South Korea has suspended the deployment of a controversial American missile defense system, with the new liberal administration declaring that no further moves can take place until an environmental assessment is carried out — a process that could take a year or even two.

The decision highlights the potential for a rift between the United States under President Trump and South Korea with its new liberal president, Moon Jae-in, who is due to visit the White House later this month for their first meeting.    Continue reading “South Korea suspends deployment of American missile defense system”

Having legalized recreational cannabis in its historic 2016 ballot initiative, the most populous U.S. state is not done challenging federal prohibition. California lawmakers have passed a bill that would prohibit cops in the state from helping the feds carry out their war on people and the cannabis plant.

Perhaps inspired by Colorado’s similar move, the California Assembly passed Bill 1578 by a thin margin, which now moves to the Senate for consideration before going to the governor’s desk.   Continue reading “CA House Passes Bill to Ban Cops from Helping Feds Bust People for Pot”

Witch hazel has a long, impressive history as an anti-inflammatory, topical extract useful for skin toning, cleaning, calming and healing. The first successful mass-produced American skincare product, debuted in 1846, was “Golden Treasure,” later renamed Pond’s Cold Cream. It was based on wild-harvested witch hazel, which company chemists learned about from Native Americans in New York state.

Today, witch hazel’s many uses make it the most popular topical botanical in the world. It is part of the base used in toners, cleaners and makeup removers made by large skincare companies including Revlon, Neutrogena, L’Oreal and Estée Lauder.   Continue reading “Top 10 Uses For Witch Hazel”

Eric Trump is slamming a Forbes report that alleges his charity, the Eric Trump Foundation, has been funneling donations — from donors who believed the money was going to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital — to the Trump Organization by paying high sums for use of Trump properties during fundraisers and re-donating some funds to charities friendly with Trump interests.

Forbes reported Tuesday that the Eric Trump Foundation paid the Trump family business hundreds of thousands of dollars over the last seven years for use of one of the organization’s golf courses, funds which he claimed were being donated nearly in full to the children’s cancer charity.   Continue reading “Eric Trump funneled cancer charity money to his businesses, associates: report”

WEB Notes: Now we have been told in the past that Iran is funding terrorism in the middle east including ISIS and now ISIS attacks Iran. You want to be very careful what you believe. We know Global Powers are gearing up for a confrontation with Iran and doing it via proxy army is one method. We see that has worked very well for them in Syria. First they send in the proxy army of terrorists and a few years later “coalition” planes and troops are above and on their soil attacking Syria’s troops. We may see something similar to this used against Iran.
