The State Department must hand over before Election Day any “non-exempt” documents related to a freedom of information act lawsuit concerning longtime Hillary Clinton aide Huma Abedin’s employment at the State Department, a federal judge ruled Monday.

U.S. District Court Judge Emmet Sullivan ruled that the State Department has until Sept. 30 to complete its own review of documents that the department received from the FBI. The State Department then has another two weeks, until Oct. 14, to hand over all “non-exempt” documents to the conservative group Judicial Watch, which filed the freedom of information suit.   Continue reading “Judge orders State to review, turn over Abedin-related documents”

Most American voters looking toward November would probably be interested in learning about Hillary Clinton’s prime role in delivering one-fifth of America’s uranium production to Vladimir Putin’s Russia. As this matter is critically relevant to our national security, as well as America’s energy security, voters would probably appreciate learning about it before they cast their ballot for the next Oval Office occupant. However, most Americans probably have never even heard about Bill and Hillary Clinton’s ties to the Uranium One-Rosatom-Frank Giustra scandal, through the couple’s corruption-troubled Clinton Foundation, and Hillary’s official dealings while serving as President Obama’s secretary of state.   Continue reading “Hillary-Putin Uranium Deal: How Long Will Media Ignore It?”

In what may be Senator John McCain’s toughest political battle yet, a former state senator Kelli Ward challenged him in Arizona’s primary Tuesday.

With less than 1 percent of precincts reporting, the Associated Press declared John McCain the winner with 55.2 percent, compared to Kelli Ward’s 35 percent. McCain is now one step closer to his sixth term in the US Senate.   Continue reading “Sen. John McCain wins Arizona primary”

This, of course, is the son of Navy Admiral ‘McCain’ who was in charge of the U.S. Fleet during the 1967 Israeli war in the Middle East…the Admiral who REFUSED to allow the USS Liberty to be rescued by US FIGHTER JETS while Israeli planes were still attacking that ship and her heroic crewmen.

Like father, like son – both of these ‘McCains’ were, and still are, traitors to the United States and to the US Constitution.  Neither ‘man’ has ever been punished for what they did while wearing U.S. uniforms…   Continue reading “Navy Releases Traitor McCain’s Service Records”

The Clinton Foundation has become the subject of national controversy, but not because Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump did not always admire its charity work.

Trump recently called the foundation, co-founded in 2002 by Hillary Clinton, Trump’s rival in the presidential contest, the “most corrupt enterprise in political history.” Yet he is listed on the foundation’s website among donors who’ve given it $100,000 to $250,000.   Continue reading “What Is the Clinton Foundation and What Does It Do?”

Under the guise of providing increased “security” for “critical infrastructure,” the Obama administration is plotting to insert itself and the federal government into the American elections process. While voting is constitutionally the responsibility of state and local officials, Obama’s Homeland Security Secretary, Jeh Johnson, pointed to the alleged threat of cyberattacks to justify the latest proposed usurpation of power. The controversial scheme was floated amid growing national concerns, fueled in part by GOP presidential candidate Donald Trump’s warnings of a “rigged” election, that America’s electoral system might be vulnerable to major manipulation. Critics and experts, though, warned that the White House scheming may be a first step toward illegally nationalizing the electoral process — with all the dangers that would entail.        Continue reading “Obama Administration Plotting to Usurp Control Over Elections”

The IRS has discovered more than 1 million Americans whose Social Security numbers were stolen by illegal immigrants, but officials never bothered to tell the taxpayers themselves, the agency’s inspector general said in a withering new report released Tuesday.

Investigators first alerted the IRS to the problem five years ago, but it’s still not fixed, the inspector general said, and a pilot program meant to test a solution was canceled — and fell woefully short anyway.   Continue reading “IRS doesn’t tell 1M taxpayers that illegals stole their Social Security numbers”

Rodney Ivester, of Corinth, Texas, is the kind of guy you’d like as a neighbor. He maintains a tidy lawn, doesn’t make much of a racket and he flies an American flag.

About three weeks ago, Rodney decided to post another flag alongside Old Glory – to honor law enforcement. It’s a black & white version of the U.S. flag adorned with a blue stripe.

He told me that posting the flag was a small way that he could honor the memory of the five police officers gunned down in Dallas in July.   Continue reading “Homeowner told to remove “noxious & offensive” pro-police flag”

The presidential election could be delayed or scrapped altogether if conspiracy theories become predictive and a candidate dies or drops out before Nov. 8. The perhaps equally startling alternative, if there’s enough time: Small groups of people hand-picking a replacement pursuant to obscure party rules.

The scenarios have been seriously considered by few outside of the legal community and likely are too morbid for polite discussion in politically mixed company. But prominent law professors have pondered the effects and possible ways to address a late-date vacancy.
