WEB Notes: The police cannot perform any search or seizure unless they have a very specific warrant to do so. Even if they have such a warrant, to force a catheter in you is not acceptable and everyone should voice their opposition to this.
How can America be considered the land of the free when police can extract a urine or blood sample against your will? Continue reading “Your Body Is Not Your Own; It Belongs To The State”

The Great Recession – by David Haggith
Since Trump’s election, the US stock market has climbed unstoppably along a remarkably steep path to round off at a teetering height. Is this the irrational exuberance that typically marks the last push before a perilous plunge, or is the market reaching escape velocity from the relentless gravity of the Great Recession?
This burst of enthusiasm in response to Trump’s victory, flew in the face of almost everyone’s predictions. That it lifted the market from seven months of languor certainly makes 20K on the Dow look like the elevation marker of a breathtaking summit. Continue reading “Irrational Exuberance in US Stock Market Grasps at 20K for Dow”
WEB Notes: I would have been impressed if he said we are pulling out of the wars around the world. There is certainly nothing wrong with security, but we need to look at the deeper issue here. trump is pushing the nationalistic ideals here and while us Americans love our borders, the globalists do not and I certainly believe trumps comments are by design (Putin made the same comment about nukes). As we will discuss in the near future nationalism is the enemy of globalism and the globalists will crush the nationalist movements, what little remains. trump has been allowed to shout these nationalistic ideals loud for all to hear. When the children of Satan bring down the world’s economic system everyone will realize we have past the time of nationalism which gives rise to nuclear weapons and wars. It will be touted that we need to join hands as world citizens and merge into a new world order government of so called peace (1 Thessalonians 5:3). The day is coming.

On Wednesday, the DEA took yet another swipe at marijuana by amending its already bizarre classification of pot as a Schedule I drug. Now, all extracts, including cannabidiol (CBD), will be listed right up there with heroin as a “drug with no medical use.”
Tell that to the thousands of epilepsy sufferers, who are mercifully enjoying relief from intractable epilepsy and polymorphic seizures. Continue reading “DEA Quietly Classifies CBD Oil As Schedule 1 Drug”

Saint Vincent Hospital has agreed to rehire six former employees it fired after they refused to get flu shots in late 2013 and early 2014 due to their religious beliefs.
The Erie hospital also will provide about $300,000 in back pay and compensatory damages to the employees as part of an agreement to settle a lawsuit filed on behalf of the workers by the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission in September. A consent decree that ended the case and detailed the settlement terms was filed Tuesday in U.S. District Court in Erie. As the story goes, there is a painting somewhere in the vast hallways of the Smithsonian museum which shows British soldiers boarding a sailing ship, muskets in hand. The ship is in an American port, and the soldiers are returning home after the War of 1812.
There is a problem with this picture which may not be immediately apparent to the casual viewer. Our history books tell us that the British lost that war. History should also tell us that the winners in a war usually (but not always) take the guns away from the other side. So, why were these British soldiers boarding their warship, guns in hand? In 1917, under President Woodrow Wilson, the U.S. Congress passed legislation titled Trading With the Enemy Act. The objective was to stop any American from trading with our enemies and the allies of our enemies, during World War I.
Sec. 2(c) of the act defined “enemy” as foreigners and countries who were at war with the United States. It specifically excluded American citizens as enemies. Sec. 5(b) specifically excluded transactions of the American people. Continue reading “Trading With the Enemy Act”

As we are nearing the end of the year, the flu and cold season is kicking into high gear. While it isn’t the cold weather itself that makes you sick – you can get a cold year-round – most people tend to get sick during the winter months.
Most germs that cause the common cold spread more quickly in cold, dry air. Furthermore, during the winter months, people spend more time indoors and closer to each other, which makes it easier for the bacteria and viruses to spread.
