A 2-year-old boy is among the three dead after a mysterious car explosion this weekend in Allentown, Pennsylvania, authorities said, and one of the adults is suspected to have triggered it.

Legal professionals are warning the Apple Watch could open owners up to criminal liability due to a new feature that automatically dials 911 if it senses the wearer has fallen and no action is taken. Due to the “community caretaking” exception to the Fourth Amendment, police could legally enter someone’s home without a warrant after receiving an emergency alert. The FBI has refused to declassify 37 pages of materials related to the Uranium One deal, citing national security and the privacy issues, reports The Hill‘s John Solomon. The documents are thought to contain information regarding then-Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s involvement, as well as the Obama administration’s knowledge of the controversial deal.

No charges will be filed against a St. Paul police officer who drove into another vehicle and left the scene, according to information released this week.

BEIJING (AP) — A Chinese destroyer came aggressively close to a U.S. Navy ship in the South China Sea, forcing it to maneuver to prevent a collision, the U.S. Pacific Fleet said Tuesday, describing an encounter that could worsen tensions between the nations.

The petroleum industry on Monday urged Congress to approve the Trump administration’s renegotiated NAFTA agreement, and said the new deal promises to maintain booming exports of oil and natural gas to America’s northern and southern neighbors.

TRENTON, N.J. (CN) – A gun group headed straight to the Third Circuit on Friday after a federal judge declined to put a hold on a new New Jersey law forbidding more than 10 rounds of ammunition in a large-capacity magazine.

A mom has been arrested for allowing her 10-year-old son to get a tattoo — by a teenage artist — because she was allegedly tired of the boy begging to get inked, according to Columbus, Ohio, TV station WSYX/WTTE.

A Lakewood man put a choke hold on a Tacoma police officer responding to a dispute at a nightclub early Sunday, Pierce County prosecutors say.

The 31-year-old was arraigned Monday afternoon in Pierce County Superior Court on one count of second-degree assault, two counts of third-degree assault, one count of fourth-degree assault and one count of unlawful possession of a controlled substance. It turns out that an Arizona fire that caused millions of dollars in damage began when a gender reveal celebration went awry.

When off-duty Border Patrol agent Dennis Dickey used a high-velocity firearm in April 2017 to shoot a target filled with either blue or pink powder, he caused an explosion that set the Coronado National Fore ablaze and ultimately damaged more than 45,000 acres of land. MEMPHIS, Tenn. (AP) — About 400 guns have been stolen from a United Parcel Service facility in Memphis, Tennessee, and authorities are concerned about the theft’s potential effect on public safety in this city and elsewhere.

Two people driving a U-Haul truck stole the weapons from a UPS facility in Memphis on Sunday, the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives said Monday.
