The US government has forced the state of Oklahoma to overturn its anti-Sharia bill, after a Muslim man named Muneer Awad sued the state for supposed violations against “freedom of religion.”
HONOLULU (AP) — A federal jury on Friday decided a former Hawaii soldier convicted of murder is eligible for the death penalty in the first capital case in the history of Hawaii’s statehood.
Jurors will next deliberate on whether Naeem Williams should be sentenced to death or life in prison with no possibility of release for killing his 5-year-old daughter. That phase of the trial begins Wednesday and will include a new round of opening statements and evidence. Continue reading “Jury finds ex-soldier eligible for death penalty”
The girls at Connecticut’s Avon High School were learning more than just Spanish in their Spanish classes, according to a lawsuit filed by one family.
The parents, identified only as John and Jane Doe, say their older daughters — now ages 22 and 19 — started acting differently while attending the school, becoming “secretive,” “reclusive,” and “distant”; having “fantasies of suicidal ideation and martyrdom”; speaking in a strange language; and gathering at Wellesley College in Massachusetts with other girls to perform religious “whirling dervish” dances through the night. A shift by immigrant smugglers to target the tough-to-defend U.S.-Mexico border in southernmost Texas has accelerated this year as the Border Patrol scrambles to shift its resources from states farther west, according to an internal agency report obtained by The Associated Press.
From Oct. 1 through May 17, agents in the southernmost tip of Texas made more than 148,000 arrests, on pace to match last year’s total in less than eight months, according to the intelligence report. That compares with nearly 63,000 arrests in the Tucson, Arizona, sector, which it surpassed for the first time just last year. The Rio Grande Valley sector averaged nearly 1,100 arrests per day from May 11-17, according to the document. Continue reading “Shift of Illegal Crossings Into Texas Accelerates”
In Britain, at the present time, around one third of general hospital patients are suffering from cancer. Two out of five of the population have, or will develop, the disease. If we accept the figures, for cancer incidence, of 30 percent in 1980, 40 percent now and 50 percent in the year 2010, at the present rate of increase the figure will reach 100 percent around 2080. A multitude of factors suggest that the rise is set to accelerate. Continue reading “The Cancer Business”
This post I dedicate to DiggerDan, and all fallen warriors for this Memorial weekend. As far as I know, classical style music was not DiggerDan’s genre of choice, but I do think he would let it go in the way of how I, and perhaps some others, would choose to pay tribute him and make peace with his loss. He was a warrior of another class, uncompromising in what is right in this life. He lived his life, and gave his insights and truths, from his heart. I can’t think of a better example as we face these extraordinary and challenging times. Continue reading “In Remembrance”
“‘I learned that just beneath the surface there’s another world, and still different worlds as you dig deeper.’ – David Lynch

The Academy Award-nominated 2001 work of David Lynch, Mulholland Drive, is remembered by most as a macabre, satirical nightmare dreamscape of Neo-noir centering around a typical girl next door’s dream of becoming the next Hollywood starlet. That is about the only thing viewers can agree the film is about. Reviewers speak of “surrealism,” “imagination,” “nightmares,” and a few of the more philosophical pieces look at semiotics in relation to the performance at Club Silencio, yet no one seems able to truly crack the language of Mulholland, even with Lynch’s clues and hints. Continue reading “Hollywood occult brainwashing in Lynch’s ‘Mulholland Drive’”
The Georgia Guidestones is a mysterious monument on which are carved ten “commandments” for a “New Age of Reason”. The first commandment? Maintaining the world population under 500 million people. Another sinister fact: the authors of what we now call the American Stonehenge are still a “mystery”… except for those in the know. We will look at the numerous features of this monument, its message calling for a New World Order and explain how it is the work of an occult secret society. Continue reading “The Sinister Georgia Guidestones”
I was thinking about what Henryyou and J.D. were talking about today. How people will freak out when they can’t get their big pharma meds. I was listening to Mark discuss this as well on the intelligence report. I can attest to this, as my sister was on medication for depression. I’m not actually sure what she was taking, but I do know it was making her crazy.
Two years ago, right after my husband was incarcerated, she came out here to “help out”. I hadn’t physically seen her for 25 years, but we communicated by phone, text, and email. She couldn’t make it a week without freaking out on me, and believe it or not, it was over the price of garbage bags! At first I thought it was a joke, until I realized she was serious. She screamed at me, and even tried to turn my 5 children and grandchild against me. That same day she packed up and went back home. We forgave, but that experience still haunts me to this day. HOUSTON (AP) — A 600-pound calf that lost its back hooves and part of its legs to frostbite in Virginia more than a year ago has been fitted in Texas with a new pair of prosthetic hind legs.
The English Charolais (SHAR’-lay) calf known as Hero received the high-tech devices on Wednesday in Houston. The animal may be the only double-amputee calf in the U.S. with prosthetics. Continue reading “Rescued calf gets new high-tech prosthetics”
Originally developed by Crye Associates for the US Army’s Objective Force Warrior Program, the Scorpion camouflage pattern could be considered the precursor to the popular MultiCam pattern.Earlier this month, Army officials chose to proceed with a transition to the Scorpion pattern via a “soft launch”. Guess it’s not so soft anymore. I will point out, that although industry is hard at work preparing fabric to begin the process, the US Army leadership has yet to make an official announcement. I have posted this story in order to offer additional information after another website felt they couldn’t wait for an official announcement and posted that the Army had selected Scorpion. Bethlehem University is a very special place which I have been fortunate to visit several times. Described by its vice-chancellor as “an oasis of peace and a beacon of hope”, I found it a warmly-welcoming, vibrant melting pot of Christian and Muslim giving off endlessly good vibes.
Prior to the 2003 invasion and occupation of Iraq, US and other western oil companies were all but completely shut out of Iraq’s oilmarket. But thanks to the invasion and occupation, the companies are now back insideIraq and producing oil there for the first time since being forced out of the country in 1973.”
PORTLAND, Ore. (AP) — A citywide boil notice was issued for Portland after E. coli was detected in the water supply.
