A Sacramento court has ruled for the return of a baby who had been forcefully taken from his parents by police and child protective services without a warrant on April 24, according to a Russian consulate spokesperson’s statement.

BOSTON –  Prominent death penalty lawyer Judy Clarke is joining the team representing the suspect in the Boston Marathon bombings.

The appointment of Clarke, based in San Diego, Calif., was approved Monday by U.S. Magistrate Judge Marianne Bowler.

Bowler denied a request from Dzhokhar Tsarnaev’s public defender to appoint a second death penalty lawyer. It would appear from initial Google searches performed from April 25th through 28th that Google has determined that the only way to control Alternative Media researcher is to discontinue viewing cached site contents.

One will notice that when doing a Google search, the Cached results are barely available for postings that are online for 18 hours or less. In addition to this censorship, Google has determined that providing an image is no longer in the intelligence agencies best interest.
