The 844-page immigration reform bill the bipartisan “Gang of Eight” dropped in the dead of night contains a lucrative handout that would give taxpayer-funded free cell phones to some people who live or work near the U.S. border with Mexico.   Continue reading “America Is The Land of Opportunity For ILLEGAL ALIENS!!! Cop Block – by Theodore Visner

Isabella County Michigan

My wife and I (Theodore Visner and Kathy Smith) bought a home from Shelly Sweet on land contract, a sheriff department employee, that changed her mind after we had been in the home for seven months making all payments as agreed. Although we were paying Sweet every month on the purchase of the property, she had not been paying the underlying mortgage and the home fell into foreclosure.   Continue reading “Sheriff’s Department Takes Family’s Home and It’s Contents Using a Fake Eviction”

A Sapulpa man who was held in jail for 84 days before DNA evidence cleared him in the brutal rape of his then-girlfriend’s 4-year-old daughter plans to sue the Creek County Sheriff’s Office for wrongful arrest.

Tommy Braden’s attorney, Don Smolen, of Tulsa, sent notice earlier this month that they plan to take legal action for wrongful arrest and detention, which they allege was the result of the Sheriff’s Office negligence.    Continue reading “Man arrested in rape of girl begs for DNA test, which later proves he’s innocent. When most of us think of weapons of mass destruction, we think of nuclear bombs, or nerve gas, or biological agents. So it wassurprising to see accused Boston Marathon bomber Dzhokhar Tsarnaev charged with using a weapon of mass destruction after he and his brother allegedly detonated a bomb made from a pressure cooker.   Continue reading “5 Weapons of Mass Destruction the U.S. Military Uses Every Day”

Dzhokhar TsarnaevThe Guardian – by Glenn Greenwald

There is zero legal or ethical justification for denying a suspect in custody this fundamental right.

The initial debate over the treatment of Dzhokhar Tsarnaev focused on whether he should be advised of his Miranda rights or whether the “public safety exception” justified delaying it. In the wake of news reports that he had been Mirandized and would be charged in a federal court, Icredited the Obama DOJ for handling the case reasonably well thus far. As it turns out, though, Tsarnaev wasn’t Mirandized because the DOJ decided he should be. Instead, that happened only because a federal magistrate, on her own, scheduled a hospital-room hearing, interrupted the FBI’s interrogation which had been proceeding at that point for a full 16 hours, and advised him of his right to remain silent and appointed him a lawyer. Since then, Tsarnaev ceased answering the FBI’s questions.   Continue reading “Report: Dzhokhar Tsarnaev’s repeated requests for a lawyer were ignored”

MASSACHUSETTS: APRIL 19. 1775: “THE SHOT HEARD AROUND THE WORLD”

The Massachusetts Militia is storing weapons in the town of Concord, MA. About 700 British troops are sent to destroy the military supplies. Patriot leaders have learned of the British plans and begin organizing. The night before the British raid, Paul Revere takes off on his famous “midnight ride” to warn the local militiamen (Minutemen).  Continue reading “Men vs Mice”

Lew Rockwell – by Ron Paul

Forced lockdown of a city. Militarized police riding tanks in the streets. Door-to-door armed searches without warrant. Families thrown out of their homes at gunpoint to be searched without probable cause. Businesses forced to close. Transport shut down.

These were not the scenes from a military coup in a far off banana republic, but rather the scenes just over a week ago in Boston as the United States got a taste of martial law. The ostensible reason for the military-style takeover of parts of Boston was that the accused perpetrator of a horrific crime was on the loose. The Boston bombing provided the opportunity for the government to turn what should have been a police investigation into a military-style occupation of an American city. This unprecedented move should frighten us as much or more than the attack itself.   Continue reading “Liberty Was Also Attacked in Boston”

Parliament in Cyprus has approved the country’s international bailout after warnings that the alternative would be financial collapse.

A clique of officers who calls themselves “Three-Percenters” in the Jersey City Police Department’s Emergency Services Unit sprouted about two years ago, officials have told The Jersey Journal.

“They were separating themselves from the others in the unit and we put a stop to it immediately,” Jersey City Police Deputy Chief Peter Nalbach said.   Continue reading “Jersey City police brass identify a pro-militia clique in the department and say they’ve been stopped”

The communists are making it quite clear that they have no intention of diverting from their drive to disarm the American people.  The background check  legislation that was recently defeated in the Senate is still very much alive and needs only for Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid to step up to the podium and reintroduce it.

We all saw what happened in New York after the Sandy Hook false flag.  Cuomo and Bloomberg used the confusion to mount an infamous attack on our 2nd Article right, rushing gun legislation through, with zero input from the millions of New Yorkers it has affected.  And of course the new laws were put into effect immediately to get them entrenched before any backlash could occur.    Continue reading “We are One False Flag Away from Gun Confiscation”

How many times have you heard that prepper’s advice?

It’s repeated all the time because it is excellent, practical advice.  Sometimes it’s easier said than done, however.  While many of us store dehydrated foods, for example, do we know how to turn this into a delicious healthy meal?  No one wants to survive on MREs and Tang.  We don’t want to gnaw on 4 year old beef jerky and a cold can of green peas.  A disaster situation is bad enough without adding unpalatable food to the crisis.   Continue reading “Review: The Prepper’s Cookbook”

The manhunt for the surviving Boston bomber triggered a massive police presence. The Examiner – by Gregory Patin

“Those who would give up essential liberty to purchase a little temporary safety deserve neither liberty nor safety.”

Benjamin Franklin, Historical Review of Pennsylvania, 1759

Since 9/11, Americans have willingly sacrificed constitutional rights, personal freedom, billions of taxpayer dollars and lives in order to feel safer from terrorist acts. The horrific bombing in Boston is an ugly reminder that such sacrifices are not keeping Americans safer.  Continue reading “The Boston Marathon bombing: Failure of the police state”

The Government Accountability Office tells Whispers it is now investigating large ammunition purchases made by the Department of Homeland Security. Chuck Young, a spokesman for GAO, says the investigation of the purchases is “just getting underway.”

The congressional investigative agency is jumping into the fray just as legislation was introduced in both the Senate and the House to restrict the purchase of ammo by some government agencies (except the Department of Defense). The AMMO Act, introduced Friday, would prevent agencies from buying more ammunition if “stockpiles” are greater than what they were in previous administrations.   Continue reading “GAO Now Investigating DHS Ammo Purchases”

Zero Hedge – by Tyler Durden

Whether it is due to the recent governmental attempt to enforce assorted gun controlling measures in the aftermath of the Newtown, CT shooting, or, merely driven by the same catalyst that saw a surge in gun sales four years ago, namely the presidential election, one thing is certain: America is weaponizing itself at an unheard of pace, with both Sturm, Ruger shipments and units produced surpassing 500,000 each in one quarter for the first time in history.   Continue reading “Weaponized America: Sturm, Ruger Backlog Doubles; Gun Production, Shipments Surge”
