London, UK – Thousands marched in a protest in support of right-wing activist Tommy Robinson in Trafalgar Square over the weekend and called for his release as they held up placards, waved the Union Jack, and chanted “We want Tommy out” as they pledged their support to the English Defence League founder.
Robinson, 35, was arrested and jailed for contempt of court on May 25 outside Leeds Crown Court after broadcasting on Facebook Live, thereby ignoring reporting restrictions on a case involving a “pedophile grooming” trial purportedly involving 29 Muslim immigrants. He was arrested, brought before a judge, and given a 13-month prison sentence within five hours. Altoona, PA — Once again, an abusive police officer is in the news after he was captured on cellphone video bullying and then punching a handcuffed 14-year-old boy in the face. There was no spit, no head butt, and nothing in the video shows the boy doing anything other than complying and talking to provoke the cop into hitting him.
The officer is a Pennsylvania state trooper who is currently enjoying anonymity from the department. He and another trooper were at a residence last week to arrest Preston Weakland, the 14-year-old boy in the video below, for running away. A Memphis grandmother has been arrested after a video went viral which appeared to show her releasing two children from animal cages in the back of her car.
Leimome Cheeks, 62, was charged with two counts of child endangerment after allegedly locking the two girls inside a pair of pet kennels. Having come under fire for banning the migrant rescue ship ‘Aquarius’ with 629 people on board from docking at its ports, Italy’s new government says it’s been left alone by the EU to deal with the uncontrolled influx of refugees.

A 75-year-old woman who needs a cane to get around was jailed in Marietta, Georgia, this week for threatening to report a code enforcement officer to his superiors.
At least that’s what Gloria Walker told WSB-TV’s Matt Johnson. Marietta Police Department Officer Chuck McPhilamy has a different perspective: He claims that Walker was making “terroristic threats.” That’s what she’s been charged with—making terroristic threats. On Tuesday morning, police in Broward County, Florida, received a disturbing call that led deputies and a SWAT team to the home of David Hogg, a student gun control activist and survivor of the February mass shooting at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School.
