A Fort Smith police officer was arrested and placed on administrative leave Tuesday after Sequoyah County deputies said he fired a gun inside his home and held a gun to a five-year-old child’s head.

Officer Naaman Adcock was placed on administrative leave with pay while authorities conduct an internal investigation. TULSA, Okla. (INTELLIHUB) — According to reports, a campus cop, who was working the Elliot Elementary School campus recently, fired upon a teen couple who were merely making out in a parked vehicle.

A federal appeals court has ruled that Americans have the right to videotape police officers in public, thereby allowing a court case brought against New Hampshire police to progress.

Carla Gericke was arrested in 2010 for videotaping members of the Weare Police Department who pulled over her friend during a traffic stop. Tens of thousands of children unaccompanied by parents or relatives are flooding across the southern U.S. border illegally, forcing the Obama administration and Congress to grapple with both a humanitarian crisis and a budget dilemma.

An estimated 60,000 such children will pour into the United States this year, according to the administration, up from about 6,000 in 2011. NWS alertWe had some flooding rains yesterday. It got pretty bad. My phone was getting these strange alerts all day telling me that it was raining. We dont have an app for any alerts. We didnt sign up for any alerts, but they alerted our phones anyway. I had heard about this mandatory software being in the smart phones, but never had it happen to mine until yesterday.

Firing on the move can be broken down into smaller technical sections i.e. target identification, firing, moving, situational awareness, and reloading.  Below we will focus on the movement portion of firing on the move.
