No one knows how many laws there are in the United States. Apparently, no one can count that high.

The World Health Organization (WHO) dubbed the Zika virus a global health emergency on Feb. 1, 2016 without detailing much about the disease. In fact, most of the public do not know that it is patented.

A primary school has cancelled a play about Charles Darwin and his theory of evolution following complaints from a group of Christian parents.
Several families threatened to withdraw their children from the play, which is aimed at 7- to 11-year-olds, as they felt one of the scenes “mocked” a bishop involved in a historic debate on evolution.

Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez wiped away a tear Thursday during a press conference held by a liberal group to protest the continuing flow of taxpayer dollars to Immigration and Custons Enforcement.

Rep. Stephen Meeks of Arkansas introduced a bill last month that would prevent employers from forcibly microchipping employees.
Meeks introduced House Bill 1177 in January. Wherever the Clintons go and whoever they are close to often meet mysterious ends, often very strange suicides. The latest person to face this tragic end is Sabrina Bittencourt, an activist who exposed Bill Clinton’s “faith healer,” Joao Teixeira de Faria (John of God), as a child rapist and running a “sex slave farm.” Bittencourt was found dead over the weekend, just days after making the claims.

The Green New Deal promises not just to guarantee jobs to all Americans willing and able to work–but also to guarantee “economic security” for those “unwilling to work.”

It outlines a plan to abandon the economic system that has dominated American society since its inception, fundamentally changing the patterns of industry output, employment, consumption, and the relation of government to the market. Even the staunchest advocate for preserving South Carolina’s civil asset forfeiture powers admits that cops have an incentive to seize people’s property for their own department’s benefit.
Jarrod Bruder, the executive director of the South Carolina Sheriff’s Association who frequently lobbies for law enforcement interests at the Statehouse, said that without the incentive of profit from civil forfeiture, officers probably wouldn’t pursue drug dealers and their cash as hard as they do now. Lawmakers in Washington State are proposing a bill that would no longer allow parents to cite philosophical or personal reasons for not vaccinating their child as the region battles a growing measles outbreak. Currently, 18 states allow those exemptions. The 56 confirmed cases in the Pacific Northwest have prompted the governor of Washington to declare a state of emergency.
Monica Stonier is the state representative for Clark County, Washington, the area hit hardest by the outbreak. In her county alone, there is currently 51 confirmed cases of the measles, and another 13 suspected. Continue reading “Washington state weighs vaccination bill as measles outbreak spreads”
