When a citizen journalist recently sent us a tip about an officer who was caught having sex with cows, we were admittedly skeptical. But it turns out that the case of former Moorestown police officer Robert Melia Jr. is just as bad as it sounds.

In Mount Holly, New Jersey, Officer Melia was indeed caught sexually assaulting a cow, but his sexual crimes did not end with non-humans. Melia was also charged, several years ago, with sexually assaulting three girls.   Continue reading “Charges Dropped Against Cop Caught Having Sex With Cows”

This means that federal law is enforceable only in the District of Columbia and the Territories—and every United States District Judge in every United States District Court throughout the Union is usurping exercise of jurisdiction in extra-constitutional geographic area and culpable for treason to the Constitution:   Continue reading “Landmark Supreme Court Case”

A federal judge threw out a challenge to a key Obama immigration executive order that allows the spouses of guest workers to seek employment in the US, saying that it was “highly speculative” that the American workers challenging the rule would be injured.

“Save Jobs does not explain how many IT jobs may be taken by H-4 visa holders, how many of those jobs its members may have sought themselves, what pay or benefits its members risk losing while the case is pending, or what other harm its members may face,” the judge wrote. “The court is left to speculate as to the magnitude of the injury, and speculation is not enough to turn economic loss into irreparable harm.” Continue reading “Court Decision Will Allow Guest Worker Spouses to Get a Job”
