In a 91-page decision, Judge James Boasberg ruled that the federal permits authorizing the pipeline to cross the Missouri River just upstream of the Standing Rock reservation, which were hastily issued by the Trump administration just days after the inauguration, violated the law in certain critical respects.

The Court did not determine whether pipeline operations should be shut off and has requested additional briefing on the subject and a status conference next week.

The U.S. military has moved a truck-mounted, long-range rocket launcher from Jordan to a U.S. base in Al-Tanf, Syria, near the Iraqi and Jordanian borders, according to two regional intelligence sources.

Reuters reports that the sources said the U.S. had moved the so-called High Mobility Artillery Rocket Systems (HIMARS) into the desert garrison, which has seen a buildup in recent weeks as tensions have continued to mount between U.S.-backed forces and Iranian-backed forces, as Anti-Media has previously reported.   Continue reading “US Deploys Long Range Rocket Launcher for War With Syrian Government”

“Combating Money Laundering, Terrorist Financing, and Counterfeiting Act of 2017.”

The Daily Sheeple – by Dawn Luger

A large Canadian climate change expedition in the Arctic has been canceled because the ice is too thick. But the best part is that climate researchers are blaming global warming or climate change for ice that is so thick, it’s “unprecedented.”

Not enough ice? Global warming. Too much ice? Climate change. And these climate scientists wonder why skeptics don’t take them seriously. The Canadian climate change expedition was canceled because of “climate change” according to Science Daily. Virginia Democratic Gov. Terry McAuliffe said Wednesday was not the day to talk about gun control, then proceeded to talk about gun control hours after the shooting of Louisiana Republican Rep. Steve Scalise in Alexandria, Va.

“I think we need to do more to protect all of our citizens,” McAuliffe told The Daily Caller News Foundation and other reporters near the scene of the shooting. “I have long advocated — this is not what today is about — but there are too many guns on the streets. We lose 93 million Americans a day to gun violence. I have long talked about this.”   Continue reading “Virginia Governor Calls For Gun Control At Scene Of Scalise Shooting”

Activist Post – by Bernie Suarez

When we think of proxy armies and the arming of civilians, we think mostly of the US government meddling in other countries particularly in the Middle East. We also think of (the late) Zbigniew Brzezinski arming the Mujahideen fighters in Afghanistan in the late 1970s and we think of the Bush-Obama years and the creation, funding, training and arming of fighters which would all turn out to have the same agenda and enemies as ISIS.

For anyone keeping track of the current deep state war this is a heads-up warning of things that appear to be on the horizon in America as the road to Civil War 2.0 moves closer to reality.   Continue reading “Are Proxy Armies Coming To America?”

KANSAS CITY, Kan. (AP) — A 71-year-old man who said he robbed a Kansas City, Kansas, bank so he could get away from his wife blamed his actions on depression.

Ripple went to the Bank of Labor — a block from the Kansas City, Kansas, police headquarters — last September and gave a note to a teller saying he had a gun and demanding money.
