Since January 1, retailers have announced plans to shutter more than 6,700 stores in the U.S., according to Fung Global Retail & Technology, a retail think tank.

Newtown, CT — On December 14, 2012, the world watched the news with horror as they heard the story of 20-year-old Adam Lanza fatally shooting 20 children between six and seven years old, as well as six staff members at Sandy Hook Elementary School. Since that fateful day, conspiracy theories have abounded from whether or not the shooting actually took place to what Lanza’s motive was.

Adam Lanza is believed to have shot his mother, Nancy Lanza, in the head at her home in Newtown, Connecticut, around 9 a.m. on December 14, before taking her car and driving approximately five miles to the Sandy Hook Elementary School, where he would slaughter the children and teachers.

Police shot and killed a man, identified by law enforcement as Devin Kelley, 26, of New Braunfels, Texas, Sunday in Sutherland Springs after he allegedly opened fire on a community church.  At least 25 people were killed and many more were injured in the attack. Kelly was identified by police as the shooter and was believed to be the sole person responsible.

Kelley reportedly entered the First Baptist Church in Sutherland Springs and began shooting Sunday afternoon. The town lies about 30 miles southeast of San Antonio. No motive had yet been ascertained in the shooting, Wilson County Sheriff Joe Tackett told NBC News. Kelly reportedly lived in a suburb of San Antonio and did not appear to be linked to any organized terrorist groups, an official told the Associated Press.   Continue reading “Who Is Devin Kelley? SUTHERLAND SPRINGS, Texas – At least 27 people have been killed and 30 people have been injured in a mass shooting at a church in Sutherland Springs, Texas.

A witness reported seeing a man walk into First Baptist Church and began shooting around 11:30 a.m. Sunday.

That man has been identified as Devin Kelley, of New Braunfels, ABC News confirmed Sunday evening.

The Las Vegas Review-Journal took legal action Friday to obtain law enforcement records kept secret by authorities in the wake of the Oct. 1 Strip massacre.

In three separate actions, the newspaper is joining other media outlets seeking to shed light on the investigation into the worst mass shooting in modern American history.
