A new dashcam video shows Chicago cop Jason Van Dyke in pursuit of Laquan McDonald for 30 seconds before he fatally shot the teenager.

The footage is taken from the white officer’s police car as he pulled through a Burger King parking lot and McDonald, 17, bounded out in front of him before running down the road. Harford County, MD – All major routes coming in and out of Bel Air, Maryland were blocked by police this Tuesday, who set up checkpoints and searched cars with drug dogs. Thousands of cars were searched in the operation, which was not reported by any local news media and was not announced by the police department.

Many people had suspected that police were out in strong force ahead of the Thanksgiving holiday weekend, searching for drunk drivers. While authorities in Ankara have insisted that it shot down the Russian Su-24 bomber after the aircraft entered Turkish airspace, the Russian Defense Ministry has released video proving that the plane never left Syrian airspace.

According to a leaked letter written to the UN Security Council by the Turkish Ambassador, Turkey’s military justified the shooting down of a Russian bomber by claiming that the aircraft had entered Turkish airspace for 17 seconds. Numerous pictures that have been released on social media show a ‘Nazified’ American flag, a Nazi ‘Reichsadler’ eagle, and a Rising Sun flag used by the Japanese empire during WWII.
